La propriété est située dans le développement haut de gamme et situé au centre de La Residencie. L'USP de cette propriété est qu'elle est la seule disponible à la location qui se trouve sur la rangée arrière sélectionnée et élevée - c'est la seule rangée avec vue sur la mer - si vous envisagez de réserver sur La Residencie, le premier choix naturel est le seule propriété avec vue sur la mer depuis le balcon surélevé sur la rangée arrière recherchée.

La propriété a une grande exposition sud de 15 m². balcon privé m hors du salon. Ce balcon est isolé pour les bains de soleil et reçoit le soleil presque toute la journée.

La propriété bénéficie ainsi d'une vue panoramique à 180 degrés sur l'océan depuis cette maison située au centre qui peut accueillir 6 personnes dans les deux chambres et trois canapés-lits dans le salon. Il y a un grand grand balcon - assez grand pour deux chaises longues et deux chaises avec une petite table à manger - avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le salon a sa propre salle à manger avec table et chaises.

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is very nice with a view from the balcony. It was also roomy. Close to restaurants and shops. Contact with management was very good and any problems we had were resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Central location in Costa Calma, apartment has all facilities for a self catering stay. Smart tv with uk channels available. Decor good and nice views from balcony / terrace. Overall we would definitely stay in this accommodation again.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed for the three of us though a bit light on crockery, would have been tricky with two older kids. Bed was the comfiest we have ever had away from home. Location great ten minutes walk to beach small supermarket straight across the road bread and cakes and a wealth of restaurants just round the corner. Would recommend

Relaxing

Really had a relaxing holiday in Costa Calma. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need with parking outside, the balcony is a good size with a pleasant view and is protected from the wind. The location of the apartment for us was ideal set at the back of the resort but only 5 minutes walk to bars a restaurants. We have stayed in Costa Calma many times and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the fantastic beaches but be aware it is a relatively quite resort (not Correljo or Benidorm). Would definitely stay at this Apt if we return again next year. Thank you Iain for allow to stay and also a big thank you to Phil for is great communication and friendless getting us into the apartment.

Excellent size and location, though some items in listing not in apartment

The apartment is lovely and spacious and in an excellent location, quiet but close to a small supermarket and some good places to eat. Only a short walk to the beach. It was clean and had plenty of crockery, cutlery, etc. Property management were both proactive and quick to respond. However the property listing states there is a barbeque and a safe. The safe was present but locked open and when we enquired about using it the combination was not granted also when we enquired about the barbeque we were informed that one had never been one. Would still be happy to recommend the apartment, we just had been looking forward to some barbequed food!

Tolle Wohnung, leider etwas abgewohnt...

Eine insgesamt schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, vor allem auch durch die überdachte Terrasse, die den Wind abhält. Die Beschreibungen zu Lage und Ausstattung passen. Leider sind Möbel und Inventar etwas "abgewohnt": Terrasse: Es gab nur zwei etwas unbequeme Stühle zum Sitzen. Außerdem standen alte Stühle aus der Küche herum, ein alter kaputter Wäscheständer und noch einiges anderes "Gerümpel", was wohl Vormieter hinterlassen haben. Schlafzimmer: Nur eine durchgehende Matratze, schon etwas durchgelegen. Schränke: Furnier überall "angeknabbert". Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer sollten unbedingt getauscht werden. Küche: Auf den Schränken leere Kartons, im Kühlschrank angefangene Marmelade. Wasserkocher verkalkt. Backofen war nicht sauber. Den Herd haben wir nicht benutzt. Das Bedienfeld war nicht mehr leserlich. Schade, dass die Ausstattung nicht hinreichend gepflegt wird ...

Schöne Wohnung, aber abgewohnt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, aber alles etwas Älter. Die Matratzen sind leider durchgelegen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat keinen Kleiderschrank. Der Herd hat keine Beschriftung mehr. Ablagen im Badezimmer - Fehlanzeige. Die beiden Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind sehr klein. Man kann gerade mal seine Beine ausstrecken, nicht liegen. Ausblick und Lage sehr gut.

