Gorgeous home, great staff

A lovely respite from winter in California. Everything about our stay at Casa Roka was wonderful. Staff, service, meals, accommodations and location. Couldn’t ask for more or better!

Gorgeous and comfortable, outstanding staff

Our stay with 5 couples couldn't have been better. The staff was friendly and capable of fulfilling every request. The food was fantastic, and staff catered to our every need. The home was incredibly decorated and had the best location--high up for great views but with a beach cabana near the water and steps to the Kipuri Beach Club. Outstanding!

Memories

The owner has paid impressive attention to architectural detail and quality of construction throughout the property. the space offers stunning comfort and ease. Even the gym has noticeable details (chilled face clothes, water refrigerator, new equipment ( complete with free weights and machines). Praising the staff seems to make me a bit inadequate. The entire staff are gracious, professional and impeccable host. They are artful in always being available, anticipating needs, learning specific wants of each individual guest, yet never cross into your personal space. Rosa Casa perfectly added to our families' week of lasting memories.

Tranquility on Kupuri

We had an amazing holiday at Casa Roka this December. The property is an architectural gem, with views to the ocean from multiple rooms and the pool area, and a private pathway from the main house to the cabana and the beach. The owner has created a multi-suite setup with private pathways and stairs leading to each of 6 separate bedrooms. The property comes with a modern gym that boasts cardio equipment as well as cables and free weights. And the gym has its own bath/shower! But what really sets Casa Roka apart is the staff, who go out of their way to learn each guest's name and to provide premium service with a smile. Food and drinks were delicious, and the chef is equally at home making fresh Mexican cuisine as well as Italian and continental dishes. A top notch property with excellent service! Thank you, Cristina and team, for a wonderful week!

Casa Roka - Punta Mita Perfection

Our group of five couples enjoyed a fabulous week at Casa Roka. The casual elegance of this home lends itself to the most luxurious, relaxing vacation. The layout of the private suites complemented by the incredible gathering spaces was perfect. Beach access and a beach bungalow were a special bonus! Beyond the beauty of the home, we could not have asked for a better crew to take care of us. Each member of the staff was friendly and unassumingly attentive – there for our every need but never obtrusive. From the most delicious meals prepared by the happiest chef to pool/beachside happy hours and everything in between, the service was impeccable. Not enough can be said about Casa Roka’s house host. Cristina was attentive, available, prompt in her replies, accommodating, stopped by for daily check-ins and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was pure perfection. We could not have felt more welcome and can’t wait to visit Casa Roka again!

Amazing Experience

This property is brand new and we were the first guests to stay there! I have stayed at other houses and this one takes the prize. The property and furnishings are completely spectacular. No expense was spared. I promise that the photos do not capture how nice everything is. Every little detail adds to the most impressive experience. I cant say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to drinks, snacks and delicious meals. Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating to every request. The location of this house could not be better. It is very secure and only a 1 minute walk on the beach to the beach club. It is only a short golf cart ride to visit town, the tennis center or other resorts. We will be back!

Gorgeous home & wonderful team

What an incredible stay at Casa Roka! The design, decor and attention to detail of the home were quite stunning and accommodated our group of 10 easily. Each room has its own outdoor entry way and lovely furnishings. The house is set up and back from the beach (but with direct, walking access), so we got a nice breeze most times of the day. The beach wasn't the prettiest we've seen, but swimmable and at times had decent sized waves. The team was a joy to be around and incredibly attentive from dawn until late night. Just be careful Cesar, Diego and Lalo's margaritas are deceptively strong! Cristina was very on top of it and did a great job coordinating everything. She was easy to work with and very responsive. We unfortunately didn't get much time to explore the beach clubs or town, but we'll be back soon. Many thanks to all

What can I say...

This property is AMAZING, and the staff is even more amazing then the property! We have traveled all over the world and we have never received service like this! Just to give you an example of some of the small things that they do...After a workout in their state of the art gym, they would bring you a cold towel, or laying out at the pool they would come over with popsicles for everyone at just the right time... I really can not brag enough about Cesar, Raul, Diego, and Lowla (sp) ..they even set up a beautiful birthday celebration for my daughter. The chef, the housekeepers, landscaper, and security all deserve a standing ovation! The house is on the beach, and has an adorable beach cabana. The house is set up with paddleboards and a kayak that the kids loved! The water was beautiful and safe to swim from the house. The house has a great location, so close to the 4 season and St. Regis if you want to use the beach clubs there that is included. We rented an additional golfcart from Mita rentals as the house comes with a six passenger golfcart. You can take the GC's into town which was so easy. We honestly loved the house so much that we cancelled a dinner reservation to stay in and enjoy the amazing dinners from the chef and the house. We will definitely return hopefully soon!

Beyond Expectations!

We came to Casa Roka with high expectations which during our week's stay were exceeded. Not only was the house perfect but the entire staff was incredible! They always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to anticipate our needs. We would not hesitate to return and also strongly recommend Casa Roka to friends.

Absolutely perfect

I celebrated my 60th birthday at this villa and absolutely loved it. The house, staff and food were all exceptional, memorable and excellent! I would strongly recommend a stay at this property and already miss the staff and the premises.
