Villa Bueno Vida une belle villa avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer lointaine. 15 minutes à pied de la ville et de la plage. dans un endroit calme mais proche de toutes commodités, nous avons une grande piscine chauffée (28 degrés), une table de billard et une table de ping-pong et de grandes terrasses avec beaucoup salles de bains / salles d'eau, une cuisine trÚs bien équipée donnant sur la piscine et la terrasse.

Villa is in a good location within walking distance of the centre of town. Outdoor space is great with a lovely pool and lots of space. The interior is accurately represented in the photographs on the website. Gary the local agent was always available via messaging to offer help.We would be happy to return.

The whole stay from start to finish was fantastic!! Check in was easy. The villa was beautiful had everything we needed! Any problems we contacted Gary who sorted it promptly! They also kindly let use check out late as we had a late flight. The pool was fantastic! Would really recommend this Villa, was by far one of the best ones we have stayed in!

Loads of room inside and out.

Great place. Lots of room especially around the pool which is sheltered and private. Easy 30 minute walk to the sea and town. I would recommend.

Relaxing Break Away

Villa bueno Vida was a really nice villa. Very spacious and bright. Loads of space and very clean throughout. Felt very safe and also when out at night there was an alarm system which was great. Outdoor pool was great. Was very nice to have use of pool floats and use of washing machine . All in all had a really relaxing stay

Overall the property in a good place to stay. Garden and pool are is excellent. Pool id kept very cleN and lots of different area to sit.Villa is well set out. It needs a lot of TLC and could be fantastic..we had quite a few little problems, tv didnt work, no AC,no internet. Management team were quick to sort. Let down when we were told we could leave our luggage until 3pm on the last day, then last minute tlod we couldnt we had a rush round to see where we could leave it. All in all a great time was had by all but villa verytired. Pool area made up for it. We were

10 days in Playa blanca

Just finished 10 days in Villa Bueno Vida,with my wife,son and his partner. Really enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfect and we had a visit from a very friendly guy who introduced himself as the "pool guy". He cleaned the pool 3 times while we were there. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden offered protection from the strong winds.The pool was heated. The villa was alarmed and gated and we felt very secure.highly recommend.

Had a really great stay here - 7 of us (2 families with adult children) but plenty of space for all. vesOutdoor area is the best space without a doubt. Pool kept really clean with regular cleaning - ideal shallow 'kids' area which we used for relaxing inLots of areas to sit outside with a huge choice of furniture in full sun, partial sun or shade.Garden was a beautiful place to sit both day and night - well maintained too, gardener visited whilst we were there and chatted about all the plants and trees.Indoor space was bigger than expected as it looks narrow on the photosWelcome pack was a really nice touch, thank you.Check in was easy - key boxes.Communication with resort manager was excellent and issues were managed and sorted quickly and efficiently-even when one of our party got locked in the bathroom!-ve'sCommunication - host was slow to respond. Some areas need a bit of TLC to live up to 'luxury' billingSome of details listed on VRBO site need updating as not included or incorrect ie no pool towels (this is though made clear on check in details which arrived just before we travelled but had already packed and weighed cases so needed to redo), check-in and out times so check all beforehand is my advice. Kitchen utensils need an upgrade - had no scissors or bbq tools (Gary sorted this though), few knives compared to the amount of forks and spoons, needs more cooking implements eg wooden spoons. Fridge was small to accommodate 7 adults and parts of it broken

Super time at Villa Buena Vida

We were very impressed with villa, we had 6 in our party including our 6 year old grand daughter, the provision of child gates on the stairs and a bed guard were particularly thoughtful. The welcome pack was particularly welcome (tea coffee milk etc) The villa contains every facility, the beds were very comfortable. Outside the pool is great and child friendly with a shallow area for smaller children. The garden area is quite large and contains the utility/storage building. Table tennis and pool were a welcome distraction.A short drive or a 20 min or so walk takes into the centre of Playa Blanca and its facilities including several supermarkets. A new Waterpark Aqualava is about 10 mins walk away. We would certainly recommend the Villa to our friends and would return again.

