Casa Azul offre une location de vacances au chaud, confortable et élégant dans le charmant village de Sayulita, Mexique.

Casa Azul est une villa rĂ©cemment construite sur la Calle Coral, qui est Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord tranquille de Sayulita. Calle Coral a rue accĂšs Ă  la plage. La plage est une promenade facile, 100 yards loin. L'ocĂ©an peut ĂȘtre vu de l'extĂ©rieur les deux balcons, terrasses.

Casa Azul invités seront ravis avec le grand toit de palapa et la conception ouverte de la maison principale. Les chambres sont trÚs privé, chacun avec une salle de bains séparée. La piscine d'eau salée a pas de produits chimiques et est magnifiquement situé dans un jardin paysagé privé. Casa Azul se compose de 3 suites de maßtre, chacune avec leurs propres salles de bains et de la climatisation. Il ya une salle de bonus qui va accueillir 2 enfants supplémentaires. Il ya une quatriÚme salle de bains à l'étage principal. Casa Azul est joliment meublée avec des meubles confortables tout comme les espaces de vie extérieurs.


La cuisine dispose d'un comptoir de granit, lave-vaisselle, et de l'eau filtrée et de la glace à travers la porte du réfrigérateur.

La Villa est livré avec une femme de ménage et un jardinier. La cour et la piscine sont également maintenues. Les motifs sont privées, sûre et sécurisée.

Nous fournissons internet, wifi et serviettes de plage sans fil, sans frais supplémentaires.

Great house and fantastic experience

Casa Azul is perfect; the location is in the north end of Sayulita. It is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house has a great pool, bedrooms are comfortable - all offer their own en suites. Gordon is easy and responsive to any questions. The house manager is great! Excellent wifi, AC, and fantastic grounds. I’d recommend Casa Azul to anyone.

My family of 5 stayed for a week and had an amazing time in Sayulita. The north side was a perfect spot to walk to the beach and to walk into town. The housekeeper is very nice and keeps the house in tip top shape. Perfect home in Sayulita!

A tropical oasis

Casa Azul was a tropical oasis during our say in Sayulita. Both the house and the grounds were so lovely that we didn't want to leave! We found the house to be both clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We particuarly appreciated the bottled water fountain and that the kitchen really did have everything you could want (which is unusual in my experience for rentals). The bedding was lovely and soft too! The property managers were quick to address any questions we had through out our stay and the cleaning staff (both garden and house) were lovely and took good care of us. The location of the house is a short distance from both the beach and the town but far enough away that it was peaceful. While not the fault of this property, I do want to note that 4/7 of our party got sick with a stomach virus during our week stay which from a subsequent research seems to be common for visitors to this town so be prepared. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful spot to recover however than in the shade of the garden. If you are visiting Sayulita we would not hestitate to recommend staying at Casa Azul.

Amazing

This property is a true Mexican outdoor experience. The pictures do not do it justice. We were a family of 6 adults. Each bedroom was very private. The linens were high end and the kitchen is fully stocked for in house cooking. Town center and the beach are just a short walk. We would sure stay there again.

Wonderful Villa for a family

We loved this Villa with all the cozy spaces our family needed. The outdoor area with the pool, lush foliage, several seating and lounging areas was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon drinks by the pool, reading a book on the loungers and evening wine and Spanish coffees on the balcony under the stars. The villa has a unique set up with all 3 bedrooms being spread out for privacy and having their own bathrooms. It worked well for us. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for a simple breakfast to a full dinner dining experience. The location was excellent with it being so close to the beach and a short golf cart ride to main Centro. We rented golf carts for the week but we also walked everyday somewhere. Lots of activities going on and celebrations which we totally enjoyed. Our adult kids went surfing most days and we liked sitting at the main beach and swimming. We absolutely loved Sayulita and would love to come back. Ester greeted us upon arrival and she was so kind and informative, we appreciated that. Her mom comes to clean and she’s very friendly and efficient and the Gardner was the best. Thank you Gordon and Toni for sharing your beautiful villa with us.

Oasis

A wonderful home ! The layout is thoughtful and gives everyone privacy and grand gathering areas. The gardens are exquisite and create your own jungle full of color . I have recently become unable to walk well.I missed not being able to make my way around Sayulita . I am so thankful our choice was Casa Azul to sit by the pool in a lovely garden and watch my granddaughters swim was rejuvenating !

Absolutely gorgeous home

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The home has a wonderful indoor/outdoor layout, lots of separate hang out spaces, wonderful flora, and a great kitchen. While close to the beach and the towel center, it’s also blissful peaceful. The home is also very clean and well maintained. We are so grateful for the stay. Thank you!

Great stay at Casa Azul

This was our second visit to casa azul and we enjoyed ourselves again! Sarah, the housekeeper, maintains the house impeccably which helps ensure you are able to relax. We appreciate the proximity to town and restaurants so it is easy to walk every where. Bedrooms are comfortable. Kitchen isn't fancy but works for the basics. We would come back again.

Superb stay in Sayulita

The house is fantastic. Three very separate bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, all air-conditioned. Living areas, are all great, with doors opening out to the patio and pool area. The pool itself is a big highlight, saltwater, decent size, a joy. The location is hard to beat, a small hill to the front door but nothing too tricky. You're a block away from a great little strip of bars and restaurants and the same to the beach. The town centre is an easy short stroll beyond that.

