Niché dans la communauté exclusive et privée de Cabo Bello, avec une sécurité fermée 24h / 24, le magnifique 7 000 pieds carrés. villa repose dans un pays des merveilles tropical tandis que les patios donnent sur la mer de Cortez et l'arc Lands End à la fois. Il dispose d'un lagon de piscine d'eau salée avec un jacuzzi naturel. Il y a un sentier de sable qui mène à une crique de plage privée protégée où vous pouvez nager, flotter, plonger, faire du kayak, du boogie board, du paddle board ou tout simplement profiter du soleil sans jamais voir un vendeur de plage publique.

La villa est finie avec du marbre et des bois durs exotiques, dispose de quatre suites séparées sur trois niveaux, toutes avec salle de bain privée, et peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes.

Le dernier étage contient la chambre principale et dispose d'une immense terrasse privée avec vue imprenable.

Le rez-de-chaussée est un salon / salle à manger / salon à aire ouverte avec une cuisine de chef entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers de premier ordre. Un bureau privé avec une autre chambre avec un lit escamotable queen-size et une salle de bains, et une terrasse confortable avec vue sur le lagon et l'arroyo.

L'étage inférieur dispose de deux chambres à coucher, chacune avec des lits queen-size qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse au bord de la piscine avec bar, lagon et cabane palapa en séquoia qui surplombe l'arroyo.

Fantastic!

I cannot say enough about our interactions with Tanis. She was like a personal concierge. We are especially thankful that she was able to arrange for our Covid tests with her personal doctor. She was so responsive about any little question we had whether it was about parking at area restaurants or recommendations for dining in the area. Her unit was in spotless condition. The view from the large balcony was stunning and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. There was nothing left to chance at this unit. From snorkeling equipment to beach chairs and umbrellas., it was all there. There was even a welcome package of coffee, wine, facemasks, disinfecting wipes, and bug spray. She would love for us to come back and we would be ever so happy to return. We highly recommend this property.

Great unit and excellent property management

Everything was as advertised. Great unit, clean, well appointed. No hassles, easy communication. Tanis facilitated our COVID test and made things very easy. The beach area is small and not much is walkable but Uber is easy. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property - great amenities

We had a wonderful time. The house couldn't have suited all 8 of us better. We were truly impressed with all the amenities, towels, cookware and service items, furniture, beach items - chairs, umbrella, etc. We cooked in most of the time and only went out a few times. (Missiones de Kino - we highly recommend it if you haven't been there). We did have a couple of suggestions about a few things that the kitchen could use and communicated those to the owners. We also suggested that they have the pool and spa controls checked before the guests arrive. We spent a day without the jacuzzi and the pool filter - but the gardner sorted it out when he arrived. No major issue. We all had a wonderful week and would certainly go back. Mary Carlson and Dale Piper"

Absolutely lovely!

Tristen & Tanis were amazing hosts & their home is just beautiful, inside & out. Their generosity & kindnesses really touched me & my family. They are genuinely kind people & we are so grateful to have met them & to have had some time with them. Our time there was amazing. There’s plenty of community/shared space for relaxing together, a large kitchen for cooking meals & enjoying family time, as well as plenty of space for privacy. The outdoors was quiet, peaceful, & the pools & jacuzzi relaxing. We felt safe there, safe in the neighborhood, & everyone we met while out for walks (in the neighborhood & down by the beach) were very friendly. There’s restaurants within walking distance of the house, an Oxxo (like a quick stop) also within walking distance. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to Costco or Walmart or other grocery shopping, unless you’re renting a car. We chose to not rent a car this trip. The guards at the gate were very kind & would call us a taxi when requested (& we tipped them for helping us out). Tristen recommended that we go to San Jose del Cabo for the Thurs. night Art Walk, which we did & thoroughly enjoyed. And we also shopped for presents at the local shop, Artesano’s, up the road from Cabo Bello. We enjoyed just relaxing at the house, & we enjoyed getting out all day & then returning to the peacefulness of Casa Oasis. We used Brown’s private services for airport pick up & drop off, and they were very professional & prompt. Next time we’ll probably also have them cater a meal (& buy less food at Costco, lol). We all came with Pesos (& USD), and we were all glad we had Pesos to use, as there were many times that we got a better deal paying in Pesos. We are very grateful for everything. Beautiful. Just what we were looking and hoping for. Well represented in VRBO.

Beautiful home in paradise!

