Une luxueuse villa 4br avec jacuzzi

Villa Oliveira est une villa de luxe attrayante et bien aménagée de 4 chambres avec de grands jardins paysagers et un barbecue sur le Praia D'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort et est idéale pour des vacances en famille (jusqu'à 8) ou de petits groupes (jusqu'à 8) adultes voulant explorer cette partie célèbre de la Côte d'Argent du Portugal. La villa bénéficie d'excellentes finitions, d'installations et d'accessoires de haute qualité et offre une expérience de villa de luxe supérieure et élégante sur la Côte d'Argent dans une magnifique plage et un complexe de golf. À deux chambres doubles en suite au premier étage avec balcon vue sur la mer. Il y a deux autres chambres doubles (une en suite) et une salle de bains familiale au rez-de-chaussée avec accès direct à la vaste terrasse ... Le club de golf, avec restaurant, terrasse et bar, et le Marriott Atlantic Spa Hotel sont à environ 500 mètres de la villa. La plage, à 400 mètres, est directement accessible et la station dispose également d'un parcours de golf de renommée mondiale, de courts de tennis, de 2 excellents clubs enfants et d'un centre d'aventure. Un jacuzzi est installé sur le patio avant.

Amazing Villa, Amazing host

Absolutely fantastic Villa with amazing rooms and outdoor spaces. Pool and Hot Tub are excellent, Lovely space to have a bbq and eat. Great communication from the host, who provided lots of information and advice, answering any queries quickly. In a great location for a golf trip, or a beach holiday. Lovely and quiet, can hear the waves from the nearby beach from the balcony.

We enjoyed the villa and all its amenities. The golf course is superb with the beach minutes away. Will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay

Second time we’ve stayed at Villa Oliveira after a seven year gap and the experience was even better second time round. The Villa is comfortable, clean, well equipped in all rooms, super location to explore the silver coast and Lisbon. We hope to come back before another 7 years

Beautiful Villa

We very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa. Situated in a golf estate you need a car to do some shopping and get around but all is easily accessible within 10-20 min drive. The villa is very well equipped, pool and whirlpool were a big hit with the kids. The beach is 5min walk away and nice for walking and sunsets - which you can also enjoy from the nearby club house or Marriott hotel. Supervised beach also close by for swimming. We can highly recommend the Villa.

Perfect vacation getaway!

We loved our time in Portugal and our stay at thiis house. We rented cars and used ghe house as pur home base. House is well furnished. Resort is fantastic. Owners are extremely responsive.

Wonderful stay

We had an excellent vacation in Susan’s villa on the silvercoast. It was incredibly well equiped with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. The villa is in immaculate condition inside and out. The property manager Paulo is very responsive and there when we needed him (we had a power outage during our stay).

8 people from 13 to 59 were all extremely pleased and satisfied with the location, Villa, amenities, etc. I booked specifically for my 13 y/o who loves a pool ! We all loved making meals and relaxing between Porto and Lisbon, Obrigado!!

Perfect luxury family villa

Our stay at this villa exceeded all of our expectations from the amazing property manager (Paulo), to the responsive and helpful communications from Suzanne (owner) and the overall experience at the villa. The house is thoughtfully decorated and doesn't have the typical 'rental' feel -- the layout of the villa is perfect for families with amble space throughout for everyone to enjoy meals together indoors or al fresco to enjoy the lovely landscaping and beautiful pool. The upstairs balcony offers amazing views to the ocean, perfect for a sunset cocktail or nightcap (and the sunset is stunning!). We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa and look forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful, clean villa. Very quiet area. Lovely pool and hot tub, beautiful garden. The clubhouse is a 5 minute walk and nice for evening drinks. You definitely need a car as we were out most days going to Baleal for excellent surf lessons (Baleal Surf camp excellent and adjacent Bruno's beach restaurant). We loved Obidos too and the beach at Foz de Alreho. Lisbon was also very easy to get to. Would have loved it if there were some restaurants within walking distance. Rather underwhelmed by the Marriot Hotel though. A lovely holiday though and Paulo, the villa manager was super helpful. Thanks again

Fabulous villa

The villa is lovely. Spotlessly clean , well maintained and equipped and very privately situated in a mature garden. The arrival pack of milk, bread, jam and cheese etc was a nice touch and much appreciated after a long journey. Plenty of towels and sun beds. Loved having the bathrobes. Pool lovely and warm. Beds very comfortable, we all slept very well. The information book in the villa giving details of activities, restaurants and important numbers etc was really useful and was excellent. We used Jose, the local taxi who was friendly, cheap and reliable. The villa is a short walk to the clubhouse which always serves excellent food and ice cream. Further to the beach than the 400 metres anticipated- about a 30 minutes walk.

