Niché dans les falaises surplombant l'océan, ce deux chambres en copropriété vous offre une vue panoramique sur la mer de Cortez. Situé à Misiones del Cabo, la station offre une situation exceptionnelle, des vues spectaculaires, baignade en toute sécurité sur deux plages et un large éventail de services aux clients.

Du moment où vous arrivez, vous vous sentirez la différence. Profitez de spectaculaires levers et des vues spectaculaires que vous apprécierez votre café du matin sur le balcon surdimensionné (apportez vos jumelles). Le balcon a à la fois une salle à manger et un banc à bascule pour profiter de la vue.

Une grande chambre contient un lit king avec vue sur l'océan et les autres caractéristiques 2 lits et une vue sur la montagne. Et chaque chambre bénéficie de sa propre salle de bain privée avec douche rénovées. Le salon comprend un 25 pouces TV couleur, magnétoscope, chaîne stéréo, lecteur CD et beaucoup de place pour jusqu'à six personnes. Il y a aussi un matelas AEROBED queen size qui se glisse facilement dans la salle de séjour pour hébergement de couchage supplémentaire. Et oui, vous pouvez entendre les sons de l'océan quand vous dormez la nuit.

Wifi est disponible dans notre condo. Il est également disponible à la piscine / bar à la station. Il est accessible autour de la piscine et sur le balcon.

La grande cuisine est complète avec toutes les commodités pour la préparation de tous les repas, et le balcon surdimensionné comprend beaucoup de place pour profiter des vues sur la piscine et la mer de Cortez.

Le complexe dispose d'une entrée fermée gardée, deux grandes piscines avec spa et palapa swim-up bars, deux restaurants, deux courts de tennis éclairés, dépanneur, un parking gratuit et un service de blanchisserie.

Les deux plages sont à deux minutes à pied de la copropriété, avec la plongée et l'équipement de kayak disponibles à la location sur la plage isolée privée, et vous ne serez jamais rencontrer des vendeurs de plage ennuyeux ici, comme vous voulez sur la plage principale.

Le nouveau Costco est situé à moins d'un mile de distance, et avec l'ajout de supermarchés comme Soriana de, CCC et City Club, vous serez en mesure de trouver presque tout élément d'épicerie dont vous avez besoin.

C'est nouvellement meublé, condominium non-fumeur qui offre beaucoup de place pour un groupe de six ou l'ensemble parfait pour deux ou trois couples.

Great Mexican getaway

We had a great stay at Misiones. The condo is spacious with plenty of seating in the living room and comfortable couches. The kitchen has anything you may need to cook at home or just heat leftovers. The master bedroom has plenty of storage and a large bathroom. The second bedroom also is very nice with 2 queens and an en suite bathroom. The balcony is amazing with seating areas and a great view of the pool and the ocean. The pool is just a short walking distance. The food at pool bar was very good. We had several lunches and a dinner there. drinks all good and not super expensive.There is a convenience store in the parking lot that has some basic groceries, including wine and beer. There are various restaurants/bars within walking distance, including Sunset Mona Lisa, Jazz on the rocks, and the Rooftop at the Cape (all on the more expensive side and with a similar view from the condo we didn't end up going). We enjoyed a dinner cruise recommended to us by the bar tender at the pool. We even saw some whales! The private beach was a short walk down the hill but three flights of stairs. The water was crystal clear but you do need water shoes to walk into the water because of the rocks. The unit has beach chairs, an umbrella, and various beach toys. We didn't go to the beach much because the pool is just so convenient.Getting into town was easy with Ubers picking us up from the bottom of the driveway. Cost about 7 to 15 depending on the time of day.

Great Condo in Cabo

Stay was great

Our stay was good. We had a water leak under the sink twice but the management team was really responsive and had someone out there both times. The bar by the pool was nice. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Our family wasn’t thrilled with Cabo, however, as the beaches are full of pebbles and the water was freezing. We should have researched more.