Perfect apartment and location for us

Having mobility issues the apartment is in a good location for us. There is parking outside and just 3 steps to enter. A corner shop is less than 100 metres away and a selection of restaurants 300m away. The apartment is spacious and equipped with what is needed. Satellite TV has all the channels - BBC, ITV Sky etc The beds on the balcony are not overlooked and there is sun from sunrise to about 4pm. Ideal for us as the beach, which is about 10 minutes normal walk away, but is down a slope. We had an Island wide power cut whilst here but Phil, the manager, was very attentive to our needs and always available. Contact with the owner was also very quick. Ideal apartment and we shall return.

Un bel appartement, avec une jolie terrasse et une superbe vu. Les appareils électroménager sont pas très performant et les lits pas très confortables. Mise à part cela un bon rapport qualité/prix. Mention spécial pour Phill qui a juste été au top ! Merci encore et prenez soin de vous.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat mehr Pflege verdient!

Umgebungsgeräusche (Strasse, Nachbarn )und abendliche Essensgerüche sind akzeptabel. Elektrische Geräte waren z.T. nicht funktionsfähig bzw. uralt. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, sodass wir die Schränke und das Essgeschirr, das wir selbst nutzen wollten, zuerst reinigen mussten. Es benötigt eine Generalreinigung (z.B. Vorhänge, Couchdecken alt und fettig.) Der Wasserhahn im Bad funktionierte nicht. Die Wohnung ist kleiner als angegeben (ca.70-80qm). Die angesagten TV-Sender liefen nicht und es wäre noch mehr aufzuzählen. Ohne die grandiose Hilfe, Umsicht und Zuverlässigkeit von Phil, der die beanstandeten Sachen umgehend versuchte zu lösen, wären wir zu Beginn fast wieder abgereist! Er hat unseren Urlaub gerettet!

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, hat eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, Bäckerei, kleiner Laden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Phil, die gute Seele vor Ort , hat uns sehr gut betreut, kleine Unannehmlichkeiten wurden sofort beseitigt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Ruth & Peter, Schweiz

Im kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlte auf jeden Fall der Kleiderschrank. Das WLAN Netzt war sehr schlecht; Fernseher hatte daher dauernd nur Standbild. Koch- und Essgeschirr für 4 Personen zu gering. Beim Backofen funktionierte nur die Oberhitze.

Casa stupenda e sopratutto pulita

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di settimane in questo appartamento, molto bello e comodo. Appena arrivi ti accoglie Phil un grande uomo simpatico e molto gentile. La casa possiede di tutto dal forno al microonde alla caffettiera, lavatrice e tante altre cose, si ha ad disposizione asciugamani e lenzuola pulite. Due camere un bagno ed una sala grande con cucina ed un terrazzo abbastanza grande per poterci mangiare, con due sedie sdraio ed un ombrellone. La casa dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Come già detto la casa è stupenda in caso tornassi a costa calma prenoterei subito qui.

Het appartement kan goed zijn als alles werkt en niks kapot is... Maar dat is niet het geval. De waterdruk valt vaak weg, de banken zijn doorgezakt en er liggen kleden over om de vlekken te maskeren. Ik heb ook wat gereedschap gevraagd om de stoelen en het bed vast te zetten omdat we bang waren dat we door de stoel zouden zakken. Het servies en bestek is een allergaartje. We hebben veel kunnen verhelpen dankzij Phil. Hij is de contactpersoon en een geweldige vent. Als Ian wat meer zou investeren in dit appartement kan het nog goedkomen. Ook al is de prijs laag, het minste wat je wil is dat alles werkt en niks kapot is.

Beautiful apartment close to beach and shops

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, the apartment is pretty spacious and has a nice balcony, As we arrived Phil welcomed us and explained everything really well (He is a really nice guy). One thing we noticed right away was that the apartment was very clean and taken well care of. The apartment is well situated, it has everything you need close by and some very nice beaches that you could drive to within 5-10 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.
I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be.
It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Eurpope this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).
The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.
Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.

This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town.

The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great FIBRE Wifi and real proper TV (SKY movies, SKY sports, BT sports, BBC, ITV etc). There is also a high grade German TV system. This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. 50 inch SMART TV.

The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties.

The FIBRE wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real SKY & BT Sports, BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have never heard of.
