Windy Hill Dunes est un complexe spectaculaire situé au cœur de Windy Hill Beach. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis ce balcon au 15ème étage! Avec beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille, notre condo offre un accès direct à la plage, des télévisions à écran plat (service de câble amélioré), une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, des appareils électroménagers et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a beaucoup de places assises dans la salle familiale pour que tout le monde puisse s’étendre devant l’écran plat 46 "pour une soirée télé ou réunir tout le monde à la table pour un bon repas.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et un accès direct au balcon pour profiter de votre café du matin. La salle de bain principale offre un double lavabo avec une douche et un bain séparés. La deuxième chambre offre des lits doubles avec sa propre salle de bain privée (combo baignoire et douche) et la troisième chambre offre un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain privée (combo baignoire et douche). Votre réservation dans cet établissement comprend tous les draps et le linge de toilette, avec des lits faits à votre arrivée et votre ménage de départ.

La piscine principale du complexe hôtelier et la piscine pour enfants se trouvent toutes dans le même secteur et un grand bain à remous est à la disposition des adultes. Si vous devez, il y a une salle de gym sur place, mais n'hésitez pas à prendre la semaine. Il y a beaucoup de chaises longues autour de la terrasse de la piscine pour prendre des rayons.

ACCÈS À LA PLAGE: Une courte promenade au-dessus des dunes et les pieds dans le sable! Il y a des marches et une courte "promenade" vers la plage. Rincez-vous à l'une des deux douches extérieures, à quelques pas de la piscine.

OUT & ABOUT: North Myrtle Beach offre quelque chose pour tout le monde! Golf, golf miniature, shopping, magasins de plage, sports et loisirs dans le nouveau complexe de parcs et sports avec promenades à pied, à vélo, en tyrolienne et dans les arbres!

Beautiful Property

Nicely maintained with well equipped kitchen. The bed in the primary reminds me I need a new mattress at home. I got better sleep here than at home! The papasan chairs in the living room and Adirondack chairs on the balcony are a little tough for those with mobility issues, but the sofa and loveseat in the living room and table/chairs on the balcony are nice alternatives. Check in/out are done off property, but not too far away. Just something to keep in mind for logistics. We’ve stayed at this property before and would do it again!

Great place to stay we loved the condo and in an excellent location.

Very nicely decorated and in excellent shape. The staff that cares for the grounds and the condo are very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Great Condo in a fantastic location!

Not too busy while we were there. Nice waves. Relaxing vacation. The condo was as described. Not the most modern, up to date furnishings and there's definitely an opportunity to make it a bit cleaner (behind the furniture, under the beds, some of the dishes). All in all though, it was a comfortable condo, with plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Dream Get-away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second, but not last (!) stay in this beautifully-kept, fully-equipped condo. I even had the pleasure of having a new sofa delivered - on my birthday, no less! Everything about this condo and its location is perfect! The shower head made me never want to get out of the shower. I wondered if anyone would notice if I brought it home with me! Haha My daughter spent my second week with me for our second mother-daughter get-away together, last year being our first. When I asked if she would like to try somewhere else next year, she was adamant that we return, not only to NMB, but to this very condo! Thank you for making this such a special retreat!

Reviewer Comments: We are a group of 7 people, thoroughly enjoyed the view from balcony, lazy river, hot tub, play cards/puzzles indoor.Worst part is their logistics- hot water from shower is not enough for 2-3 people, have to wait for 30 mins to get hot water again.The water feels like hard water, not softened.They don’t have washer liquid, no body wash, no shampoo etc.. we should get them.. which is a suprise, they charged more for house keeping.

First Time in Myrtle Beach

The rental staff was spectacular they called a few times to go over the rental agreement, answer questions about the area, & then a few days before our arrival to ensure we had no questions or concerns. Everyone was helpful, I talked with Tracy the most & she answered all my questions & gave great recommendations.The condo, overall, was amazing. We did have some issues with the bathtubs/showers not being cleaned (hair left in the shower, a piece of soap w/ hair attached). However, this was not significant enough to us & will still give a 5 star rating because everything else was perfect!The location was perfect, we were close to everything we wanted to to & the beach was right out our door. The view from our condo was spectacular, we were on the 15th floor & had an awesome view. The unit was quiet, we could not hear anything from our neighbors. Being on the 15th floor also limited the noise from the beach, we could hear the waves perfectly, but the noise from visitors on the beach was minimal. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there for our use. We did make use of the Green Egg grills, that was a treat!The weather was absolutely perfect as well.I highly recommend this condo & hope to be able to return for another visit.

