Appartement moderne face à la plage avec 2 chambres au Kaibo Yacht Club

plage et l'océan vue imprenable, mobilier flambant neuf, décor moderne, cuisine entièrement équipée. Le condo offre des comptoirs en granit, travertin vasques en marbre, planchers de tuiles de céramique et de la climatisation centrale. Une belle vue sur l'océan peut être apprécié à partir de la plupart des chambres.

La cuisine ouverte avec bar est parfait pour se divertir et conduit à la salle à manger. Le salon est lumineux et donne sur le privé projeté dans le patio. Dans l'immense chambre principale, vous trouverez un lit king size et une salle de bain, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon, pouvant accueillir 6 personnes dans cet appartement très confortablement.

Le site est une piscine à débordement, un bain à remous et beaucoup de confortables chaises longues avec beaucoup d'ombre pour les jours de plage. Vous êtes littéralement sur le bord de l'eau si parfait pour le kayak, paddleboard, la natation et la navigation de plaisance.

A quelques pas se trouve un des plus cool des bars de plage à Cayman avec une ambiance incroyable, nouveau café vintage et un restaurant gastronomique 'étage', a voté l'un des meilleurs restaurants Caymans maintes et maintes fois sur Trip Advisor. Rum Point est à moins de 2 miles sur la route avec une autre plage, bar de la plage fabuleuse et un restaurant.

Il y a beaucoup de belles promenades paisibles à avoir droit de la copropriété, ainsi que la plage publique à quelques pas de là avec les enfants aire de jeux. Ce condo a vraiment tout!

Family Vacation

We were looking for a relaxing family vacation, and did we find one. The location of this property was perfect and the remoteness of the area was just what we wanted. Walking out the back door right onto the beach every morning was the perfect way to start the day.We would have liked a couple more serving spoons in the kitchen for when we cooked meals at the condo.

Great New Year's Eve Stay

We stayed here the first few nights of our vacation to be close to the New Year's Eve activities. It was really fun. The unit is really nice and well-equipped. I don't love the ocean access here as it's not as inviting as some of the other beaches. But it is beautiful to look at! The pool and property was also very lovely. This is a very peaceful, quiet part of the island to stay if that's what you are looking for. Thanks!

North Side Paradise

If you are looking for a quieter place on Grand Cayman with access to great food and activity, than North Side is your place! We absolutely loved the location and the condo. It really had everything we needed and was RIGHT ON THE BEACH! You can’t beat that. Having the Kaibo Yacht Club right next door with the restaurant was so convenient and there are plenty of other fabulous restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The property manager was very responsive to our needs (there was only one beach chair and we asked for another one which was delivered to the condo promptly). The property is well maintained and having the pool right outside the porch was also very nice! Highly recommend this property as your home away from home to enjoy a bit of paradise!

Had a wonderful stay at this Condo. Unit was clean and well equipped. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Love to watch the boats come in and out Kaibo. The neighborhood is beautiful and loved walking it every morning.

Cayman at Kaibo

The property was exactly what we expected and fantastic! That part of the island is quiet and low key. The condo is located in a beautiful, little isolated neighborhood surrounded by water, nature and lots of peace and quiet. Pool was great, beach was great and just walk out the screened-in lanai into the sand. Plenty of beach loungers around the pool and in the sand. Very well appointed unit and TONS of extras that made the stay so fun - kayaks, paddle boards, beach toys. Everything you could ever want inside the condo made the stay convenient and easy. Place was clean, property was professionally maintained everyday. Highly recommend.

It's the little things

This property just works! The location on the peaceful beach near the yacht club is perfection with a nice pace of activity without being too busy or too quiet. The condo is a great size - workable size kitchen, comfortable size living area and two great bedrooms and two baths. But it is the little things that add up to a wonderful stay. Sam, the owner, clearly gets what it takes to make a vacation stay perfect. Large size bath products in convenient pump top containers, plush bath towels and bathmats, a washer and dryer with all the products you need to do laundry. All of which is a pain to bring on your own. And in the kitchen a wonderful tea pot (rarely found in a rental unit), spices to cook and the real shocker - cling wrap and foil; never found in a vacation rental. Sam is responsive and quick to solve any issue. She has a team of workers ready to go so that you never feel as if you are alone in foreign country without any support. All of it contributes to a great stay in one of our favorite places in the world.

Cayman Relaxation Therapy

Location could not be improved upon. One level, beach front, best ever location. Sunsets, docks to fish from, beach front restaurants, walkable to Starfish Point, Rum Point, and the Bio-bay. Pool with good chairs, hot tub, not busy, generally quiet, hammocks and water toys. Fabulous sunsets, and the bay is sheltered from the winds.

Loved our stay!