Beautiful Villa

Absolutely stunning villa with a great outdoor space! All amenities provided and a welcome pack of bread milk ham coffee and tea, washing up liquid and new sponge which is always appreciated! Accommodated our early check in too which is fantastic service. The pool is ideal for mixed age children, the split level is brilliant and the shallow side is just right for younger ones. Some floats also available in the shed which is great and we’ve left some buckets and spades too! The villa is an ideal layout for two families with a double and single up and down and a bathroom each. Around 25 minute walk to the front which is great and all downhill and €5 in a taxi back up! Plenty of seating and sunbeds in the garden area. Villa manager was on hand every time we had a question with a super speedy response from her and the pool guy! We love Playa Blanca and return every year and Villa Bueno Vida will definitely be on our list of villas to stay at again. Easy check in with great and informative instructions from villa manager. A brilliant holiday made possible by this villa, thanks again!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein kleines Verpflegungspaket mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln. LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte sind in der direkten Umgebung, und zu Fuß hat man ca 15-20 min zum Strand. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Playa Blanca

Wir waren im Januar 23 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und bis zum Ort und Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben sehr viele AusflĂŒge unternommen, das bietet sich auf Lanzarote an. Der Kontakt, ein sehr sympathischer Mann (danke Gary), mit dem Verwalter war problemlos und es wurde immer direkt reagiert. Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. der Billardtisch, sollten ĂŒberarbeitet werden. Wir wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

We have stayed here twice both times amazing so clean everything you could ask for if not more all the inflatables in the shed for the pool, pool perfect temperature all your towels so many sun loungers and outside seating, bbq area I could literally go on and on the villa inside is so big every room is massive beautiful bathrooms love the kitchen it will take a lot for another villa to live up to this one for me10/10 million times over

Terrible service / villa not secure

Didn't recieve arrival details, had to chase owner for this. Swimmimg Pool cover broken. No cue tips for pool table, and when karen visited property regarding alarm issue she noticed this and said she would bring some round but never did. No hot water when we arrived so plummer was called out. General cleanliness wasn't good at all. Owner Donna messaged me saying Villa security alarm wasn't working and someone would be round to fix. This happend a couple days later and then other owner Tony turned up on day 4 and told us they had to attend as alarm had been set off and suggested it still wasn't working. Property was then broken into on our last night. We had a speaker stolen. Police where called out and report taken. While I appreciate break in not owners fault I would have expected a visit from them follow day to check in with us. Overall not a great villa experience and would not recommend anyone booking.

Cuando llegamos la casa estaba muy sucia!!! Y eso que ponĂ­a claramente que estarĂ­a limpia. Tuvimos que limpiarla nosotros entera!!!! En el anuncio ponĂ­a que habĂ­a Ping-pong y no habĂ­a y era uno de los motivos por los que elegimos la casa. El primer dĂ­a vimos que la ducha de la piscina no funcionaba, llamamos para decirlo, vinieron a verla, nos dijeron que volverĂ­an a arreglarla y nunca volvieron. En general la casa estĂĄ bien, muy cĂłmoda y amplia . Las camas y almohadas bastante incĂłmodas en general. El jardĂ­n y porche agradable pero el mobiliario bastante viejo . Todos los utensilios de cocina bastante viejos. El servicio de cambio de toallas limpias muy bueno.

We live in England and have 5 children under 27. we love holidaying especially in Playa Blanca Lanzarote and have been coming to Lanzarote for over 39 years. we want people to come to our villas and have all the comforts they would have at home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We already own 2 villas in Lanzarote this makes our third this villa is attached to one of our others with an adjoining door in the garden meaning they can together cater for parties of 16 people. The villas are only a 15 min walk to town and town beach but are set in a peaceful; location.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Ease of access to the whole of Playa Blanca and lots of extra luxuries such as heated pool, pool table , computer games and we have tried to think of every thing.