We enjoyed this beautiful home for 12 days. We enjoyed this home with our children and grandchildren . The pool and hot tub was a great hit for the entire family. We were a party of eight and there was lots of room in this 7,000 square-foot home. Tristan and Tantis waited for us to check in and go over the amenities of the home. Tristan spent additional time going over things that he thought would be of interest to our family. There was a private beach that we truly enjoyed. I definitely would rent this home again and highly recommend it to others .

Amazing house!!!

Eight of us came down to Cabo for my birthday. The house is even better in person. All of the rooms were of good size, and it's nice that every room has its own bathroom. Both of the owners did so much to make our experience there one for the books. They had a welcome basket waiting for us that kick started our vacation. The pool is amazing as well. You feel like you're in your own little oasis. Would definitely recommend this house, and I'm sure we will probably be coming back real soon!

Much needed escape to rest, work remotely and play at Casa Oasis!

Surprised at how much bigger the home is then the pictures can show. I appreciate how open the home is with spacious kitchen and living areas opening to huge decks off each floor. It gave me and my friends a beautiful pool and jacuzzi to enjoy each other and the ability to have private space -- perfect as I was able to work remotely and have plenty of time to play. The highlight was a boat trip Tristen arranged at an amazing price. For the first time in ten years I was able to enjoy swimming in the clearest water I have ever seen. We will definitely be back more often! Love to be able to post my photo's to share with friends. Rhetah K

Beautiful home with welcoming owners

We had a wonderful time here during our week long stay. There were 4 couples and the home was plenty big enough for all of us. The owners, Tristen and Tanis, were very helpful from the time we booked the home up through the time we checked out and everything in between. They met us at the home when we arrived our first day and showed us around and were very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do while in Cabo. The home was very clean and well taken care of. It is in a very secure neighborhood that is just a few minutes drive from downtown Cabo and the marina. The private beach is a quick 7-10 minute walk from the home. It was nice to be able to shop for groceries and have plenty of space in the kitchen to store all the food in the fridge, freezer and cupboards. The hot tub and pool were also very clean and absolutely beautiful. I really only have two complaints and thus the 4 star rating instead of 5. One was that the bedroom on the main level next to the kitchen (the one with the fold down bed) does not have a door! There was a little removable divider that could be put up for some privacy. It was a little annoying that the description of the home gave no mention of this and so we assumed that all the bedrooms would be normal closed off bedrooms, yet this one wasn't. The second complaint I had was the smell that came into the master bathroom/bedroom as well as into the two bedrooms downstairs. It was a pretty strong sewer odor that seemed to come from the drains in the showers. We reported this to Tristen and he was wonderful to come over within minutes of us telling him about it to investigate the smell. He ended up putting Clorox down the drains and covering them with towels, which helped for a couple days, but then the smell returned. It wasn't so bad that it made it intolerable to stay there by any means, but it was rather annoying to have such a nice home and then walk into the master bedroom and smell that sewage smell. Overall, it was a great experience. We had a wonderful time together and enjoyed the time at the home!

Wonderful family vacation

Tristen was a wonderful host and gave us great tips on places to go with the family. He was always very responsive to our questions and was readily available at all times. Amazing views, good proximity to beach, great for our family of 7

Arrived on a Sunday night and spent a memorable,fun-filled week, taking day trips for beach, parasailing, zip lining, and snorkeling. Spent time lounging in and by beautiful pool and enjoying views from master balcony. Awesome!

Tranquility and FUN in Paradise!

We are just returning from our family vacation and want to thank Tristen and Tanis for a wonderful week in Cabo. Casa Oasis is everything the pictures had us hoping for and more! The house met everyone’s needs and surpassed everyone’s expectations. The backyard pool area was the perfect place to read a book, listen to the birds, take a nap or take a swim! Although we traveled to Cabo last year, Tristen and Tanis helped us enjoy a whole new experience by recommending different swim/snorkel beaches, restaurants, and excursions. We loved every minute of being together as a family and enjoyed this great area! Thank you Tristen and Tanis for making our family vacation so memorable!

Beautiful and Spacious!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here during our two week vacation to Cabo. The hosts Tristan and Tanis were so sweet and wonderful they gave us amazing recommendations of things to do and even made us breakfast one morning!!! The house is absolutely gorgous! Our room had the pool right outside the doors. The Palapas were great to nap under and the ocean view is incredible! Sunsets are my favorite so this made it really memorable. The community has a private beach; which is very convenient being a tourist. Having an easily accessible beach was a major plus!! We would definitly recommend this stay. Looking forward to going again!

