Venez profiter de la vue imprenable sur le golfe et la baie depuis le balcon et les deux chambres! Cette propriété récemment mis à jour est chaleureuse et accueillante. Piscine, Service de plage, restaurant sur place, et aussi de nombreux autres équipements à la liste. Location du samedi au samedi pendant la haute saison.

Destin, en Floride, est connu comme "le village mondes plus chanceux de pêche», mais nous ne se arrête pas là! Les plages blanches de la Floride et les eaux vert émeraude sont inégalées. Boutique dans un centre commercial, un centre commercial en plein air haut de gamme, ou l'une des nombreuses boutiques. Lorsque vous êtes à travers les achats, il ya des endroits sans fin pour profiter de la cuisine locale ou tout simplement obtenir une morsure rapide. Surfside 1406

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th out of 9th time staying in 1406 with Harmony. Love working with them as the customer service never fails us. The condo is updated and suits our needs just fine. We will most definitely be coming back but most likely now only in May.

Condo was clean. Great views of the beach. The 2 chairs and umbrella were awesome to have. Getting down to the beach at 630 is worth it to get front row. 2nd row wasn't bad either. I would definitely book again. Great family vacation!

Awesome Unit

The perfect stay!! Loved the view~ great view from living area, and master bedroom~ even from the bed!! Kitchen was well equipped as well. Den furniture was great w plenty of seating and most comfortable too. Very close to the elevator and trash shute. You cannot go wrong with unit!!!

This property is my favorite thus far after vacationing in Destin 15 years it’s by far the best condo! Great prices for the location as well . Highly recommend booking your vacation here. The Perfect Spot

The condo was such a great stay. Everything was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the entire place was spacious enough for 7 of us. Surfside is the perfect spot and the beach access always makes the stay so convenient. Owners made sure that there were extra beach things and even had extra towels to take down. The only small issue we had was the pullout couch. It was pretty uncomfortable and the bars seemed to stick up high when lying on it. If a thicker mattress is able to fit, I would recommend that. But it is a pull out couch and most are not the most comfortable - still worked. Would definitely return or recommend to others. Thanks for having us!

Excellent condo

New amenities in condo, was clean and updated. What made us so happy is we were allowed to check in early, after calling and reaching a real person,which was extremely helpful. Kitchen had plenty of housewares to cook with.

Great Gulf Coast Ocean Front Condo

Fabulous location on Gulf Coast in Miramar Beach. Steps to sugar-white sand beach that goes on for miles. Large balcony overlooking great views of swimming pools, dunes, beach, and gulf waters. Building very clean and extremely friendly people. Very convenient to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It has everything you need for a week or month.

Beautiful view!

This condo was just as described! We were hesitant about being on the 14th floor but the view was incredible!! We really didn't have a problem with the elevators as some have reported. It was about what we expected - waiting a few minutes during peak times. I would recommend more kitchen and bath towels and maybe a fan in the second bedroom but, other than that, wonderful! We will be staying again!

The property was wonderful. Great accommodations. Beautiful view!! Comfortable bed. Easy walk to the beach and chairs included!!! Plan accordingly for groceries as the frig is empty and no spices or condiments are provided.

Excellent unit, building has some drawbacks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with this: unit 1406 is great. Updated appliances, good views, lots of space and perfect layout for us. There are some gotchas about the Surfside complex though: first, there is a not-zero chance that all parking spots are taken in the evenings which happened to us on our first night; second, you must be aware that the parking garage has some severe height restrictions (if you have a cargo box on top of your vehicle or drive a higher pickup you likely will not fit, and don't force the issue because the second level is tighter than the entrance); the front desk is not manned after something like 4 or 5pm, so if you are checking in late you have to call/wait for security; finally, the building is dated (smelly first floor carpet, small pools, etc). Now that I know what I do, we would only stay again if we got the perfect unit.

Great Location, nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The rental management quickly got us extra arm bands that we needed. The only problem I have is that I accidentally left my hairdryer and curling iron in the basket under the guest bathroom sink. I know I left them there because I put them there when I checked in and never used them. I called the same day to ask if housekeeping had turned them in. I was told they had not and that they would check again when the new tenants checked out. That has been two weeks and no one has contacted me.

Thanksgiving beach stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice with a good view. It appeared clean upon entry but floors and under furniture pretty dusty and had not really been deep cleaned. Coffee pot was disgusting. I scrubbed the pot for almost an hour to get a deep dark stain out of it. The lid was broken so had to remove to pour coffee and was hard to remove because it was broken. Other than that we enjoyed the view from the patio and direct access to the beach. Always a bummer to not have beach set up this time of year, it is a free service with this unit but they don't offer it during the week we always come.

Amazing Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surfside 1406 is an amazing condo. We loved the easy beach access and spectacular ocean view from the balcony. OMG the beach is gorgeous and you get two FREE chairs with rental. All the furniture was updated and cozy. Quite a few restaurants were within walking distance and Winn Dixie is just half mile down the road. The Surfside also has it's own on site restaurant Royal Palm that has great sushi and burgers. The owners keep everything you need for a weeks stay. The kitchen had every utensil you can imagine and the closet had extra chairs, surfboards, and beach toys. We are definitely renting out this condo for next year!

Beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. Would stay in a heartbeat again.

The owners of this condo clearly care about their condo and the customers staying. The little details are what sold me. They had everything needed for a weeks stay. There were even things to do if it rained. This condo is amazing, and you won’t regret staying here. Beach access is great, but I had to get up at 5:00 am to get a front row spot. Be careful of the main door as it would always close fully. I woke up one morning and it was ajar. Also, the toilet in the master bathroom has a float problem and wouldn’t always flush. But those are two nit picky things.