Beautiful condo, fantastic views, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental process over the phone with ODVR was so easy! Everything is explained during the rental process, no hidden or surprise fees. Check-in was fast and simple & we were provided all the instructions we needed. Parking is convenient in the parking deck, and the catwalk over the street was especially nice and we felt like it was an added safety bonus, given that we didn't have to take the kids into the street to get to our cars. The unit was clean and beautiful, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed for daily meals. The unit is spacious and inviting, with comfy furniture and incredible views from the oversized balcony. Plenty of room on the balcony for everyone to sit and enjoy the views at the same time. The property grounds are clean, attractive and well-kept. The pool and lazy river were a fun activity for the kids, while the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The grilling area with big green eggs is very nice (although we didn't use them during our stay, it is a nice convenience for anyone wishing to cook outdoors during their stay). The beach access was clean and easy to traverse, and the convenience of the deck with showers was an added bonus to knock the sand off ourselves and our stuff before coming back to the room. The trash chute in the hallway made it easy to dispose of trash immediately and not have to keep it in the unit until we could take it somewhere to dispose. We didn't experience any issues with excessive noise or disturbances at the property or surrounding properties. We felt completely safe during our stay. The area is peaceful and quiet, and close to many places to shop, eat, explore and play. We would not hesitate to come back again and/or to rent again from Owner Direct Vacation Rentals.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a fantastic time at the beach. Relaxing and lots of fun. First the positive things: the condo was very nice, well maintained, had perfect views and was in a perfect location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was a little on the small side but we were there at a time when most kids had gone back to school so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Now for the negative things: These things might not be an issue for everyone but for us it was disappointing. The office was very difficult to find from the address given. It leads you to a totally different area. We had to call the office twice and then they had to stay on the phone with us to give us step by step directions as we drove to the office. We were told we had to go there before going to the condo to get “our keys and information binder”. Actually we weren’t given keys - just a door code. We felt they could have texted us the door code and left the binder in the condo but then they wouldn’t have been able to charge the $300 refundable deposit which was charged us upon our arrival at the office. It took 3 weeks for us to receive a refund after calling 3 times to see where it was. Not cool when they know immediately once the place is cleaned if there is any damage. It shouldn’t take 3 weeks and numerous calls to get a refund. Lastly, the description in the write up on the bathroom situation is incorrect. We had three girls in our party and we each wanted our own bathroom in our bedroom. The condo write up says the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath but actually it is across the hall from the bedroom. We specifically picked this condo over another because the write up said the bathroom was in the room. If we would have known it wasn’t, we would have chosen the other condo.

Stressful

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived on Sunday, we received a four digit code for the electronic door lock. The code would NOT unlock the door. When we reached the emergency contact for the rental agency, she suggested that we try the pound sign before or after the four digits. There was no pound sign, only a lock icon and a house icon. After trying combinations of those icons and the four digits, we gained access to the condo. The correct entry was house icon then four digits. This was never mentioned in our access information.On our last full day, Saturday, we returned to the condo mid day and found that we could not get in. Another call to the emergency contact, who contacted the owner, and found that the owner had changed the entry code a day early.We have rented dozens of apartments, condos, cabins, and houses and have never experienced this kind of difficulty with access. This level of stress does not make for a restful vacation.The Owner Direct Vacation Rental staff was very helpful but they do not control the access code to the electronic lock. The out of town owners controlled the access code.The condo was lovely and very comfortable.

Exemplary rental at Windy Hill Dunes 1502

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent the best 2 weeks in this beautiful condo and can't wait to return! It is so clean and comfortable. It offers everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect -- safe location and close to everything. The view from the balcony is spectacular! Love sitting out there listening to the ocean and people-watching. It was a wonderful reunion for my two longtime friends and I the first week and a really special mother-daughter get-away the second week. I even went out of my comfort zone and went parasailing!!! I'll never do it again, but I'm so proud of myself for doing what I never dreamed I'd allow myself to do. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful vacation home. I have such treasured memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Windy Hill Dunes #1502 for four nights with our 5 children in April, 2018. The management staff was VERY friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean and had an excellent view from the balcony. The property, including pool, lazy river and hot tub were all in great condition and very clean. We met a couple of residents who lived at Windy Hill Dunes full time and they were super nice and also helpful. The unit itself was excellent. It was very affordable and there was plenty of room for us and 5 kids. It had 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The A/C worked great, and there was free Wi-Fi and plenty of channels to watch on TV. The description and pictures on the website are very accurate.The building is in a great location; it took us only 15 minutes to get to Broadway at the Beach, even less time to Barefoot Landing and we were in walking distance of some great small restaurants. There was a place just a couple of minutes walking distance down the beach to do Parasailing, Banana Boats and Kayaking.I would highly recommend Windy Hill Dunes #1502.

Ideal location and facility

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we stayed in this unit for 3 months - January, February and March. We love the location . . . the view is spectacular and shopping of all types is close by! We have found that during these 'winter' months, the pool and lazy river are slow to be operational . . . we would love it if these amenities could be up and going for at least March. The owner is constantly providing upgrades/replacement to aging appliances, flooring, etc.. We appreciate this and look forward to a continuation of this practice - we have reserved again for 2019, The ODVR team are the best when it comes to responding to requests, 'fixing' things and answering questions!!
