Magnifique appartement penthouse au premier étage avec une vue magnifique et entouré de jardins, à seulement quelques pas de deux superbes plages et criques. Cuisine entièrement équipée, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et télévision par satellite. Il y a d'excellents restaurants, bars et deux petits supermarchés à distance de marche. Appartement clients ont accès à une grande piscine commune et une pataugeoire de l'enfant. La vieille ville d'Albufeira et son port de plaisance, avec ses boutiques, cafés, bars et sports nautiques sont à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Les golfeurs ont l'embarras du choix avec de nombreux cours qui peuvent être facilement accessibles.
Les sports nautiques, la pêche et les excursions en bateau commencent à partir de la marina et sur la plage de Sao Rafael, l'une des plus belles de l'Algarve, vous pouvez louer des planches de surf, des planches de stand up paddle et des pédalos. Les parcs à thème Zoomarine et Aqualand sont à environ 15 minutes en voiture. Le centre commercial Algarve à Guia est également à environ 20 minutes en voiture.

Excellence in Albufeira

Anne & Tony were classified as "Premier Hosts". They were so kind, hospitable, and accommodating that we felt there should be another class of host above that! Where the other two stays that we had in Lisbon and Porto on this trip to Portugal, those units were run as a cut and dry impersonal service to generate an income. It was clear from the start that the Strouds are passionate about their service to generate goodwill. The entire stay was as pleasant as could be, and we very much appreciated their attentiveness and presence.their wonderful hosincome.

Awesome accommodation

Awesome accommodation! Walking distance from the beach. One of the best stocked units we’ve been to; beach towels, beach umbrellas, everything you need in the kitchen, TV with a bunch of channels (we watched some Tour se France). The hosts, Tony and Anne, were super friendly and very helpful. Gave us great tips on where to eat, and which beaches to visit. We’ll be back if we vacation in that area again!

Amazing views and location is perfect

I cannot say enough about the hosts, both Tony and Anne were excellent hosts. We had a chance to chat and get to know them a little bit. You are steps away from the most beautiful little beach down the road and you are also walking distance to a few more beaches. We walked to the Marina and visited the old town of Albufeira. Amazing week. The abode was lovely and well equipped. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay. Cheers Kyle and Nicole

Wonderful Stay in Portugal

Tony and Anne very accommodating and made us feel at home immediately. The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Exactly as described and a short walk to the beach with a view of the ocean from our patio - Would give 10 stars if we could !!

Great location

The apartment is well located. It is close to a beach, with sea views, cliff top walks with amazing scenery. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. There are many restaurants nearby as well as many towns to visit. Ann and Tony are friendly and are ready to help with suggestions if needed. We had a great holiday.

We had the most wonderful stay in beautiful Algarve! Anne and Tony couldn’t have been nicer, so welcoming and helpful regarding everything. The apartment is so clean and very spacious. Delayed at the airport but Tiny made contact and help us get to their lovely rental as quickly as possible Also kindly left essentials in the apartment for us because of the delay and Tony personally took us to the supermarket in the morning Lovely couple made out short stay very relaxing

Algarve adventure

We had an amazing stay at this property, and Tony and Anne were wonderful hosts. It was everything it was advertised as and more. Clean, spacious for the 2 couples, fully stocked, and incredibly located! Felt like we had our private beaches within a 2 minute walk, and the views from the cliff faces were incredible. Grocery shopping, centre of town, and walk to marina were all close. We will be back.

Just wonderful!

We have been to Albufeira several times, but Sao Raffael has become our favorite place... and so did this appartment. A view that we still dream of, an apartment just perfect for us, well equipped with everything we might need, perfectly cleaned. The owners Tony and Anne as well as Richard from the property management were so kind and caring. Already during our stay we decided to come again next year!

Again, what can I say: the apartment is wonderful and very well equipped. We love the fantastic view and the breeze that ususally comes up for the nearby shore so that it is never too hot, at least in June. The owners Tony and Anne as well as Richard and Terry from the property management are so kind and caring. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to meeting you again!

Hello I could not be better. We hade a real good stay at your apartment. The problem we hade in the beginning of November was tee times, but we solved it via an agent. Magnificent holiday

We spent two amazing weeks in this wonderful apartment! It is very clean, really well equipped and the view from the large and sunny balcony is absolutely stunning! We particularly enjoyed the tranquility. Situated just outside Albufeira, it's the perfect place to relax, but has everything you need in short driving distance. You need a car though! We loved exploring the Algarve as this was our first trip to Portugal and this cozy home away from home is the perfect base for it. Anne and Tony are what made this holiday extra special though. Such kind, caring and warm hosts! They really are the best hosts you could wish for, always ready to assist when needed but never intrusive! We could always rely on Anne and Tony providing the best tips for great restaurants, lovely beaches or free parking spaces. We will always treasure this holiday and hope to come back soon!

Nice view of the ocean and very close to a beautiful beach. Good source of information in the apartment for the surrounding area. Good communication with owner. Unit was comfortable and hosts were very friendly and overall the experience was good. Central location made day trips east and west very convenient. TV programming choices were very good but TV service was disappointing. Picture and sound would lock up 3-4 times per day. Wifi signal was very weak but worked with Apple products but not well the PC. Had to purchase a Wifi repeater to achieved acceptable PC results.

