Ce beau bungalow ensoleillé de 2 chambres est bien entretenu et entièrement équipé pour des vacances en famille ou en couple. En plus de l'accès à la piscine communale magnifiquement entretenue à seulement 200 mètres, le bungalow dispose également d'une grande terrasse ensoleillée privée sur le toit. Étant à distance de marche de plusieurs supermarchés et de La Habaneras, un centre commercial moderne qui propose également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une voiture n'est pas nécessairement nécessaire. Il existe de nombreux cafés locaux (certains avec accès Internet) et des restaurants proposant une cuisine espagnole, chinoise, indienne, allemande et sushi. Nous sommes sur la ligne de bus, ou à seulement 40 minutes à pied si vous préférez la ville côtière animée de Torrevieja. La propriété est également très proche du lac salé pour la marche, le vélo et l'observation des oiseaux. Les fenêtres sont équipées de filets mozzy et de volets avec des portes de sécurité supplémentaires sur les portes avant et arrière et des barres aux fenêtres pour plus de tranquillité d'esprit. WiFi gratuit est également installé dans la propriété

Lovely place perfect for us. We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn’t have made a better choice. Very well equipped with everything you’ll need. We spent a lot of time on the roof sheer bliss. 2 minutes walk around the corner there are about 7 restaurants. We had nice meals in them all. Bar Concierto also around the corner was a nice lively bar and very cheap. About 20 minutes walk in the other direction was Urbanisation La Florida Torreta II which also had nice restaurants and a few bars. Habaneras Shopping centre was about 15 minutes walk if you like to do a bit of shopping. We walked into Torrevieja which took us about 45 minutes gentle walk but there are taxis that you can ring if you prefer a taxi. If you want night clubs and loud music this isn’t the place for you but if you want a lovely place to stay with lovely food at great prices and a few drinks in friendly bars don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed we weren’t.

Enjoyed our stay the roof terrace was well used despite a lot of traffic noise & building work nearby.We thought the interior was a bit dark but had lovely art work on display.

Nice Place to Stay

We had a lovely 10 night stay at this place with everything as described. It has all that you will need and we found the roof terrace and swimming pool outstanding. There are plenty of english tv channels to keep in touch with the news etc and a few dvds, books and boardgames. We found the Location to be fine with a local English supermarket and a few restaurants just 2 mins up the road and a much larger supermarket ( Spanish ) just 5 mins walk back on the main road ( 2 shopping trolleys provided ). About a 15 minute walk away you will find a massive Carrefour which we did not need to use as the other 2 were sufficient. Also near to Carrefour you will find a newly opened Lidl and a small shopping centre ( las Habaneras ). We caught the bus down to the harbour for 1 .35 euros and it took about 10 mins and drops you at a small station and if you bear left as you look out to sea you will find a tourist information centre then a small mini market ( open every day ) and then some small man made beaches which are lovely and plenty of beach bars/restaurants. From here you can then venture into the main Torrevieja shopping area in the streets behind the seafront. The local bus stop is by the itv centre ( MOT Garage that you cannot miss ) on the quiet road that runs parallel to the main dual carraigeway and is again 5 mins from the property. We had a lovely time here finding it comfortable and relaxing with eveything that you need close by for a peaceful holiday in the Sun and could not fault the property and amenities. Also the property managers were very friendly + helpful + only a phone call away if required. We will definately return to this property at some point after this very nice stay. Recommend the " Jose" and the " Indian/Italian " local restaurants. Rees Family

