Lovely modern villa very clean and comfortable,It’s a mile away from the centre of town but very easy and inexpensive to get a cab. Pool area is lovely with a shaded pergola.

Great villa

As a family of four it was a great place to stay especially for our first time in a villa. It was very clean and spacious. All rooms had en suites which was very convenient for my two daughters. The location of the villa was really good, shops, bars and restaurants about 5-15 minutes walk. Ali was a fantastic host, answered any questions promptly and organised the airport transfers. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Thanks Ali.

Lovely Villa!

We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of July. Myself, my husband, 2 sons aged 19 and 16. The Villa was absolutely lovely - it was clean, spacious and modern. All rooms had en suites which was very convenient. The location of the villa is perfect, there are shops, bars and restaurants about 5-10 minutes walk. Hisaranou is a 30 minute walk but we used taxis as they were so easy to get (a button opposite the villa - the taxis come very quickly) and they are very cheap. We also got a taxi to the beach at Olu Deniz. Ali the villa owner was so helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for him. He organised our airport transfers and during our stay if we had any questions he replied straight away on WhatsApp. We were unfortunate enough to have our flight home cancelled and Ali helped and advised us with this and let us use another villa for the extra time we needed to stay before we could find another flight home. We will definitely be booking again, thank you for a great holiday!

Wonderful villa and pool

The villa was great - one of the nicest we’ve stayed in and spotlessly clean. The lovely pool and pool area were cleaned every day. Everything was extremely comfortable-the beds, sun beds, outdoor furniture under the gazebo which we used every day as it gave welcome relief from the hot sun. Ali was brilliant-he organised all our taxis which were top notch-very spacious and air conditioned. He responded very quickly to any queries and even organised 2 birthday cakes for us! A team of 4 cleared the entire villa after the first week and changed all the bedding and towels. Just one note-the top bedroom is huge but the roof slopes in a number of places including the shower so you need to watch your head! None of our party could use the shower as we are all quite tall and couldn’t stand upright in it! Not a big issue as the other en suite showers are brilliant and you can easily share. There are plenty of small supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Olu Deniz is 10 mins away in a taxi which costs around 180 lira and Fethyie is about 15 mins away - around 250 lira. I would definitely recommend this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely villa and pool, highly recommended!

We've just got back from 2 weeks in Villa Efe. We rent Vrbo properties every year and this is one of the nicest we've stayed in. It is just as the pictures show and we loved it. Really well maintained and furnished, spotlessly clean and a fabulous pool. The outside furniture was excellent quality and the pool cleaned every day. Ali the owner was quick to respond to any queries. There were shops and restaurants at the top of the road and it was a 5 minute drive to Hisaranou, 10 minutes to Olu Deniz. We had a couple of takeaways from Shiraz at the top of the road which was excellent and I highly recommend it if you don't want to go out one evening. I do have a couple of minor suggestions to add to the property but in the main I highly recommend it. 1 - get rid of the coloured pillowcases on the beds and replace with plain white so they can be easily washed/replaced each stay/clean. 2 - provide a towel for drying dishes, a cloth for washing dishes, washing up liquid, bin bags and maybe some hand soap in the bathrooms. These things cost very little and when you are renting a premium property such as this these should be provided as standard. Adding these would be a great extra at very little cost.

