Villa Anthoullis is a lovely Cyprus single storey property, located in a secluded olive grove just above the popular and sought after resort of Latchi Cyprus. With amazing sea views and only a few minutes from the beach and town's center this is a the perfect choice when considering a stay in the area.

The villa is ideal for a family or party of six persons that wishes to be away from it all, enjoying the private pool, the nicely set gardens and all amongst peace and tranquility of the virgin Cyprus countryside.

Villa Anthoullis, Cyprus is a three bedroom property, all set on one level facing the sea at the front and the green surrounding hills at the back. It is accessed by an outside gate, which opens to a short lane to the property and to the private parking.


DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

The villa consists of an open plan modern kitchen, spacious dining and living area, with balcony doors opening to the pool terrace and to a covered balcony, with seating/dining facilities.

Each bedroom is spacious and nicely decorated, with amazing views. They are all fully air-conditioned. (Air-conditioning is included in the rental rate offered).

There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, which share a family shower/wc.


DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

The private pool with Roman steps (9m including steps x 4m) for ease of access is at the front of the house surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens, plants and spacious terraces for relaxing and sunbathing

Sitting on the front terraces, the views of the open sea are amazing, the privacy exceptional and the location handy for hiking or walking down to Latchi beach, marina and other facilities through countryside's olive and orange trees.

''Villa was lovely and spacious and very clean. Welcome pack was a delightful touch we weren’t expecting. Very peaceful with lovely countryside views.
Halfway house is excellent for food and the cheesecake is amazing. Kolios butchers in Paphos has a great selection of steaks. Greenwood’s family butcher in Kissonerga was great for the pork chops.
Very satisfied with your service, any queries were answered very quickly. No comms directly with local managers or owner. We are returning in 2023. ''.

''Good sized Villa and good size pool. Place was very clean, beds and furniture comfortable. Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year whilst we were still there.

Lovely quiet spot, good views. Lovely food and friendly service everywhere. Moustakallis in Polis is a favourite restaurant. Faros and Molos in Latchi also good restaurants

Excellent service as usual from you. Always so helpful and responsive. On arrival there was no DVD player and one was brought around in a very short time , helpful and friendly. Have rebooked this Villa for September 2022 and will visit Cyprus again in 2023.''.

''The villa itself was for us perfect, the space, the quiet living area and the location in the west of Cyprus at the Akama Peninsula. We made a lot of food by ourself, because we like the great Greek Supermarket in Polis with a variety of food. If we should recommend a restaurant, we stay sometimes at the Polis Herbs Garden restaurant. The food was excellent, the atmosphere attractive. The prices not cheap, but okay.

Service and Communication was good and more then sufficient. The service was for us sufficient, we don‘t need a lot. All in all we liked the house and we‘ll think about that to come back to Cyprus. Villa Anthoulis or another object. Greetings from Vienna, have a good time in autumn at the island. Michael and Astrid.''.



Everything was perfect, we love Latchi and have stayed in this area many times. Beautiful quiet location and less than 5 mins drive to the harbour. The villa was very well equipped, clean, tidy and the pool brilliant for cooling down. Would absolutely recommend this villa and would stay again given the chance.

Amazing property hidden away in the middle of an olive grove. Views of the sea whilst sitting by the massive pool, just spectacular. Villa was scrupulously clean with regular maid service. Even the shower was good which is unusual in Cyprus!! Agents were just a text away if you had any problems. Just a 3 minute drive from Latchi. Can't recommend this villa highly enough.

The villa is fantastic. Spectacular view to the mountains and the see. It is a few kilometers away from the village but is worth as being in the quietness. Driving instructions were very helpful ( hard case in the nighttime). The pool is excellent, very clean. We were very enjoyed with double bed, very comfortable, usually most of them are too soft and cause backaches in the morning, but not this time. The kitchen is very good equipped. Wifi was perfect for Spotify playing and movie watching.

Latchi has plenty of activity to choose from, whether you wish to dine in one of the many restaurants, shop at some larger supermarkets, hire mountain bikes, quad bikes or just watch the world go by in the ambience of the traditional village square.

The nearby Latchi beach is renowned as one of the best on this side of the island and not as crowded as the beaches in and around Paphos itself (which can be reached by car in 30 minutes or under). Latchi beach is famous for its clear blue sea, soft white sand and a great selection of watersports which are readily available.

Take one of the boat rides (or even hire your own) to the ‘blue lagoon', have a swim and/or snorkel, then come back to the pretty harbour/fishing port and have the famous 'Fish Meze' where you will be served approx 20 dishes including some of the freshest catches of the day whilst watching the world go by.

For the more adventurous, you can enter the 'Akamas' Nature reserve and go all the way round to ‘Lara Beach' famous for its turtles and wonderful beach.

If it is unspoilt Cyprus you are looking for, this is a great area to visit. You may even venture into the nearby villages of Peristerona, Lysos and Miliou or further on to Kathikas (with its vineyards and wineries), Droushia and Panagia. Other fantastic scenery can be taken in at Cedar Valley and the Troodos mountain range where in Winter, you can even Ski!

Paphos airport is 1 hour away by very good quality roads with English road signs. Visit Latchi and you won't be disappointed.
