Beautiful villa and surroundings. Small issues were dealt with promptly by the local team. Well equipped. Paid for pool heating which was excellent for the kids (and good value for Cyprus). Definitely looking to book again. Had a brilliant time.

Stunning house great pool and oursude areas. Aphrodire Hills is a great pkace to stay with good resraurants and play area for children. The house was bright and airy and very well equipped for large groups. The views are lovely and tge area is very quiet. Definitely recommebd!

A wonderful Villa overlooking the sea

We had a wonderful stay at this superb villa. We have stayed in the resort five time now and this villa was head and shoulders above the rest. Simon Clements the property manager could not have been more helpful and he uses Aphrodite Rentals to handle the check in and day to day running. They were superb and made such a difference from other we have experienced.

Beautiful stay in Cyprus

This property was breathtaking. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. The view was worth waking up early for. The owner is very easy to work with. Wonderful stay overall. Some restaurants and shops in the community which makes it very convenient. A car is a must, though. This was our first visit to Cyprus, will definitely be back.

Very smooth booking & arrival. The owner responded very quickly to any queries. The villa was perfect. The pictures did not do it justice. Stunning location & views to the sea. Brilliant Villa & location

What an excellent villa to stay in, the photos didn’t do it justice so much better overall, the pool and barbecue was well used by all even warm enough to use late at night. Good location in a little cul-de-sack not over looked by neighbours and nice and peaceful. We did visit the village a number of times to use the shop, Costa and even played tennis and went on the driving range. You do need a car to visit the local area and the many places Paphos district has to offer, enjoyed a day at Paphos waterpark which was excellent value as I managed to book when it was on offer as a early booking. Got to be careful on parking in Paphos as all bays are numbered and the parks are visited quite regularly, down loaded the Paphos Smart park app which was easy to use and worked fine. Overall a super great villa, excellent location to visit the many sites and a fabulous holiday.

Amazing luxury

We booked this villa as my daughter was getting married at Aphrodite Hills, and wanted a villa big enough to accommodate visiting guests and Family. The villa was amazing in all areas the accommodation was comfortable, and very spacious. The pool was a god send for the children, and the views were absolutely amazing. We had a barbecue for approximately 40 guests pre wedding and it was easy. This is a large villa with stunning gardens. The highlight for the children was picking apricots and lemons from the trees, which tasted beautiful. Lovely villa for a large family or several families staying together, we were never under each other's feet at all. Would definitely book again . The owner was very helpful . With extras and late checkout which was great with 3 children to entertain

From booking to check in everything was faultless. Had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful villa which had the best view to watch the sunsets. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was so warm. Kids loved it! The villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac making it very peaceful.

Luxury Villa with Spectacular Views

Even better than the photographs suggested, this Villa was the perfect luxury getaway for our party of six. Sea views and sunsets across the infinity pool and a large outdoor kitchen perfectly complemented the high-spec interior. Situated on the outer edges of the eastern plateau we loved the more ‘exclusive’ feel of this area of the resort. A car is a must although you can walk to the village centre of Aphrodite Hills in approximately 30mins - beware, it’s uphill on the way back - and there is also a good taxi service. We absolutely loved our stay and the attention to detail shown by our host in renovating this wonderful property and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Great for a group of friends

Simon the owner was very friendly and accommodating when making the booking and was happy to reply to any emails sent. The villa is on a quiet cul de sac with wide open spaces and fantastic views of the sea and the pool is very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of seating for eight and the same for crockery and cutlery the gas bbq was a god send Four en-suite bedrooms are well equipped although a pity two don’t have the lovely views of the other two but who comes on holiday to spend time in the bedroom other than sleeping. We would certainly return to the villa when coming back to Cyprus as ideal for golfers and sun worshipers.

