Very nice efficiency room

Location was a short drive to great snorkeling beach. It is about 100 yards on a dirt road. Two very nice beds, a loveseat and an efficiency kitchen set up. New beach chairs were very nice. Everything you need was provided including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Great Vacation

Great studio! Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The studio is in a great location, close to beaches, shopping and groceries. It had everything we needed. The area is very safe. We had an issue with the AC and the owner responded quickly and it was fixed that day. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you so much for sharing this studio.

The studio in this bungalow-style home was really nice. All the amenities included in the studio worked, Juan the owner was really helpful and super-nice, open to listen to any concerns (we had none). We rented a car for our vacation, so the beaches were only minutes away. You can walk it, taking around 20 minutes. Really not a problem. Really felt like home away from home. The northern section of Aruba is the area of choice, with easy access to everything you need (not our first time in Aruba, and certainly not our last). Highly recommended and we would consider staying there again. The only thing is that there was no stove (only a induction-style stovetop, but this really wasn’t a problem. Besides, we spent most of the time out. But once in the studio, it was a welcoming and relaxing environment. Aruba, One Happy Island, and were once again happy there:)

Amazing Studio

Once again we stayed at this hidden gem. It has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect. The two king beds are very comfortable. Juan and Fallon are amazing people to rent from. They make you feel like family and are so very helpful. Please don’t hesitate to stay at this amazing studio. We will see you again soon!

Hidden Gem

We loved everything about the Pina Colada studio! It was perfect for us and provided all that we needed. The location, the amenities and our host Juan made our trip so incredible! During our stay, the coffee pot quit working and Juan quickly replied to my message and replaced it without haste. Thank you Juan! You have a lovely family!

Amazing Trip

This was my 4th time staying in this studio apartment. Juan and Falon are always there to answers any questions we may have and are amazing to rent from. This little home has everything you could ever need. It’s very clean! The location is very safe and convenient! The beds are very comfortable, and it’s close to our favorite beaches. I actually went with a friend this time and we did some cooking at night and had everything we needed for that as well. Juan and Falon are there to meet your every need. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment, the location, or the owners. Don’t miss out on this apartment while in Aruba, you won’t be disappointed. As always we will be back very soon!!

Great place!

This was our third time staying in this home and it will not be the last. It has everything we need and Juan and Falon make their little home feel like our own. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great, as we love the North end of the island. Please don’t hesitate to book this studio on the best island in the Caribbean. Thank you Juan and Falon for allowing us once again to stay at our little home away from home. Look forward to seeing both and the new addition again soon.

Family stay

Overall had a great time in Aruba. Juan gave excellent recommendation on activities to do with my family and answered any questions I had super quick. The property was clean, had everything we needed and in a central area where it took 15 mins or less driving to get to many places we visited. Would recommend to others for their stay in Aruba.

Amazing

This was our second trip to this studio and won’t be our last. It is perfect for my husband and myself. The place is extremely clean, comes with everything we need for our trip, the beds are comfortable, and the owners are amazing! This studio is in the perfect location if you love the North end if the island. We can’t wait to be back to visit in November. Don’t hesitate to contact Juan and Fallon as they are quick at getting back to you. Don’t pass up this amazing place to stay!

Very nice location. Landlord is very friendly and advised us where to Shop, which was very helpful.

We will definitely go again to same place. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you needed. Landlord provides icebox, Chairs, snorkeling devises which are very helpful. The place is very very clean.

This place was exactly what we wanted for our week vacation and would recommend it. Had 2 large beds, a fridge for our food, was quiet, and very important to us, clean. We were glad the snorkeling gear was available and made good use of it.

Owner met us upon arrival. He showed us things around the property and shared with us good places to visit and eateries. He was very polite. The only improvements would include more towels, linens, and lounging beach chairs. Overall we had a great stay.

Wished We Had Choose a Different Property

The online photos are beautiful, unfortunately the on-site is very dull with a scent of mildew or mold. It’s obvious from the floors upward ten inches on the walls there has been a large flood at some time recent. The property is attached to owners home, two nights multiple persons were very loud after midnight. Sounded like they were wrestling or playing cards loudly. Not Sure. Definitely once, possible twice someone had went inside our stay while we were gone to explore town. - Tim

Amazing!!!

This was an amazing week in Aruba. This studio was perfect for my husband and myself. Juan and Falon were wonderful from beginning to end. Their home had everything we needed for the week. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Juan even emailed me during the week to check in with me to see if things were going okay. I would highly recommend this studio. We will be back without a doubt! Thank you Juan and Falon, we will see you both again in the near future!
