La Villa Marcelli est une grande villa bien aménagée, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Il y a beaucoup de place pour tous, beaucoup de choses à faire et une vue imprenable de toutes les chambres, qui ont toutes un balcon. La villa dispose de quatre chambres, toutes avec salle de bain, une au rez-de-chaussée, deux au deuxième étage et une au troisième étage, qui comprend une grande terrasse avec un bar en marbre surmonté de marbre et un comptoir de barbecue, sa propre cuisine, son coin repas , sièges occasionnels et verrière. Le premier étage comprend un grand salon avec des canapés et des fauteuils, des balcons donnant sur la baie, une télévision, un lecteur DVD et un centre musical.

Villa mit toller Aussicht

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Der Eigentümer hat an alles gedacht was man in so einer Unterkunft benötigt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt wi in unserem Zuhause. Danke.

Great villa with amazing views

Villa marcelli was beautiful, we all throughly enjoyed our stay and nothing negative to add. Our daily challenge was the walk back up the hill which we managed every day. The views from the top terrace is amazing for watching the sun set. Would recommend this villa to all my friends and family

The Villa is excellent throughout - light and airy - with A/C - immaculately decorated - superb pool and overall facilities - the added bonus of both expert local villa - holiday support - as well as a level of owner communication with Charles that we could only marvel at - made our stay last week completely memorable - We would recommend this villa to everyone - and will definitely stay again.

Family holiday.

We found this property to be excellent. Villa was big, rooms were big, pool was great. The road was much lower so not overlooked by people walking past. The villa was cleaned twice while we there and Ramazan was there everyday, he even did a bbq for us one night with his wife. It was about 15min walk down to the town and a bit longer back up as hill very steep. Near to supermarket. Contact with the owner was excellent too. Kalkan is great place and we had a wonderful holiday there.

Villa Marcelli

Villa Marcelli is exquisite. Charles and Nicola have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that every detail of their villa is of the highest quality. They have thought of everything and more. Our party of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed the terraces and pool and our own rooms and bathrooms. Charles was extremely helpful before we embarked on our holiday, organising transport from the airport to the villa and recommending restaurants. A fabulous chef and a waiter came to the villa to cook us a BBQ. They even washed up afterwards! Will we return to Villa Marcelli? A resounding yes!

Great location and added surprise on the top floor...!!!

Great house and fully as described on the site details. Location for us was perfect overlooking the bay, sunshine all day from 10:00am and a nice stroll each evening down into Kalkan which is fantastic. Real quirky but fantastic feature is the upstairs outside kitchen. Our group of six had great barbecue/eat-in nights on the top floor which is a real positive dilemma if you know Kalkan's great repute for eating out, so a fantastic + point. Owner Charles was great communicator and remote host. DB

Absolutely huge villa, everything you need for a perfect trip to Kalkan!

Myself and 7 friends have just got back from a brilliant holiday to Kalkan. Villa Marcelli was perfect for our trip, you couldn’t ask for a more spacious villa. En suite in every bedroom, lovely big pool area, a beautiful roof terrace. Location wise it worked for us, not too central but not too far out, the villa is a short downhill walk from town and 10 mins from a supermarket. Overall, we all fell in love with the villa and it acted as a great base for the group, we would definitely return. Ramazan is there to help with anything you need, I would recommend having him and his wife round to cook a bbq in the villa one night, so delicious. Thank you to Charles, Ramazan and Fatima for making our holiday one to remember, and hopefully we will be back next year!

Villa marcelli

Just got back from a weeks holiday staying at villa marcelli and I cannot rate it enough! The villa is beautiful. We took a 1 year old with us and it was well equipped to our needs for her. Ramazan looked after us amazingly and the cleaners did a great job. The rooftop bbq was a brilliant extra to have and we took full advantage of having it and seeing the views across Kalkan. I'd highly recommend a visit to Kalkan as it's such a pretty town and the locals are so friendly. Overall, an amazing holiday thanks to villa marcelli xx

Wonderful villa!

Villa Marcelli is just stunning! We had a really fantastic week there. It is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to dine in and just a short walk to the town for eating out. The roof terrace with BBQ and outdoor kitchen was the icing on the cake and the top bedroom just fabulous. Our family are already planning our next visit...highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning Villa

Just home from a week staying at this amazing Villa. 3 couples in our 50s and a 19 year old. The accommodation is set out so each family had their own floor. It has everything and more. Charles the owner is great with communication and Ramazan and his wife are on hand for every need. Would highly recommend. However it is very hilly in Kalkan so unless you are fit you may need to catch a taxi in and out of town but at £2.50 each way you can't complain. I'd give this 10 stars if I could. Thank you Charles and family we hope to return.

Well appointed/equipped, great views/position

Just back from a really good stay at Villa Marcelli. We’ve stayed on a number of occasions before and always found it to be very comfortable, clean and well appointed. However, the owners continue to add to the villa, since we were last there they have developed the upstairs terrace with a good size bedroom, shower room, outside kitchen and BBQ all of which is fantastic and gives outstanding views of Kalkan at any time of the day or night. Recently they have removed two doors and the surrounding brick work on the 1st floor that leads out onto a balcony and had large glass bi folding doors added opening up that entire room, again with stunning views of Kalkan. The pool terrace with a choice of bright sun or shaded area’s leading into the down stairs kitchen is a great family space. Not sure why we came back!

