Notre appartement a un emplacement absolument parfait au coeur de la ville et en plus une terrasse verte avec une vue magnifique sur la cathédrale! Le soir ou la nuit, vous pouvez voir la cathédrale illuminée depuis votre lit!
Tout est au coin de la rue: de belles boutiques, des boutiques, de bons restaurants, le quartier de la mode, des musées et plusieurs garages publics.
Notre loft est situé dans une rue calme, à côté du Vrijdagmarkt (= marché du vendredi). Vous séjournez donc dans le centre historique d'Anvers mais vous profitez également de l'environnement calme.
Profitez du grand espace (110m2), de la sensation de hauteur, du luxe, du parquet, des œuvres d'art moderne et de la magnifique terrasse avec une vue parfaite sur la cathédrale!

Great place, great spot

This very large loft is an ideal place to stay in Antwerpen. You are around the corner of nice cafes and restaurants, but still in a quiet street. The terras has a great view on the Cathedral. Please mind the very steep steps to the top floor. The pictures do the place justice.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. We loved staying in this loft apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to function for the week. It was clean and organized. The view of the cathedral was a bonus. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Antwerp. The owners were communicative and provided us with very valuable information about grocery stores and places to go.

Attractive and functional

Wonderful location, great advice from our lovely owner, and highly recommend this apt. Goosens is a super bakery close by and dinner at De 7 Schaken was very tasty. A big lunch at Den Artiste was delicious too.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Apartment was perfect for a couple. Situated in the Historic Centre it was in easy walking distance of all the attractions. Kitchen was very well equipped and everything in good condition.If booking should be aware that there are two flights of steep, narrow stairs to access so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.Overall a great find and would definitely recommend.

Great unit, exceptional location

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The unit was well-equipped for our 2 week stay, clean and very well kept. The view of the magnificent cathedral from the unit added to the magic of our Antwerp stay. Be warned, the very steep entry stairs, although charming, may be a challenge, especially when moving luggage in and out. The location is outstanding. It's on a quiet alley only a few minutes walk to the historic main square restaurants and shops. It's very close to the metro, bike rental, grocery store etc. Our hosts provided great recommendations on restaurants and pubs. It's the perfect base from which to explore Antwerp.

Comfortable, Spacious and Charming

Location was terrific! The apartment itself was modern while remaining historical & charming. The views from each window were a pleasant surprise. Apartment was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds made for a good night sleep. All the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

A little gem in the heart of Antwerp!

The loft is even nicer than in the photos. It is very airy and tastefully decorated, with everything one may need, comfortable beds and lots of space to relax. The roof terrace with cathedral views is special! The flat was very clean and everything went smoothly. The location cannot be beaten! Thank you Catherine and Dieter for a memorable stay. We hope to be back soon!

Charming flat in a charming city

We enjoyed this home base for a short stop over in Antwerp. The location is great - short walks to lots of interesting sites, restaurants and grocery stores. And we were completely charmed by Antwerp. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. But do beware the two very steep, twisting flights of stairs to reach the apartment. It was challenge getting up and down with big suitcases and wouldn’t be go everyone. The host was super-responsive and helpful.

Fab stay in the heart of Antwerp old town

We had a wonderful time in the top floor Antwerp accommodation - the location was brilliant, the bed was super comfortable, and the view of the cathedral was stunning, while at the same time, the cathedral bells were not so loud they keep you awake.. The flat is well-equipped, although we ate out almost all the time, as every type of eatery is a few minutes walk away. We did agree with one reviewer that the winding staircase is not for everyone, but that and the outdoor roof terrace is what helps to make it special. We bumped into our hosts, who were delightful, and gave us excellent recommendations as to where to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The other big plus for me was a Phillips coffee machine that produced excellent coffee from coffee bags that were provided in substantial numbers by our hosts! Altogether a great stay. Thank you, Catherine and Dieter.

Great spot in Antwerp

I would highly recommend staying here if viaiting Antwerp. The location is perfect, located in Groenplaats, its right next to the Cathedral, the shopping strip and not far from Centraal station. The apartment is spacious, tidy and clean with great amenities. The only reason this didnt get a 10/10 was due to the check in process. The communication with the host was great but the code for the building wasnt provided before arriving. However, this was resolved fairly quickly so only deducting 1 star as the host was apologetic and it was a genuine mistake

Beautiful apartment, lovely area, a fantastic stay!

We were truly impressed by the place from the moment we walked in. It's just off of a beautiful little town square lined with bistros, cafes, shops, just a super-short walk from a tram and metro stop. Everything you could need is right there: restaurants, groceries, a little independently owned chocolate shop around the corner (Gunther Watté) -- but there's no traffic noise, no crazy crowds, no busses, no trucks... An ideal location! The apartment itself is perfect for either a couple with kids or two couples traveling, as long as one of the couples doesn't mind some (quite decent!) futon-style beds on the main floor. All the beds were very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the place was very well outfitted! The sunny top-floor deck outside of the loft bedroom was wonderful for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon beers. Communication with host Catherine was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. She also had some excellent local restaurant recommendations as well! Only one thing that should be noted if you consider this rental: it is a top-floor apartment, and you get to it via some VERY narrow and steep spiral stairs. If you're young and fit, they'll be no problem, but if you have balance issues or bad knees, it might be more challenging. We managed, even with heavy luggage, but it's something to note! Overall, we loved our visit, and would not hesitate for a moment to return to this rental or to recommend it to others!