Great stay

Enjoyable Vacation Property

Dave and Julie’s condo made for a great holiday. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The condo had quick access to nearby Playa Bella. The pool is beautiful, it was a great place to start our day. The pool was a good spot to chat with both condo owners and other renters, all great people who speak highly of Misiones del Cabo. We’d return if ever in CSL again.

Great Stay in Cabo!

Julie and Dave's Condo was a comfy and clean stay for our 6 nights in sunny Cabo. It fit our family of four perfectly. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well supplied, the balcony provided a beautiful setting and the grounds and pool of the complex were very well maintained. We would definitely return!

Amazing time!!

This trip was perfect! The condo was amazing!! The workers, Pool/pool bar, food, grounds, beach, etc.... was all we could of asked for. The only down fall was the parking but that is NOT related to my review, just a heads up because all the condos have the same problem.

Property was nice and great location looking over pool and view of the ocean. Beds we're comfortable. I would recommend having more toilet paper and paper towels available. Everyone at resort is friendly.

Misiones is super chill

We enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean, beaches were close. Pools were great. Food at pool bar was delicious. Not crowded, great location. Close to Chileno Beach. That was my favorite. Watched sunrise and sunset from the beaches each day. Owners responded right away.

Incredible stay

We had a great time. The communication with the owners was excellent from day 1, they gave us great recommendations and were always very responsive! During our stay the property manager, security guards, and pool staff were all super helpful and friendly. I was able to use the gym at the hotel next door, and other than that the location was great, right next to convenient stores and restaurants, and a short drive to either town (Cabo and San Jose). Excellent location, nice people, good vibe, nice amenities ( they even provided beach chairs and toys) and all in all an amazing vacation. Thanks!!

First Time in Cabo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious and had all the amenities to feel like home. The kids loved the pool and had a wonderful time playing in the waves at the private beach. We initially didn’t have a car but after the first day felt it was needed. Jose was very helpful in arranging a car rental for us. Misiones del Cabo is in a great location. It was easy drive to Costco, Walmart, and Cabo. We also spent a half day at Playa Santa Maria; beautiful public beach a few miles north of the condo. Hope to comeback one day to see the rest of the area.

Super sweet with a view

Quit. With a view. I loved the bed. I was so worn out by all that I was doing,That, come bed time, I was ready to sleep and I did. Great bed. The Tile floors were nice too, as was the walk in showers...not just one.... granite counters, tile backsplash lit under cabinets, Washer and dryer, ice cold water, breakfast on the balcony looking at lthe ocean. We loved it. PARKING IS AN ISSUE.

Girls weekend in Cabo

We spent a girls weekend here and had a great time! The Condo was very nice, clean and updated. We had plenty of room for 6 girls. Pool toys, lawn chairs and snorkeling gear were available for us to use. 2 Pools and a convenient grill and bar at one of them. Our favorite time was watching the beautiful sunrise on the patio each morning. There is a convenient store onsite for any last minute items you may need. I would definitely recommend this completely furnished condo, there was also friendly English speaking staff available to help you make any tour / day trips you may want to take. We will be back!

Misiones was very Nice

Had a little resetvation about booking a ways out of main tourist area…. Those melted away once we got here. Owners had great comms. Security folks were very nice. Pool was a bonus, bar-tender very personable. Take this nugget of advice though. Rent a Car. Cabo is 5 minutes away…. You can drive a lot of places and feel pretty darn secure. Most everyone speaks both languages. The private beach is pretty small, but still minutes walk away from your room. I see people saying Freska grocery is “walkable”. Mmmmm, not something id care to walk to and lug groceries back. Take cab if no car.

We really enjoyed the condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo, it was very very clean. We loved the space, the beds /sofas were comfortable and having good quality sheets & blankets & towels was really a blessing. Julie & Dave provided everything one could possibly use for the beach & pool area. Having good wifi was awesome, along with Netflex for those evenings you stayed home. We BBQed everyday, had great meals on the balcony, or down at the pool areas. Morning coffee watching the sunrise was fabulous. The gate & grounds people were always helpful. We loved the pool & beach areas, they also keep the grounds very clean. This is not a party central place, more for relaxing and quieter evenings. Only one thing, the elevator was broken, but thank goodness it's only on the second floor. If you needed help with suitcases or groceries someone was always available. We will be back next year for sure. Wayne & Debra