A fantastic villa in a beautiful location.

If you are looking for a spacious villa, extremely well equipped, with amazing views, then Villa Marcelli is definitely for you. Beautifully maintained with a private pool, perfectly cared for and a stunning roof terrace with a BBQ and full kitchen facilities this is an ideal holiday accommodation for a group of people. I highly recommend this villa, the Owners are very helpful, doing their utmost to ensure you have the prefect holiday. I will certainly be returning again and again for a fun packed holiday with all the comfort one could wish for. Karen G

Wow stunning!! What a treat, super pool

This is the second time we had managed to stay at this fabulous villa in Kalkan. It is well positioned, a 10 minutes walk away from the harbour and has breathtaking views over Kalkan bay. It had everything we needed including a roof terrace with BBQ, lounge seating, fridge etc that we took full advantage of during our stay. Maintained by an English speaking local, who is always on hand if required delivering fresh bread (yummy!) every morning. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing Villa!!!

Villa Marcelli has everything you could ever ask for from a holiday. The villa is very well equipped and maintained. The views are amazing, especially from the roof terrace looking out over the bay. We enjoyed every minute of our time in the villa and we would recommend to anyone visiting Kalkan. Thank you to the owners for allowing us use of the villa.

Fabulous spacious villa

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Marcelli and the owners made sure we were well catered for via Ramazan who took great care of us during our stay making sure the pool and gardens looked gorgeous every day and even delivering fresh bread and water! I would thoroughly recommend Villa Marcelli for either a family holiday or relaxing getaway with friends.

Superb Villa with amazing views

Villa Marcelli is just gorgeous, its more than a home from home because it is equipped with more than we have at home! It is spacious and spotless with views to die from every floor but especially from the most amazing top terrace, with a built in BBQ that any top chef would be proud of. It's about a 15 minute stroll into the centre of town. The villa is at the top of a steep hill but for those who don't want to get fit while on holiday taxis are absolutely everywhere and very reasonable. Ramazon is there every morning to make sure the pool is crystal clear and to organise anything that you may need from water to boat trips. His English is excellent and his wife even baked us a cake. The rooms are large and airy with lots of space. We were a party of 8 but on the rare time someone needed to have a quiet moment there was always places to sit quietly, especially as every room has one or 2 balconies with fantastic views. I cannot recommend villa Marcelli enough.

A large beautiful modern villa in Kalkan

We all loved our stay in the stunning Villa. We were a party of 9 with 2 families (4 adults and 5 children ages 3-11) . The Villa was exceptionally well maintained and equipped and provided more than enough space for our 2 families. The views from the Roof Terrace at the top of the Villa were just beautiful and provided a haven for the adults at night overlooking the bay with a glass of wine and a pack of cards! Ramazan the maintenance man took good care of our needs for booking trips and providing water and the local resort hotel was 200 yards away and an easy place to ring for a taxi or have an easy lunch or supper. The market on Thursdays was only a 5 minute walk away and the main town was a 10 minute walk away or 2 minutes in a taxi. There are a wealth or local beach clubs to choose from should you wish some time away from the pool at the villa. We were all very grateful to Charles and Nicola for providing such a stunning Villa and hope to return to Villa Marcelli some day.

Great villa in a lovely location

We have just got back from our 2 week stay at Villa Marcelli in Kalkan which we thoroughly enjoyed. A fabulous villa with great space and housed two families with kids very comfortably. Air con throughout, good WiFi, cold water dispensers, balconies with great views - everything we could want. Ramazan, the local contact, was very attentive and was available to help out. He organised our visit to Saklikent Gorge and a day boat trip which were both great days. I'd certainly recommend the holiday destination of Kalkan and Villa Marcelli to anyone.

Excellent time - thoroughly recommended

If I could have given the villa more stars I would have. Before our trip the communication with the villa owners was excellent and very informative. On arrival at the villa we were very impressed, (even 2 teenage granddaughters were impressed). There was more than enough space for us all (7 in total, ranging from 5 yrs to 69) the rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious. The pool and pool area were excellently maintained. The nearby hotel gave us free access to all the amenities, and all of the staff were very helpful. The villa is situated on a rather steep hill, so going into town was not a problem as all downhill, but on the trip back from town/beach we always took a cab, only cost about £3, but worth every penny! I would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone, we had an excellent holiday, and hope to return next year. Our thanks to Charles and Nicola for the use of their villa.

We live in England and have enjoyed holidaying in Kalkan since 2004, buying Villa Marcelli in 2005. For us it is the perfect holiday destination and is particularly loved by our four adult children who regularly take their own groups to the villa.
We purchased Villa Marcelli because it is considerably more spacious than most in the area and has a good balance of sun and shade depending on your preference. You will find it is very well equipped and help is always on hand should you require.
Kalkan is unique, and we are happy to tell you all about it and help you plan your holiday. If it's possible we always like to meet up with visitors to Villa Marcelli so that we can pass on the benefits of our experience.