Super family villa with superb views

We had a wonderful two week stay in Simon's villa in July/August 2016 with our 4 children aged 16 - 23 years. The villa was perfect for us as the villa is split over 3 levels. My husband and I shared the top floor (two main bedrooms), the middle floor was shared by us all for family time and the lower ground floor was shared by the 4 grown up children which gave them their independence and we didn't disturb one another. The TV and sound system were great and enjoyed by all. We did have to bring in in an additional seat from the garden when all six of us sat together to watch movies but that was fine. The Wifi was also great as our children couldn't live without it and in addition to the vast array of the latest movies available on the TV, we were also able to watch on-line TV and movies by plugging our laptop into the great sized TV. The children particularly liked it when the swimming pool lights were on at night as they gave off a cool neon glow. There are spectacular views from the top floor balconies and also from the lovely shaded veranda and poolside. There are plenty of loungers and very comfortable outside seating with very pretty gardens and outstanding views of the sea and mountains. The Aphrodite Hills resort seemed extremely safe (particularly where the villa is situated as it is quiet and well away from the village square - 5 mins drive) and we found the villa to be extremely clean, with plenty of towels and linen changed weekly. Would recommend an evening in Kouklia village square for an evening of traditional Cypriot food and dancing. However, taxi quite expensive given it is only about 5km away. We made several trips to Limassol and Paphos where the supermarkets are much cheaper and stock more variety of food. The owner and the Aphrodite Hills team provided great customer service and we would definitely recommend this villa. Top tip - be careful not to drive too quickly from the road onto the drive if you hire a 7 seater people carrier loaded with suitcases as we found it clipped the undercarriage of the vehicle and the insurance doesn't cover the underside of the vehicle. If you take it very, very slowly, it's much safer!

Very luxurious villa and very comfortable. Needed car to get to facilities, but we had one anyway. Weekly cleaning service and regular gardeners, pool cleaners. Any problems quickly ironed out by staff. Description listing accurate. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The villa was amazing. We were 4 adults and twins just under 2 and we had a great holiday. The layout if the villa was perfect and there was plenty of internal and external space. The villa was clean, the customer service was fantastic and they responded promptly when we had an issue with water pressure. The pool was fabulous, the view from the villa stunning and the facilities at the villa were great. We travelled around every day and didn't use many of the Aphrodite Hills' village facilities (other than the supermarket on the first morning) so can't comment on them. Would highly recommend Mellanda Bay Restaurant for food and would recommend Korion beach for sand. A perfect holiday we all enjoyed and I would highly recommend the Villa to anyone.

Outstanding villa

An outstanding modern and spacious villa with excellent amenities and spotlessly clean - only slight issue was size of beds as they were a little on the small side. Plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining in beautiful and luxurious surroundings . The pool area , gardens and BBQ were exceptional and the uninterrupted view was fabulous - day and night . The owner and management company were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with . Highly recommended ..

Villa was exactly as described, with a stunning swimming pool and outside area, which lends itself to some excellent entertaining - we met up with friends and it worked so well that they spent lots of nights at our place, pool lights were a real hit with the kids! Villa itself was very modern and spotlessly clean. Couple of minor gripes, having stayed on the complex previously bit of a pain having to drive to local facilities on site and double beds were perhaps more geared for small people. Overall a very good holiday and would certainly be happy to return.

Simon Owner/Director of own company, an Independent Financial Adviser- main enjoyments in life are being with my wife and family, walking with my dog, a Westie, playing sport (cricket mainly), eating and drinking, listening to music and going to the odd gig- and beach holidays! Elaine non-exec direct on number of boards and government department- main enjoyments similar to above, though keeping fit generally, not cricket. We have two sons, aged 32 and 33.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The villa is situated in the south east corner of the Aphrodite Hills site, with the balconies, terrace and pool area looking straight out over a game reserve area to an uninterrupted panoramic view of the sea.

In the daytime the gardens are full of butterflies and birds, dragonflies swoop down to sip from the pool, we sometimes see the goat herds in the distance, then in the evening the sky is full of stars, the moon reflects off the sea in the distance and all is peaceful..

yet we are still only five minutes drive to the Village Centre, five minutes to the Cove beach, Pissouri village beach and restaurants are 15 mins away, Paphos 20 mins - and it is only 15 mins from the airport.

We have everything we need at the villa, BBQ, great pool, relaxing gardens - with easy access to the tennis courts, Retreat, golf club and village centre- but in a very peaceful and quite exclusive part of the Aphrodite Hills resort.