Beautiful luxurious villa

We stayed at Villa Oliviera in August 2018. The correspondence from Susan was excellent and Paulo the property manager called to say hello on the first day, was very discreet but let you know he was there if needed. The villa itself is stunning, the bedrooms are a good size all with there own bathroom access, the kitchen was superbly equipped with quality equipment and the lounge/dining room is a massive, beautifully designed area with access directly onto the outdoor area with the added benefit of access to a covered outdoor eating area. There really isn't anything that has been forgotten, everything we needed was there. The resort although quiet is top class and the golf clubhouse serve excellent food. The beach is stunning. The pool area is perfect, the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub and we spent a great deal of time out there. There are some lovely areas within a 1/2 hour drive, Obidos, Foz do Arelho, Peniche, Sao Martinho. I'd definitely recommend this villa.

Wonderful modern and super clean property, we truly enjoyed the home and the area. Every time we found that we needed something we had no problem finding it. The size of the home was perfect for our two families total of 8.5 (4 adults, 4 children, and a baby) with plenty of space for everyone to feel they had their own space and some privacy. The property book/binder left had all the info we needed, the only thing/info that would have helped that was not included was better info to access a flat beach area for small children that isn’t rocky and how to get there. We were able to figure it out using google maps and searching online, and found a boardwalk area within 5 min drive with plenty of space and parking, lifeguards etc. otherwise the pool was warm, and the weather was beautiful during the week we stayed. Location was perfect, Obidos old town was 20 min away, Peniche was also about 20 min. We also found a restaurant called Tribeca that was able to accommodate our group of 21 family and friends that were also renting a house in same neighborhood. Owner gave us contact info for a taxi to contact to take us to Lisbon airport which is only 1hr away, and Marco/Jose were prompt and came on time which was very much appreciated. So happy we found such a lovely home to spend our last week in Portugal before returning to the United States. When we return for our family reunion again in a few years we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Great house, friendly owners

We really enjoyed our stay in the Olivera house at Praia del Rey. The contact we had with Susan and Peter before our stay was very friendly and they were quick with responding. They also included a lot of tips for our trip. Upon arrival, it was easy to enter and Paolo left a nice starting set including flowers, food and drinks. The house was very clean and all we needed was available. What a lovely home: this is certainly not a standard rental home: we felt at home the moment we arrived! During the week Paolo came by to see if we needed anything and cleaned the outdoor spaces. We will certainly come back!

Beautiful house and location

Very nice house, perfectly decorated and clean. Very well furnished and equipped, every little detail is thought of and of high quality. The garden is beautiful. Lovely flowers upon arrival and perfect communication with the host. Short walk to the beach and nice terrace with partial ocean view. The jaccuzzi is also a highlight. We would definetely recommend this house and will surely return. Thanks for a great stay.

La villa était a la hauteur des informations données sur le site.

La villa est très belle et très bien entretenue. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Elle correspond en tous points aux photos sur le site.la vue d'une des chambres à l'étage est magnifique.Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour passer un agréable séjour. Susan est toujours disponible pour répondre à vos questions.

Peaceful Outlook

At first glimpsed the outside of this property was impressive the path was clean and tidy also the pool looked clean and inviting Entering the house gave the impression that it was well looked after the rooms were spacious and comfortable The kitchen was well furnished with all we needed and more The area is very quiet and yet interesting Overall we had a lovely holiday in this lovely part of Portugal

Very nice stay

The house is wonderful, fully equiped with great confort. Perfect for golf players and children. It is a bit far from everything for food supply and restaurants but manageable. We had a very good time at this place.

Lovely home! Privacy yet spacious too! Stunning yard/gardens and close to the beach!

We truly enjoyed this home! Fabulous spacious and beautiful place with all the amenities and more! Chefs kitchen was a bonus- perfect space for multiple couples to share cooking. The home is well laid out so all couples had privacy yet large spacious areas to be together too! The yard/gardens are stunning! Easy walk to the beach. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable for our liking.

Estancia maravillosa

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en la casa. La villa es preciosa, con todos los detalles que te puedas imaginar. El enclave es precioso, está cerca de la playa (como para ir andando con niños sin problemas), cerca tiene un montón de sitios para visitar, las playas no están nada masificadas...por todas estas razones, ha sido una estancia genial. Íbamos con niños y el hecho de que la piscina estuviera a 30º ha hecho que los niños estuvieran muy entretenidos. Para los mayores, el jacuzzi está genial. Y los detalles que tiene preparado Susan cuando llegas, solo hace que te sientas más en tu casa. La casa es muy amplia y está muy bien decorada. Se nota que todo es de gran calidad: los electromésticos, menaje...En resumen, ha sido una semana inolvidable. Gracias, Susan.