We loved this property. Clean, well equipped, great communication and easy living! Loved having the 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards. All seemed like brand new condition. Bed was very comfortable - likely the best I've slept in at a rental place. Kitchen had everything we needed including a few extras like foil, baggies, coffee filters, etc. Gas grill (and charcoal grill) was right out our door (we didn't have to share like at some properties). Location was great for exploring the North Side & East End of the island. We arrived New Years Eve. There was a nice party going on at Kaibo next door. We chose not to participate this year since we traveled all day but it definitely looked and sounded fun. I was a little worried about the noise level (and fireworks at midnight since we crashed early) but there was no need to worry. Property is very sound proof. Did not hear the fireworks, the band or the neighbors above! There were a lot of regulars in the area that we met. Some have been coming to the same property for 6+ years. I can see why. It is a great place. I highly recommend.

Nice and relaxing getaway

Wonderful place. We were there busiest week of the year (Xmas) and it did not feel crowded at all (unlike the two days we spent at SMB). We made full use of the three kayaks (all of them in great shape, two new). Took us around 20 mins to reach Starfish Point and we passed a whole colony (?) of starfish on the way over in a shallow bay in front of Gardens of Kai. It was surreal. The garage also had two paddle boards that we did not use. It’s a two min drive to Rum Point which has some fairy good snorkeling (but lots of crowds esp when a cruise ship is in town) and 15 mins to Barefoot Beach (some of the best snorkeling in GCM). The condo itself if clean and well done with literally everything you need in stock. The beach in front always had an empty beach chair or two plus a hammock so there was no need to rush out early in the morning and grab open space. If I had one complaint about this place, it’s that the beach is more like a bay than an ocean. There were no waves. Which is true for all of Kaibo and most of the North Side. On the flip side, that makes it ideal for kayaking and swimming. Samantha is a great host. I forgot my work phone there and she promptly mailed it over to my house, thank you! All in all, highly recommend!!

Nice location

Nice location on Northside of the island which is great for those that like outdoor activities. Unit was as advertised. Only issue was cleanliness of location when we arrived. Plates were placed back into cabinets that were dirty and wet towels were left in the washer and dryer.

Quiet location

Condo was lovely. Could use a few minor updates - master bedroom door doesn’t close, towel rack in guest bath kept falling off, closet door in utility closet is off track. Sports equipment is lacking when compared to some of the other condos. Experienced repeated problems with cable (information on how to work TVs would be helpful) & WiFi (WiFi was replaced while we were there & worked great afterwards). However, with the above said, we truly did appreciate the view & amenities the condo offered. Perfect location. Very relaxing. Would recommend the condo to all our friends.

Very well equipped condo. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Owner responded quickly when we had some plumbing , WiFi and Cable issues. All resolved within a day. Quiet location and Starfish point is close and a better beach.

Great Place!

We just returned form our 2 week stay at this lovely condo. Nicely decorated and has the greatest view of the bay. Master bedroom has a tempur-pedic bed!! Hoping to find it available on our next visit to Kaibo.

Great place

Loved the condo! Nice and roomy. More than enough kitchen supplies for us! It was nice having some coffee already here😊 Views were amazing. Loved being right on the beach and lounging in the hammocks. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice having the restaurant to walk over to. Quick jaunt over to rum point was great. Would love to come back!

Great condo for families

The condo itself is very nice with nearly everything you could think of for a beach vacation. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, drying rack, there was even some leftover sunscreen from the last guest. The proximity to Kaibo yacht club is extremely convenient and sting ray tours leave right off the dock. The beach was a bit disappointing if you like to float and play around in waves close to the shore. There are no waves and the sand drops off or gets murky just a few feet in. We much preferred seven Mile Beach for a beach day. The only disappointment about the condo itself was the kayaks- they are in poor condition- all the bungees are broken off and only one has a paddle. Other than that it’s a fantastic property.

Quiet relaxation

Very well maintained property and surroundings. Clean, quiet, away from main tourist areas. There are restaurants next door with casual, formal dining and espresso bar options. Perfect for a family getaway.

Wonderful place and so relaxing....

We stayed 4 to 18 Apr with our 2 sons and absolutely loved it. The condo is modern and well equipped. You can just step out onto the beach. We decided to stay at Kaibo instead of 7mile beach and so glad we did as we travelled around the island each day to different beaches and whilst 7mile beach was amazing it was so nice to come back to Kaibo. It is well positioned...star fish point is just a few mins walk and Rum Point was 2mins in a car. The condo had good air con, nice size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is perfect to self cater. Good wifi which pleased the kids, Couldn't fault the place and left with so many happy memories. Owners were responsive with any questions that arose.

I am from the UK but was lucky enough to move here 7 years ago after coming on vacation. I absolutely love it here and hope I never have to leave. I work full time, we love traveling but cant wait to get back home to Cayman no matter where I go. Cayman has an amazing selection of totally fabulous restaurants and thats lucky because I love eating, drinking and socializing with friends. In my spare time I play tennis, read and take long walks with my gorgeous rescue dogs.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I looked at buying at Kaibo for a few years and finally bit the bullet early 2016 and am so glad I did. It has such a cool, relaxing vibe and everything you need is right on your doorstep.

The residents in Kaibo Phase 2 is a great mix of nationalities, ages and cultures and all look out for each other, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere to all who are lucky enough to stay here.