Fantastic - loved it ❤️

My husband and I stayed for a week just before Christmas 2018, this place is amazing. Great location, surrounding area is very clean and well maintained. It was very quiet and peaceful. We never used the pool due to the time of year but it did look very well maintained and plenty of space. The house has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The lounge is very comfortable, plenty of room for 4 folk, the kitchen is very well appointed and has all the necessary stuff. The bedrooms are a good size and we found the beds very comfortable. The roof terrace is huge and had plenty of loungers, table and chairs etc. There is also a built in BBQ. A really nice place to spend a few hours enjoying the sun, even in December we managed to grab a few rays About 3mins down the road are few local restaurants and bars. We used these at night as we had been out walking all day and didn't fancy going any further. Plenty of choice from Italian, Indian, Turkish. There is also a small supermarket but this is quite expensive and has limited choice but ok if you run out of wine/beer 😀. The house is about a 20min stroll from the Habanerous Shopping centre where there are loads of shops, cafes etc. The large Carrefour supermarket is great for all supplies, there are a couple of shopping trollies in the house which are very handy. If you fancy going further a field then you can get the local bus down into the main town / beach area of Torrevieja, it was €1.35 each one way, the bus times are a bit hit and miss but usually about every 40 mins or so. The stop is along the road about 5 minutes walk. Its worth getting out and about exploring as Torrevieja has so much more to offer, there is a very large market on a Friday morning which has all the usual stalls but worth a wander around, its about a 30 min walk. Also worth a visit is the La Zenia shopping centre its about 20mins away by car/ taxi (€15 each way) Would totally recommend a stay at this house. We loved it so much that we're already booked to go back in 2019.

Great bungalow 2nd time staying here and loved it again. Everything you need supplied brilliant roof terrace. Couple of bars and few restaurants 2 minutes away lovely pool area although no sun beds. Correspondence with Susanne great and key holder also. Would definitely book again. Thanks so much.

Lovely Bungalow

Beautiful Bungalow in great location close to bars and shops. Owner Suzanne is lovely and most helpful. She arranged a bed gaurd for my granddaughter. Keyholder also very nice and helpful. Would recommend a stay here, it has everything you need with a fantastic roof terrace.

APARTAMENTO PRECIOSO

Muy contentos con la estancia. Apartamento muy limpio y muy comodo. Muy bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos fabulosos dias de vacaciones. La terraza de fuera una chulada, y la azotea de arriba para por las noches una maravilla. Repetiremos!

Just Like Home

This bungalow was so inviting, comforting, perfect! We felt so at home that we didn't want to even leave to explore the city! The bungalow was clean, well stocked with all kitchen amenities, books, linens, all daily life needs. It was a well kept facility, and the communication between myself and the property managers was always prompt and met our needs. Thank you so much Susanne! I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Super Bungalow - fantastic roof terrace

Great little bungalow with everything you need on the doorstep. Supermarket shops eateries and pubs just around the corner, all at great prices. Close to both salt lakes to walk and a lovely swimming pool just 2 minutes walk, did get a little busy at times, but we were there in August in a heatwave! Torrevieja is a little far out at about 40 minutes walk but you can get the bus, well worth the walk for the child friendly beach / bay and the night market / fun fair and ice cream parlours! Yum! Great atmosphere. You must visit the Friday market, about a 25 minute walk, the biggest in the area, great value leather goods, clothes, food ……almost everything! Another fantastic atmosphere and great to barter for bargains. Also the water park, Aquapolis, about 20mins walk. Make sure you pop into the Tourist Information Centre first to pick up your 25% discount voucher! The bungalow itself is comfortable, equipped with everything you could need. The sun roof is private and very large, perfect for sunbathing or evening meals. There are external lights so you can sit up there all evening, just make sure you have some good mosquito spray! The hosts are friendly and we used the transfers they recommended and everything went smoothly despite our flight being 2hours delayed! All in all a great value, relaxing holiday. 🙂

Brilliant Property + Location

Brilliant property in a really good location, close to shops, bars, + cafe's. Property is lovely + clean + well equipped. Contact with owner + key holder was excellent. We will definately be returning.

My parents purchased the property in 2001. They had friends living nearby and thoroughly enjoyed the 8 years they spent living in the bungalow.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My parents chose this location firstly on recommendation from friends.
They loved Torrevieja because of the ample facilities in the area, the beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping opportunities and the close proximity of friendly bars and restaurants means that there is always somewhere different to eat, drink and socialise within a short walking distance. The local bus will take you into vibrant Torrevieja town with its beautiful beach, market, esplanade and marina.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The bungalow is situated in a quiet area of the urbanisation, overlooking public parkland where you can take a pleasant stroll in the evenings.
Entertainment, several restaurants and lively bars are on offer just 300yds away. However, as these premises are in the next block and facing in an outward direction there is no noise or disturbance to signify their presence.
The bungalow has a private roof-top solarium, fully equipped with sun loungers, patio table and barbecue.
So whether you are looking for peace and tranquillity, lively entertainment, access to the beaches and shopping centres; Torrevieja has it all.