Girls Trip

Enjoyed our time in Cabo at this quiet location. The grounds people were great especially Daniel who works at the security gate. We visited the pool daily during our 8 day visit and enjoyed the drinks and food at the pool bar….though the guys at the pool bar could have been more friendly to us during our stay which is so unusual from past experiences in Mexico. If your looking for something different to do I highly recommend signing up for the cooking class with a private chef at their home in Cabo…Chef Madeline was awesome and her Mom helped with the prep and we felt so welcomed in their home….and the meal we prepared together was outstanding!!! After the cooking class they take you back to their restaurant for tequila tasting. Very enjoyable! The only glitch during our stay was a weird whirling nose coming from the walls in the guest bedroom which kept my friend up all night so I ended up switching rooms and putting in earplugs to drown out the sound…if your a light sleeper I would recommend sleeping in the master bedroom. Other than that the unit was very nice and had everything we needed.

Nice unit, great views, excellent balcony!!

My family of four (parents + 2 kids 11 and 12) enjoyed a week at Misiones Del Cabo. Julie and Dave were good with communication answer several questions I had prior to the trip. The unit was well equipped, furnishings ample, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. A large colander to strain pasta and a pizza pan were the only things we needed, but could not find. It was great to have in unit laundry as we did several loads and dried pool towels so they were at the ready when we swam again later in the day. The star of the unit had to be the balcony!! Large and comfortable with seating for eating, enjoying my morning coffee, or just reading my book. It was warm with the sunrise, but in the shade by noon. The view of the sea was never disappointing + I could peek at the pool to see if it was too crowded for us to head down. Finally, the restaurant/bar at the pool was very convenient. Unfortunately, they were not offering the Wednesday nor Friday buffet which I was anticipating. Food was good, but a little pricey. Still, it was an available option when we didn't want to go out. Tip - check out Sakow sushi across the highway (not far). It is small (7 seats) and sits above a little market in a converted storage container. All the dishes were very good and the owner, Pamela, is really amiable.

Family Vacay! Super relaxing & chill

Great vacation for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers). The condo was great for the four of us with 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids, with their own bathroom...and then a king bed and bathroom in the master. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us for sure. The condo had everything you need to make your own meals or keep your beer cold. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which we used lots. They also had snorkel equipment and sand toys there to use as well. The view from the condo was amazing. Looking out at the pool and ocean. The pool and pool bar were both great. Serving breakfast in the morning and lunch/dinner during the day. Food was great and resonably priced. Fresko, the closest grocery store, was a 15 min walk up the hill and across the freeway. You can totally walk there and then uber or taxi back (if you had a lot to carry). Please note...you will be playing frogger across the freeway. ;-) We used uber quite a bit to go into Cabo and San Jose. It was super convenient and easy to use. I'd highly recommend it. Overall, the Misiones complex and condo was great. I would have liked a little more around us within walking distance (like restaurants, coffee shop, stores)...but that's just a personal preference. It was a perfect relaxing getaway! Oh...we also rented a car and drove to La Paz! DO IT!! The beaches up there were incredible!!

Great Family Vacation

Great property. Just loved the view from the balcony and the gardens all around the property. Very quiet and peaceful. We stayed with our 3 boys age 9, 13 and 16. We worked with Jose from the pool bar to book parasailing (just amazing), tour to the arch, and scuba diving (also just amazing--went to Cabo Pulmo and was a drive but oh so worth it). He was able to give us a great price and great service. He took very good care of us and arranged all the tours for us with the best groups and saved us money in the process. We also did the swim with the dolphins but book separately. He indicated that he could not get anything better than we did with the online booking we did prior to visiting. Internet worked great and we hooked up our Apple TV to stream some channels or content. Seem to have everything we need for the week. Wish I would have brought more cash as I had to go to the ATM multiple times for activities. Great location and we rented a car through Alamo and verified the total price before we went including the insurance for the week for about $180. Parking was great at the property and the security was there to watch everything all the time. We went to Costco (they have better Hawaiian Pizza than you get in the US) multiple times and went out to eat at some restraunts in town. We went to Medano Beach a couple of days for the boys to play in the waves with body boards. We used the umbrella and beach chairs multiple times from closet. Got food there as well as did massages through a company in a building right there by the parking for $40 USD for and hour. Parking was a few dollars but right by the beach. Also did some snorkeling at Chilano bay which was great and easy parking. The pools were great and we seem to have them to ourselves in the evenings. Everything went very smooth and the accommodations were just perfect for our family. Thanks so much for letting us stay! Such great memories with the family. Julie and Dave were great to work with!