Great Villa

My 3 young adults and myself have travelled to Turkey many times however this was our first experience of Oludeniz. We arranged our airport transfer through Ali which meant we did not have to worry about anything after arriving on a late flight our driver had our villa keys and knew our exact location. The Villa is as beautiful as it looks in the picture and did not disappoint. We were there for 10 days and everyday someone came to clean around the pool, the cleaners cleaned the Villa and changed the towels,bed linen etc. after 1 week. The Villa is in a great location. You are able to relax throughout the day around the pool or under the gazebo when the sun is too hot with beautiful views of the mountains and then later in the evening take a 20-30 min stroll (dependant on the pace) down to Hisaranu, a taxi is very reasonable or there is always the Dolmus that can be taken at the top of the road. Oludeniz and Fethiye are also near by which again can be accessed by taxi or Dolmus. There are quite a few supermarkets that are also near the Villa just at the top of the road. On the walk down to Hisaranu you will find plenty of restaurants, some of these are in the top rated restaurants on Trip advisor and I can say are worth a visit. Ali was contactable throughout our stay and if needed can give you information about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Efe compared to other Villas in the area and others that we have stayed in Turkey I can say it is of high standard and a pleasure to stay in. We loved it so much that we are considering returning next year.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in a very modern clean villa.pool kept very clean (cleaned daily).close to shops restaurants and bars. The weather was lovely in October and pool was a nice relief from the heat.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic holiday, the villa was perfect with plenty of space for 6 adults. We loved the location of the villa, far enough away but could walk to Hisaronu within 30 minutes. Ali was available to answer any questions we had and also arranged our transfers to and from the airport. If we come back to Ovacik we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Amazing holiday

Absolutely great holiday, villa beautiful exactly as it appears on website . Great location , if you fancy a short walk it’s 20 mins walk into Hisoranu or alternatively catch Dolmus to Fethiye, Hisoranu or Ölüdeniz at top of the road 1 min walk away Ali and all his team are fantastic , so attentive nothing is too much trouble and they respond to any query immediately , before , during and after your stay great communication .and aftercare We left behind some car and house keys( luckily we have spares) and Ali is arranging to send them back to UK I can recommend Teras bar for Dincers beautiful food and Salims attentive hosting skills Brilliant holiday looking forward to returning again

Everything we could of wanted and more!

Me and my girlfriend came here for a week, as we fell in love with the villa as soon as we layed our eyes on it. Inside and out it was immaculate, and was genuinely breathtaking on arrival. The area surrounding the villa is so warming and the local village were so welcoming and polite. The villa is not far from the local village and only a short taxi journey away from oludeniz and fetihye. Ali was so helpful and genuinely couldn't do enough for us, he was always available for any questions or queries we had whilst at the villa. Would recommend to anybody! Overall this was the perfect holiday for me and my girlfriend and thank Ali greatly.

outstanding villa with fantastic attention to detail. Garden and pool area were stunning.

Ali, the villa owner was extremely helpful and organised our transfers from the airport too. This villa was the best one we have stayed in in Ovacik and was faultless. Each room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms all had balconies and sliding doors. They were all fitted with fly screens which enabled us to sleep with doors open. The beds were huge and very comfortable and all rooms were air conditioned. Each room had its own en-suite which were of boutique hotel standard and more. Huge walk in showers with a never ending supply of hot water and modern toilet and basins. Bath sheets and hand towels were provided and cleaned during the week. The kitchen was immaculate with a huge fridge freezer. The pool area and surrounding gardens were beautiful and exquisitely maintained. There is a stone built gazebo that offered the perfect shaded area in the afternoons but was also equipped with comfortable furniture that we enjoyed late at night after a night out for a night cap or two!! I can’t recommed this villa highly enough and we will definitely be returning next year.

Superb Villa

The Villa and the grounds are both outstanding. Ali the owner was 1st class he was very helpful and left us alone to enjoy our holiday but was always on hand if we needed him. The pool was cleaned daily and so nice for the kids to enjoy. The surrounding area is beautiful with so much to see and do. We had an amazing holiday at this superb Villa.

Beautiful Villa

Stayed at Villa Efe for 2 weeks with the family in June and we wasn't disappointed! This villa is very well presented with really nice and modern decor, the garden is great and well maintained with beautiful grounds that's very private along with a nice sized pool that our sons just loved. This is only 100 yards from a restaurant and supermarkets just round the corner. We walked into hisaranu and takes approx 25 minutes but only 5 minutes in a taxi which we used every night. Ali was always on hand to reply to any questions we had and very easy to deal with. Would definitely return to this villa.
