À flanc de colline, avec très belles vues sur la propriété, idéal pour les vacances d'été et d'hiver. Dans le magnifique village de St-Jean-d'Aulps, proche à pied de la station de la Grande Terche. Morzine est facilement accessible. St-Jean est indépendant avec des restaurants, des bars et un petit supermarché.

A location with alpine flair
La Chenaletaz is a wonderful place to be! The chalet has got any equipment for a comfortable stay: cozy rooms and a functional kitchen, tasteful decoration and media for entertainment. Best conditions for a restful and very relaxing vacation with countless possibilities for walking tours. We enjoyed every day!
Clean, modern chalet in a quiet location
We stayed in this chalet for a long skiing weekend in February. It was clean, spacious, well equiped and warm - perfect for our stay. It is in a quiet location between the Grande Terche ski area of Portes De Soleil and the village of St Jean D'Aulps where there are plenty of shops, including a large Carrefour supermarket. We had a car during our stay, and I assume that you could also use the ski bus but unless there is a short cut, walking to the ski lifts with your equipment would probably be too far. We would definitely recommend this chalet and would be happy to stay again.
Wonderful property, superbly well equipped
This is a great chalet which we have used on a number of occasions and fully intend to use again.
The bedrooms are comfortable and the layout of the property lends itself to a variety of combinations of people staying.
It is very well equipped and allows for home cooking but is also well placed for eating out. We love this place.
A Wonderful Christmas- Excellent
The chalet was immaculate and just as described. Warm, cosy and lovely furnishings.
The kitchen was really well equipped, we love to cook! There was plenty of room for for the 3 adults and 2 teenage children. The carport area, ski storage space and the additional fridge were very useful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
The views from the front of the property is stunning, the balcony with the fairy lights is a lovely feature. We enjoyed walking up to the Ski Station and using the shop and restaurants there( 10 mins walk- uphill but pleasant) We also walked down to the lovely village of St. Jean d’aulps, 30 minuted. The village has a very well equipped mini supermarket, boulangerie and a few bars/ restaurants. We were really fortunate with the excellent snow conditions so early in the season. The skiing was great and the slopes are not as busy as bigger neighbouring resorts.
The owners were really helpful, flexible with our requests, fresh linen was provided half way through our stay.
We look forward to returning this year

We have just spent two weeks at this chalet. It is very well equipped, with more than enough cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment. The location was stunning, and the local village, small but with most things available.We managed trips to Switzerland and Italy, as well as Chamonix, Annecy and Moraine. There are also lovely places not far from the chalet, make sure you have a wild flower book! The roadsides are stunning. The owners Jenni and Frances, dealt with any questions etc. very quickly, which is not always the case. We would definitely book the chalet again, if we went back to the French Alps.
Saint-Jean-d'Aulps dispose de restaurants, de bars, d'une pharmacie, d'une supérette et d'un distributeur de billets. Vous trouverez un grand supermarché sur la route de Morzine ainsi qu'une station service. La région est très belle en été ainsi que lors de la saison de ski. Nombreuses activités tout au long de l'année. Ski, snowboard, randonnée en raquettes, luge, ski de fond, canoë, golf, pêche, randonnée, cyclisme, parapente, équitation et bien plus. Vous trouverez des esthéticiens et un Spa sur place. Morzine dispose d'une piscine extérieure.
