Unité privée au deuxiÚme étage. Notre appartement 2/2 situé à proximité de la piscine à débordement en bord de mer, à distance de marche des marinas et du casino. 2 Grand patio extérieur, la chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bain privée. La chambre d'amis a deux lits jumeaux. Tirez sur le canapé-lit dans le salon. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Salle à manger. TV HD par satellite et WI-FI GRATUIT. Machine à laver et sÚche-linge. BBQ sur le patio est interdit et hors service. Meilleur emplacement location appartement dans la station.
REMARQUE.
Nous possédons un slip de 40 '(pour un max 44ft) qui est aussi à louer à $ 100 / jour. Situé à Fisherman's Villa Marina. Meilleur endroit de glissade de marina dans la marina (TUNA 21). Juste au bar et au restaurant Healing hole, bureau de maßtres de quai.
Ce slip est le premier des 40 'Ă  la fin du dock (Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du T-dock), ce qui rend trĂšs facile d'entrer et de sortir et offre Ă©galement de superbes vues sur la baie. Depuis son emplacement sur le T-dock, il a la passerelle extra large, ce qui en fait un endroit idĂ©al pour la pĂȘche en baie ou tout simplement mettre en place des chaises et tremper dans la vue! Le glissement de bateau de 40ft a Ă©tĂ© endommagĂ© dĂ» Ă  l'ouragan et pas encore rĂ©parĂ©.
Les réparations devraient se terminer à la fin de 2018.

Nous possédons également un bordereau de bateau de 60ft et loue pour 250 $ par jour. situé à Mega Marina, à cÎté de Hilton Hoyel et du casino.

Le Fisherman's Village abrite le marché de détail du complexe proposant une variété de restaurants, de magasins et d'équipements, notamment un centre de remise en forme et le bar The Healing Hole, un bar sportif en plein air proposant une variété de boissons froides, une cuisine décontractée et divertissements en direct.

Beautiful home in Resorts World. This home was a perfect fit for our family! We were able to park our boat out back. The kitchen is decently stocked with a coffee pot, pots/pans and cups & silverware. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable!

Gorgeous home, excellent host!

We had a delay getting here and had three gorgeous days over the New Year’s holiday. We then had a delay getting out because of weather . Berger was more than accommodating on both ends of this trip. Accommodated us at all costs. We will definitely be visiting again and look forward to visiting this gorgeous property.

Horribly dirty, doors broken, no plates or flatware, disgusting grill that had no propane, unsafe!

The place was filty, mold on the shower curtain, the outdoor grill was unbelievably disgusting and out of propane. We were going to clean it and go buy a tank of propane but the latch on the door to the deck wouldn't work to let us back outside! I got out of the shower and walked to the kitchen and back, layed down on the bed and my wife saw the bottoms of my feet, they were completely black! I don't think the floors have been properly cleaned in months. We had a bi-fold door come off of the track and smack our daughter in-law in the head. Two of the three smoke detectors have been removed. Upon our arrival the refrigerator was full of old spoiled milk and food and the ice maker trey was full of ice and some other unknown substance. The bed linens were tossed into the closet without being folded (no idea if they were clean or not), so we did a load of wash and the washing machine leaked water all over the floor. If you are looking for a nice property to vacation in, this is not the place!

Protected dock with 50A power and water. Home is roomy, well appointed and with a decently stocked kitchen.

Not much there for me

Property was nice. Needs up dating. Paint would be nice but other wise fairly clean. It was a great value price wise. Located in the heart of the resort and close to everything. The biggest problem was the Island had a fire at the power plant and twice a day the power would go out. When it went out everything stops. I mean gas pumps for the boat. Water stops running. Air conditioners quit. So here I am in the shower all soaped up and bam no power and no water. Power was out for 2 hours Not the properties fault but still this is a island. All in all this place was very accommodating and nice. If I ever return to this island I would rent this unit again. The owner is 5 stars and will do all for her guest.

Great vacation apartment

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Owner was very responsive to all questions, and the check-in was super quick and easy. Bimini is great for the family. Kids can enjoy the pool and the beautiful beach. I would definitely like to stay in this apartment in Bimini again.

Very nice.

The only bad thing I found with the whole stay was that we did not have water for two days in the morning for four hours each day. Also when we got to the room there was no toilet paper or paper towel available. The place is very nice like I said before and well-kept for a guy that's been going to Bimini Bay since Bimini Bay opened it's definitely one of the nicest place still around that I have stayed, I will definitely rent from them again.

Very modern and comfortable

This spacious apartment was perfect for a week stay on Bimini. The Resorts World shuttle was waiting right outside the airport to take us on a brief drive down to the Resort Ferry that took us from South to North Bimini. (There was no charge for this service and we didn't lift a finger for our bags.) I highly recommend renting a golf cart. This was waiting for us at the hotel as soon as we arrived. Everyone seems to have one, and there is plenty of parking around the apartment. It was a bit confusing how the arrival process would work, but it was quite simple once we were there. A porter took us from the ferry out to a waiting shuttle bus that drove us over to the marina area where we checked in. Then we loaded our bags into our golf cart and scooted off to our accommodation. The grounds of the resort are well kept and golf carts are slowed down by regular speed bumps. This is in stark contrast to the rest of Bimini which can be generously described as "shabby". You enter the apartment on the ground floor and walk up tiled stairs to a well lit open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The furnishings are modern and the kitchen is well equipped and in good working order. It seems the housekeeping staff cleans out the refrigerator but leaves the items purchased by previous guest that are still good. We found condiments, coffee, and butter along with other non- perishable items. There are two good-sized balconies and while there isn't much of view from either of them, the furniture is nice as is the propane grill. The a/c works well and the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and airy with plenty of quality linens. There is no hair dryer. Which is unusual in a rental property. The only issue we had was with noise. The condo below us was rented the first night we were there and the residents decided to crank up the music and party hard. It didn't last too long though. I think security came by and told them to turn it down, which they did. But, on the Friday before we left there was a major party on the hotel roof. The sound resonated off the other buildings and created a booming sound throughout the complex until after 1am. It is my understanding that the condo owners are taking steps to eliminate this problem. The infinity pool and beach are a short 5 minute walk away. Both are quite beautiful. I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for spacious accommodation on Bimini.

Nice, clean & within walking distance to Casino!

Great location on the island! Right in the center of it all (casino, infinity pool, marina). The apartment was clean and had almost everything! No casserole dishes, but you can buy disposable ones on the island. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking again. Optional boat slip available too, if you need it.