Wonderful

This was our first time to Cabo , Julie & Dave’s condo was perfect for our stay , Close to Cabo and San José . At the airport the “Timeshare” gauntlet was very mild and almost friendly Compared to PV . Arrival was a 45 min ride from the airport , we prebooked private round trip transportation with Eliker Transfer picked us up in a full-size SUV cold water and beer included. Finding our pickup point was extremely easy .Loved watching the beautiful sunrise daily from the patio, and watching whales. The very comfortable patio furniture along with a BBQ was well enjoyed . The condo had everything we needed . The beach chairs and umbrella was nice for our enjoyment on the beach , we also bought water shoes at Walmart after the first day as the beach access is a bit gravely .... those shoes made for a very comfortable walk .... a must have , wish we had them years ago. having a washer and dryer was nice to have for our three weeks stay , The bed was comfortable, linens good . Walmart and Costco are a short uber drive for your groceries . Watch for the Fish lady , at Missiones every Friday at noon. We loved sitting by the infinity pool just to enjoy the view of the Arcos and the cruise ships coming in .The infinity pool isn’t heated so it’s nice and quiet there. The main pool is heated but on the cool side. We used Uber most of the time , very affordable even though the Taxi industry doesn’t like them being there we quickly learned a few tricks , always booking and choosing a pickup away from the Taxi areas. They were extremely friendly even those who didn’t speak English. We went to Telcel in Cabo bought a SIM card and 4G of data which was very reasonable, This gave us access to everything we needed . For Excursions, we went to Cabo wave Sunset Dinner Cruise, Juan More Taco tour, San José , BiciTaxi 30 min ride in Cabo , walking along the marina you will enjoy seeing the famous Sea lion “ Pancho” jumping onto fishing boats for his daily treats , Todos Santos city tour ....definitely ask the guide to take you to El Mirador restaurant and the highlight of our trip and a must do was the CaboRey Premium Dinner Cruise with live entertainment and Show . Thanks to Julie and Dave for being very attentive hosts , emailing weekly making sure things were going well , along with Jim & Bonnie the property Managers for quickly taking care of minor issues . Great property at wonderful location

Julie & Dave, We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool bar was a great place to grab an inexpensive meal and drinks and we enjoyed snorkeling on the private beach. The folks at the gate helped us locate a local driver who took us to a couple local beaches much cheaper than a taxi. Daniel helped us setup covid testing on-site and Andres at the pool bar found us some good deals on local adventures. Everybody is helpful and friendly, we look forward to coming back soon.

Our family loved our travel experiences to Mexico and we had some incredible vacations. We have fallen in love with Cabo. There was just something magical here. We agreed with the reviews that Cabo is the one of the best cities in Mexico for vacations because of its beauty and entertainment options. It's clean, safe, has great remote beaches, and wonderful dining optons.

Misiones del Cabo in the perfect Mexican location! Misiones is only about 3 miles from downtown Cabo (great restaurants & nightlife) and an awesome view of Land’s End. The resort had all the amenities we were looking for with access to two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar, and a gorgeous private beach with great snorkeling.

There are many great benefits to this location. We feel the beaches and the view in the morning from the balcony are two of the best features! The private beach is so close and yet you can feel secluded and relaxed listening to the waves crash on the shore. The balcony at sun rise is breathtaking with the view of the ocean. Sometimes we catch the whales off in the distance while drinking our morning cup of coffee and feel total at peace and reflect on our happiness and the upcoming day!