Communications with the owner Gordon were easy and pleasant. The house is amazing. Great location, nice convenient neighborhood to everything you would need. We really enjoyed being in the house snd I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect location

Great Place close to town

Great place close to town / beach. The back yard is very private, the garden / trees are beautiful and well kept which brings alot of birds. The housekeeper (Sara) really made the trip wonderful - she is so attentive, polite and trustworthy. You can really tell she The place has all the essentials, cookware, floaties, wifi, towels, soap, drinkable water, etc. Overall a nice rental however it could use some time off & TLC. The dishwasher is very loose and tips out completely if both racks are open. It also barely works and we (and housekeeper Sara lol) did most dishes by hand. The toilet upstairs was continually leaking so we had a repair guy come 4 days out of 7 which made it a little hard to leave the rental sometimes. Lastly, just a NOTE for future guests: the pool only gets morning sun, once it's over the trees it's in the shade. It's amazingly close to town, but this does make it quite noisey. Lastly the sofa / main areas are open style thatch roof so there is no A/C in these areas (yes, in the bedrooms) thus it does allow some small insects and geckos.

Paradise

The property is as promised or better. Rather than a house it has the feel of a home, it is well maintained throughout and stocked with everything you need. The pool and the landscaping makes it feel like paradise and it is maintained on a regular basis. Sara the house keeper is delightful. However, she comes 3 times a week and stays for 4-5 hours each time which is a bit much. The one thing that would have been nice is to be meant on check in for a tour of the house and its workings like the air conditioning or the correct Wifi password. Ester the property manager is apparently very busy with alot of properties is no longer available to cook dinners as was suggested in previous reviews which was disappointing. The overall experience for all 8 of us was FABULOUS....and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay in Sayulita!

Gordon's property was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 young kids). Beautiful interior and lay out with a large pool, perfectly clean and maintained with a daily housekeeper (Sara), 2 mins from excellent restaurants and the beach (but very quiet) and very smooth check in communication and process. Highly recommend this place for people looking to enjoy wonderful Sayulita.

Great family vacation.

We had a lovely time at the property, everything was clean and comfortable for a family of two adults, two children (age 5 and 7) and two grandparents. This was our second trip to Sayulita (stayed at a different house last time) and were very pleased with the house selection this year. Sara, the housekeeper, was beyond thorough and kept the house tidy and grounds in order. Pool was nice and great for our two kids to swim in, walk to town is easy and there are even a handful of good restaurants right around the corner from the house. No issues with the house while we stayed there so didn't need to interact with the property manager but Esther was responsive for check in and check out. We would happily return to the house and Sayulita.

Great house but not a fan of Sayulita.

The house is exactly like the pictures.Gordon was very responsive and nice. Ester helped us a-lot also. Despite that we had 2 huge problems one specifically at the house and another one maybe in the house maybe in the town. On our 3rd day the broke in the house while we where sleeping, thank god the house has a alarm so they left. After 2 weeks back home my 5 year old son was diagnosed with Primary Denge Fever, caught from a mosquito in Sayulita area.

Amazing short retreat in dreamy Sayulita

Casa Azul was a beautiful, carefully curated property that you can tell was a labor of love. We've been to Sayulita almost a dozen times and this was by far the best home we've stayed at. Close to the main part of town but far enough to be out of the thick of it. Easily walkable to both the town and beach. We also enjoyed a private-chef style home cooked meal on the day after our arrival which was a real treat. 5 stars all the way around. Would definitely seek it out on our next trip. Thanks again!

Perfect Casa for family group in Sayulita

A stunning house overlooking a beautiful, well-tended garden & pool area. A short walk into the town. The Casa provided plenty of amenities & the magnificent dinner cooked by Ester was most welcome on the night of our arrival, as were the efforts of Sarah, who kept the house & garden in perfect order. Good communication with the host & quick response from the manager. A great choice.

Highly recommend Casa Azul!

We had an amazing time in Sayulita and very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul. What a beautiful property! Spent many hours in the pool, which was equipped with lots of fun floaty toys. All bedrooms had great AC and comfy beds. Ester greeted us upon our arrival was was super sweet and her English is fantastic and she cooked us a lovely dinner one night. We are definitely coming back to Sayulita and would love to stay at Casa Azul again!

Great House

The house was perfect for our two families. It is in a good location where you don't need to get a golf cart but we did because we wanted to bring the chairs and beach umbrella (provided at the house) down to the beach with a bit more ease. We had a slight issue with security of the house but it was resolved through good communication with Gordon and the management team. Sayulita is an active place so one has to be aware of the surroundings so being diligent is important...that goes with any rental in the area. We would rent Casa Azul again if we get the chance.

Excellent!!

Seriously perfect place for our group of 6 adults and one child. House was amazing, so clean and comfortable. We had so much fun in the pool. LOCATION!! Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, and 3 block from town. It was close to everything, yet far enough for some quiet. Ester and Sarah were so sweet and helpful. We all loved it here, and would definitely stay there again.

I have been a general contractor and a real estate broker for many years. I have built more than 200 houses in my lifetime. My wife, Toni is an Organizational Psychologist. We designed and built Casa Azul in 2006 after many years of renting in Sayulita. We tried to incorporate the best things that we found in other rentals. I think we have succeeded. Casa Azul has become more popular each year with many repeat guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We looked for the right property for several years before deciding on this property. After renting in Sayulita for 15 years we had established criteria for the location. We decided, for instance, that we didn't want to be on the beach, but near it. Being on the beach does not afford the privacy of a privately gated home, nor the quiet evenings. We also decided that we wanted to be on the north side of town away from the bars & restaurants. But, we wanted to be able to walk anywhere in town in 5-7 minutes. You can do that from Casa Azul.

We think we found the perfect spot in the perfect little village of Sayulita. I know you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are located on the quiet north end of town. We are 100 yards from the beach, near the surf break. We have ocean views from our upper decks. You can walk anywhere in town from Casa Azul in 5-7 minutes, so there is no need for a rental car.
