Bienvenue à South Hampton de vues magnifiques sur la plage. Situé au 3ème étage du côté de la vue sur l'océan de la construction South Hampton. Il offre une vue depuis le salon et les deux chambres, en plus de deux points de vue sur l'océan et le lac depuis les 3 terrasses privées. L'immense salle de bain principale a un double siège de douche et banc. L'unité est entièrement équipée et est très favorable à la famille.
Situé dans la plus grande station balnéaire de l'histoire de Myrtle Beach. Il comprend 145 acres de terrain bois�� et laminage lacées avec des lacs d'eau douce et bordée par un demi-mile exquise de surf, le sable et le soleil. Les installations comprennent un système de sécurité 24h / 24 et un réseau de sentiers pédestres traversant l’ensemble de la propriété. 3 restaurants et un club de sport et de bien-être de 4 millions de dollars. Location at a Value

I would recommend the unit get new mattresses and blinds for the windows. Both were in rough shape. Otherwise all else was good.

South Hampton rental

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor experience. Beds were sagging, noisy and worn out. Blinds were missing verticals making privacy impossible. Dish washer did not work with nothing otherwise provided to clean dishes.

Somewhat Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A bit disappointed that the unit had a leaking shower in one bathroom, so the entire group had to share one shower. Each room had missing blinds, which hindered privacy and were unable to use the bedrooms to change in. The property is a bit dated, and the one working shower had mold in the grout. Most dishes had to be re-washed as they were not clean. Kitchen sink started leaking the day before we checked out. Also, highly disappointed that this unit only allows limited privileges at the resort. We were restricted to two small pools and the gate code did not work for the one pool. The NEW large pool and waterpark were not accessible to us. Also, the gym was restricted. We are a very active family, so this was extremely disappointing to pay so much money and not be able to enjoy the entire resort. We made the best of our stay but will not return.

Not what I expected for the price!!

Good location needs renovated and new bedding in both bedrooms no one in my party slept comfortably The ocean view is not that great but you can see it. From the information I have since got I'm not the first guest to have issues with the beds.The good is that it is a very short walk to the beach and the pools are nice.

Condo rental at Kingston Plantation Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were excited to return to Kingston Plantation resort but disappointed with the location of the condo. Also, the condo need a few repairs such as the broken door handle to the main sliding door, missing blinds in the second bedroom, and unfriendly internet connection,and instructions how to operate the televisions. If it weren't for my teenage son, my husband and I would not have been able to connect to the internet nor watch the evening news. I wouldn't recommend this condo to one in their 50s or older. I doubt I will do a third party rental again. My opinion is go directly to Hilton to book a condo, it's well worth the additional money. Palmetto Vacation Rentals, please inspect your rentals and do at least basic repairs. Missing blinds in the bedroom how unfortunate especially when one like a dark bedroom to go to sleep.

Don’t rent from palmetto Vacations. Tv’s weren’t working on college game day and no one from management office contacted us back. In fact no one has contacted us at all. Never again

Great stay!

Very Clean and quiet. Our friends stayed at the Grand Caymen Myrtle beach and the South Hampton 301 Arcadian Shores blew it away! Very resort-style property. Quiet pools, and very close to the beach. Kingston Resorts are doing a great job.

Poorly managed

Property owner is Palmetto Rentals, and my experience purely from the management standpoint was poor. Any contact I had with the office wasn't great. The check in process took an hour and a half just so they could hand me a key and a piece of paper, and the drive to the condo is another 30 mins. Then the wifi didn't work the entire week. I left 3 voicemails initially over the course of 2 days, and eventually spoke with someone in the office after I called again. Then they got me to a maintenance worker who told me to unplug and plug back in the modem. I told him that I did that on day one, at which point he told me to make sure I did it for a full minute and if it didn't work to call back. It didn't work, but I didn't waste my time calling back. I told the person about it in the office when checking out and they said, well the maintenance guy is new but said they could have him give me a call. I didn't care to get in to the matter or the issues with this proposed solution any further so I just told them no thanks and left.

Great Stay!

Our family came down for a week vacation. We had a great time! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy and fast walk to the beach. We’d definitely would stay here again!

The picture on internet good, condo not so good.Disappointing

The dining room table had 3 different type chairs. The living room couch and chair cushions very dirty looking. When we arrived none of the TV's , had cable cords connected to them. The master bedroom and bath was nice. I would not recommend this condo to my family or friends.

Comfortable Convenient Clean and reasonably priced

This is a beautiful condo located on the beach with a pool. Additional beach chairs and supplies was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and offered all necessary kitchen appliances and supplies. I rated it a 4 only because the vertical blinds in all rooms were missing some blinds allowing light to come through the windows at night. Also the master show was not tall enough to accommodate a tall person.
