Appartement neuf de 100 m2, à deux pas de la mer!
Il est à quelques minutes des magnifiques plages de Boca Catalina et d'Arashi et à 5 minutes en voiture des boutiques du Paseo Herencia et du Palm Beach Plaza où vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants et des bars. Également à proximité du quartier des hôtels avec ses animations et son casino.
Il est composé d'un grand salon avec des fenêtres donnant sur le jardin, un salon et un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes.
E 'équipé d'air conditionné, cuisine moderne avec grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, Internet, système d'alarme, télévision et eau chaude dans les salles de bains (pas commun à Aruba!).
L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres doubles avec lits king size et de grandes armoires, 2 salles de bains et un garde-manger.
Vous aurez accès à une terrasse privée équipée pour les repas en plein air et un barbecue.

Short walk to the beaches.

The place was spacious and well laid out. The owner was accommodating and allowed for early check-in. We enjoyed staying at the is the end of the island away from all the traffic and noise. Short walk to the beach and with great snorkeling.

Overall great place to stay

Wish the pool closing hours were different. That is the time we would get back and want to relax in the pool.

Nice comfortable stay

The apartment was nice, clean and quiet with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located near enough to northern beaches and away from traffic and crowds. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. I definitely would return.

Great Place to be

Wonderful clean and well equipped Apartment in the remote part of the Island with beautiful beaches near by. The big pool was great in the afternoon ans evening. Perfect Communication as Well.

110% would stay again!

Fulvia and her property were absolutely fabulous. Super clean, very friendly, a 10 minute walk to Boca Catalina Beach, and quiet (unlike the hotel area). We loved that we could use the pool & grill dinner on the nights we didn't feel like eating out. Absolutely amazing and VERY highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Aruba if you want to avoid the crowds

Spacious and comfortable. This is a great place to stay in Aruba’s Gold Coast. Within walking distance to the beach and with its very own pool you might never want to leave. With two beach chairs and a cooler we could spend our time snorkeling at the nearby beaches. Thank you Paula and Fulvia. We had a great time.

Month long stay

Things were good. Many things were rusted and old, however that did not impact my stay. Ask for beach towels, that is not automatically handed to you. Beach chairs are actually stadium chairs. Location to Arashi beach is literally 3 minutes away. Nice pool and pool area.

Awesome stay at Dolce Vita apartments!

We had a great stay at Dolce Vita apartments! The apartment was incredibly roomy and the well-stocked kitchen was much appreciated! The pool was beautiful with great shady and sunny spots for drying off and sunbathing. Fulvia and Paola were incredibly hospitable too, helping us book a rental car and loaning us some beach towels and dishwasher tablets when we didn’t have any! It was also appreciated to have access to beach chairs, a cooler and noodles for a day at the beach and you are a very quick drive (a few mins) to Tres Trapi (turtles), Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach for snorkelling. One small note of caution to future guests: it is best to leave windows open only a crack (or closed) as one day we found a lizard that had made itself at home in our bathroom! We managed to catch him and bring him back out but otherwise, this was a really enjoyable stay and we hope to return here if we come back to Aruba! Thank you Fulvia and Paola!

La Dolce Vita on one happy island

Thank you Fulvia for your hospitality and for all your support! We had wonderful time in Aruba staying at La Dolce Vita, and you contributed greatly to that experience. To everyone looking at this listings. If you are interested in a place close to the Arashi beach (our favorite) or for a place away for hotels and resorts, this listing is probably one of the best deals in terms of value. We (the family of 3) rented the 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms apartment between Aug 12th and Aug 19th.The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to socialize as a group or to have privacy when needed. It is well furnished with spacious closets. The kitchen has all what’s needed for cooking and has new appliances. The most important, the apartment is very clean. We had our garbage taken out daily. On the middle of our trip the host refreshed towels. There is a charcoal grill outside and table on a patio, which is private. The pool area is great and was open to us from 9am until 10 pm daily. The location is fantastic, away from major resort crowd but still close to everything (by car). La Dolce Vita is located on street were all houses are private and low car traffic. You can walk to the closest beach. We had a car, which Fulvia helped to arrange through the local car rental company. We drove to the Arashi beach, 3 min, since we had chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler (all provide by Fulvia). The apartment is 7 min driving from the high rise hotels area with all shopping and restaurants. The Super Food supermarket is 10 min drive, but there are a few local super markets a bit closer. The airport is 20 min away. We enjoyed our stay and will consider La Dolce Vita again for our next trip to Aruba. As far is the host, Fulvia was outstanding supporting us before the trip and during our stay. All email questions were typically answered within hours and text (WhatsApp) messages were answered within minutes. The check-in/-out process was the easiest we had experienced in many years of renting vacation houses.

Loved our stay here!!

We stayed here for 10 nights just recently and had a great time at this rental and what a great choice!! We stayed in the two bedroom and it was nice to have the extra space. The property is in a very nice, peaceful setting and rental was clean. You can’t beat this location, it is one of the nicest areas to stay in and has some of the best snorkeling in the area in my opinion. Although you can walk to the beach easily we chose to drive as we had beach chairs but it was super close, a minute drive down the road. A few times during our stay we went to Boca Catalina early in the morning and easily got a Palapa and enjoyed our time there snorkeling and swimming for hours. Tres trapi and Arashi are also nice and super close. It is all so quick and convenient to this rental. There is a gorgeous big pool which my husband enjoyed very much every day. We felt very comfortable here. Fulvia and her mom Paula were great! Paula checked daily to see if we needed anything. The garbage was emptied daily and the rental was cleaned mid stay. It’s a few minute drive to Palm Beach and SuperFoods which we went very often. On our departure day we had a late flight and Fulvia allowed a later check out which I’m so thankful for. There are a few other units at this property too which is nice to know for the future Incase our older daughter would Join us. Me and my husband both agreed we would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant stay!

Our host and her mother were both very accommodating and responsive. All communication was timely. The unit was very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided, and the pool was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend coming to Aruba.

Lovely stay

We spent 5 weeks at this property and all in all it was very good. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was equipped with all your basic needs. Beds were comfortable and the property host and her mother were very accommodating and gracious to all our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome stay at La Dolce Vita!

The property is great! Everything was as advertised. Really enjoyed hanging out by the pool after a day at the beach. Outdoor shower was a plus. Our family all agreed we would stay here again. The owner was EXTREMELY accommodating when we found out that our return flight home was cancelled, and they allowed us to stay the extra night. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen Fulvia and Paula were lovely hosts; meeting us at check in and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure all was well. Loved the location. Nice walk to the beach and short drive to other beaches and restaurants. Liked that is was a little outside the chaos of the high rises in a nice neighborhood.

great location

My husband and me stayed there for 8 nights at the beginning of September. It is a great location for people who want to stay away from crowds. Closest small beach for swimming and snorkeling is 10 min walking. Big Arashi beach good for swimming and more suitable for kids is 25 min walk. It is better to rent a car, because there is only one small grocery store and it is about 30 min walking. The big grocery store Super Foods is about 10 min drive. Apartment has 2 bedrooms each of them has private bathroom. There is no other bathroom in the apartment. So if you have extra people who sleep in the living room they have to use one of the bedrooms bathrooms. I think it is perfect for 2 couple if they use the same bed, or for 1 couple if they do not want to share the same bedroom and bathroom. There is no soap or shampoo provided, so bring your own trial size. I think it would be nice if little soap and shampoo would be provided, since taking liquids in to carry on is very restricted. Also there is a dishwasher there, but it was not any dishwasher small packets or tablets. Communication with owner was easy and she responded promptly. Overall it was a good stay and we would recommend it