Very enjoyable month in Albufeira

We spent the month of January at Anne and Tony's appartment. It is a residential very peaceful and quiet development surrounded by gardens and walking path; the adress given was a unit number that could not be seen while driving. Tony was helpful in directing us by e-mail. The views from the 2 balconies are very nice and you can enjoy the cliffs just down the road. They live on the bottom unit and have been very attentive to our needs. They made suggestions for visits but also for groceries and restaurants as not all are open in January. Weekly housekeeping and 2 golf bags were a nice bonus for us. Although you can walk to the Marina and the old town (you need to be fairly fit), we used our rental car daily to visit the area and for grocery shopping. No close by shopping except for a convenience store at 500ft but it was closed in January. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Just the job!

What a find! The location of this apartment is outstanding, and the apartment itself provided everything needed. Can highly recommend it. We stayed in mid June, and it was peaceful and tranquil. The apartment is well looked after, well equipped and very comfortable. For me the best part was the short stroll to the Praia Arrife and the fabulous walks along the coastline - or should I say scramble along the coast line (take a pair of trainers/walking shoes). It was great fun exploring where all the winding paths went, and what lay beyond the next twist or turn. The views stunning and the rock formations endlessly fascinating, well worth the effort. Also, the tidal bays changed from soft sandy intimate bays, to fascinating rock pools (more exploring) each day - I was in my element! If you want more “life” Albufeira proper very close. The restaurants in the small bays are great, a little more pricey, but there are hundreds to choose from in Albufeira if that’s your thing. Tony, and his wife, were very welcoming and helpful and keen for us to enjoy our holiday (they live below the apartment - I can see why they chose this spot!). All in all top marks - hopefully we will return.

Late summer holiday in lovely relaxing Sao Raphael apartment

My wife and I have been back just over 2 weeks having spent a lovely fortnight in Tony and Ann's spacious and warm 2 bed apartment. First off all I need to say what a fantastic pair of hosts Tony and Ann were from the moment we booked they provided assistance, arranging taxi for airport collection and drop off to showing us the local bars and restaurants and even ran us to Lidl to the supermarket. Our apartment was not ready as anticipated cleaner were still in due to our early flight so we changed in Tony and Ann's apartment where they provided us with beach towels before showing us to the community pool where we chilled for the 1st couple of hours and had a drink and bite to eat. Tony put our bags in the appartment then gave us a good show of the facitliites.We immediatley felt as if wed been there days and not hours so relaxed. The accommodation is nice and clean, there is plenty of cooking utensils, 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, the master bathroom has large walk insower, bidey , toilet annd washbasin and the second bathroom consists of shower, sink and toilet. The views are fantastic out to sea, local beaches within 5-15 minute walk away depends which way you walk, a number of bars and local restaurants within 10-15mins and Albufeira Marina with lots of restautaurants and a great coffee shop 20-30 mins walk about depending on fitness. Oh and boats trips galore which we definitely recommend to see the coastline. 5 stars from us.

Great place!

Sao Rafael, and especially this apartment, is a great place to stay in Algarve. It is near Albufeira, but not in the old city. Albufeira is, unfortunately, "polluted" by all these big and old tourist buildings. But downtown Albufeira and its beach are pleasant. Sao Rafael is a nice suburb of Albufeira and is central in Algarve. If you have a car (and you should!), from there, you can easily visit coastal Algarve, from Aljezur to Spain's frontier. Anne and Tony's apartment is ideally located. The apartment and its surroundings are very nice, the furniture is a little bit vintage but very comfortable. Being there in winter, we had to manage the heating carefully: the portable electric heaters included sometimes caused breaker outages when manipulating other watts consuming electric equipment (kettle, hair dryer, etc). The only annoying feature we encountered was the IP TV service included in the apartment. It was far from optimal. The Internet specialist assured us that it would be corrected in the near future. But, hey, we were not in Portugal to watch TV!!! We want to thank Anne and Tony for their hospitality and will certainly keep this address property for future trips. We definitvely recommend this apartment.

Perfect!

Our host Tony met us at our car with umbrellas due to the pouring rain. He took the time to heat up our apartment so that it was nice and warm for our arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable with every amenity anyone could want. It was well very stocked. As well, the bed was very comfortable and quiet at night. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Tony’s place. Thank you Tony for a such a pleasant stay!

My wife and I first started coming to the Algarve more than 25 years ago and now that we have retired we spend most of the year in Sao Rafael.

This gem has undoubtedly the best location on this beautiful, quiet development with fine sea views. It is surrounded by colourful semi-tropical mature gardens and within easy walking distance of lovely beaches and coves. It is an excellent location for many Golf Courses, a modern Marina is just a few minutes drive but walkable and there are very good restaurants offering locally caught fish and other specialities within walking distance.
The terraces overlook the palm trees of the splendid gardens, wild heathland and the Algarve's renowned coast.
Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, multi-national internet TV and air conditioning that keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.
This is a beautiful place that will suit young or older couples; an ideal place for young or older children.
Highly recommended.

A beautiful first floor 2 bedroom penthouse apartment, just 150 metres from the beach and a beach bar/restaurant. Superb views of the sea and open heathland from the balcony, terrace, living room and bedrooms.
Anyone for 'sundowners' on our private south/south west facing terrace?
Both the shower room and en-suite bathroom are modern and latter includes a large walk-in shower.
Our apartment is very well equipped, including wi-fi, multi-national internet TV, beach towels, and childrens beach toys. It has the benefit of air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter
It is not surprising that most of our guests return year after year.