Fun Trip

We are three couples that travel together several times a year. We had a wonderful experience at Casa Oasis and made many memories. WARNING: if you are going to rent a car in Cabo, talk to Tristen in advance. We had a horrible experience with Advantage/Eurocar. PROS: Tristen and Tanis are excellent hosts. They were there to welcome us, with a beautiful welcome basket. We experienced an issue with the septic and Tristen quickly worked to resolve it. It was a several day process, but he stayed on top of it. The house is lovely and has some very unique features. The master bedroom was roomy with a very beautiful and spacious bathroom. The view from the master balcony was beautiful! One of our travelers had a work emergency. There is an office off of the laundry room that allowed him to work and not disturb the rest of us. Big plus! We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub relaxing. Kitchen and dining room are very spacious and served us well. Beautiful private beach close by. Tristen provided us with EXCELLENT recommendations: Brown's Catering. We used them 3 times. We had enough food left over each time to have lunch the day after.The Taco party is an excellent value! The Island Cat. We did the Beach Tour, beautiful. Loved Terry, the owner, very interesting man! Tristen assisted us with golf and spa reservations. The guys purchased a 3 day golf package and enjoyed all 3 golf courses. The girls enjoyed a relaxing stone massage in the privacy of the house. Plus, he provided us with some excellent restaurant recommendations. CONS: We thought from the description and pictures that we would see the ocean from all balconies. The house has several rows of homes and buildings between it and the ocean. The only ocean view is from the master suite balcony. The walk to the ocean is very doable, but not exactly what we were expecting. It is off to the side of the home several blocks. Ocean view and proximity truly was our only disappointment. Bedrooms: One of the bedrooms has a large bed frame with no room for night stands. A bit inconvenient for the couple staying in this room. Suggestions: An outside eating table around the pool would be a nice addition, as would a grill on that level. (There is a grill on the middle level where the kitchen and dining area is. The personal chefs used this grill.) Beach chairs to use around the pool and to take to the beach, and full length door mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice to have.

We loved this special place!

Because of circumstances out of our control, we booked this villa rather last minute. Tristan was understanding to our situation, helping us in any way he could. He and Tanis were warm and welcoming! Their villa is beautiful, and accommodated our party of 8 easily. They helped us line up a private chef through Brown's Private Services. Cabo Villa

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious, open (with nice marble floors throughout) and has a full kitchen with a large stove for cooking. It has a private float pool and we were able to sit on the deck under the palm trees and enjoy our coffee with the rising sun each morning. The house is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants and shops in Cabo. Our hosts organized a lovely fishing trip for us and we caught plenty of Wahoo to cook up for dinner that night. Sit back, relax and enjoy the sunny views.

What a stunning place! Tristen & Tanis were the perfect hosts. Book today or it's your loss!

It was my first time in Cabo. After my vacation i thought i could spend the rest of my life there. The weather was perfect, VRBO home spectacular, the city fabulous. The restaurants were great but mostly it felt safe for us. The hospitality our hosts offered made our stay even better. Maybe it was the complimentary margaritas served upon our arrival! Their home left us in need of nothing, not at thing was over looked or skimped upon. It was a luxury home offering the best quality of everything, obviously decorated professionally. Tristen organized everything....and suggested that we walk from the house to Cabo Bello private beach where we snorkeled and kayaked away from the maddening crowd. He also organized a fishing charter that landed us our dinner. We went sailing on the catarmaran where we saw the incredible beauty of Baja and met wonderful people. Before we left i clearly knew that places like this, once discovered, would not be available for very long and so we booked again for next year. See you both next year!

The Paradise Oasis was an amazing experience. One of the best vacations I've ever been on, and it was my first time that far down in Mexico. There is a private beach in the community! You are probably 5 miles from the downtown area but the bus was very easy, clean and cheap. All around this paradise oasis is really in a great location in the middle of a gated community very safe. The hosts were very helpful in helping me negotiate around and professional. Bonus is your near a Costco so you can get plenty of the quality necessities there. Also, if you book any excursions with Cabo Adventures they come and pick you up in there shuttles. The whale shark excursion and the scuba diving experience was unforgettable. This creature is amazing 40+ feet long and as gentle as a whale. I will definitely go back and stay at the amazing Paradise Oasis again!

We love the that we can swim, and snorkel in paradise and it is just steps away.
