Cette propriété bénéficie d'un bon emplacement dans le développement haut de gamme d'Alta Vista. Cette vraie maison est dans la ville de Calete et ne souffre pas d'être loin de la ville, comme tant d'autres. La maison de ville elle-même est de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 3 terrasses.

Ceci est une grande maison appropriée - une maison loin de la maison - très spacieuse avec cuisine séparée et utilitaire (2 éviers) avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Il y a aussi une terrasse ensoleillée privée à côté de la chambre principale.

Le lit principal est également desservi par ses propres toilettes privatives avec baignoire et douche. 6 couchages facilement. Les trois terrasses ensoleillées comprennent un balcon privé avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Calete de Fuste.

Les terrasses arrière carrelées et isolées attirent le soleil toute la journée et comprennent un barbecue canarien pour les repas en plein air. Il y a une option de bain à remous (jacuzzi), qui est totalement isolée et idéale pour observer les étoiles la nuit.

La propriété a l'utilisation de la piscine complexe Bahia Sol en ville avec clôture de sécurité pour enfants et chaises longues. La propriété dispose également du complexe de la piscine Castillo Mar en ville avec une clôture de sécurité pour enfants et des chaises longues. Vous avez une clé pour les deux.
Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 36 pouces avec télévision britannique.
Il y a une console de jeux XBOX.
Il y a Internet sans fil (WiFi) avec un signal fort).

Ne manquez jamais un match de football, un tournoi de golf, du savon !!!

Easy check in, lovely clean house with everything you need including an air fryer. Hot tub has seen better days, but was fine for us. Location was good with easy access to bars, supermarket etc. Television - all the channels you could think of, including British TV. Great communication from host, only negative was that the WiFi didn't work upstairs, which did not bother any of us at all! & it didn't bother our kids in their 20's!Would definitely book here again & would recommend to other friends & family

The house we stayed at was as described and more.The kitchen was adequetly stocked with plates ,dishes and cutlery. The hot tub was really good and barbecue was excellent. A lovely quiet private property, 5-10 minutes to local shops and 15-20 minutes to the town and beach.The hot tub was nearly perfect, some of the jets didn’t work. However it didn’t detract from the enjoyment.We did have to wash the outside furniture before we could use it.Overall it was an ideal house for our holiday.

Lovely and spacious holiday home, we were staying in corralejo but had no water at the villa for 4 days so we go a refund and booked here the evening before we stayed, property was clean plenty of kitchen equipment even an air fryer which I’ve never seen in all the holiday homes I’ve stayed in. Area is quiet. Taxi to main areas is 3-4 each way depending on where your off. I would recommend staying here and hopefully in the future when we return to fuerteventura we will stay here

Great spacious property with all the amenities you need home from home.My only 2 critics were the pillows were very lumpy and need updating and also the tiled floors of the whole property had not been moped are feet were black on the first morning after arrivalproperty had not been mpped

Perfect for a family holiday

Our second stay at the villa, this time we brought our two grandsons aged 11 months, the owner was very accommodating in ensuring cots and high chairs were available , as the previous visit it met our expectations for a perfect family break.

Great property so stay there is everything you need easy to find beautiful sunny balcony beds are good nice quiet area will definitely be back host easy to contact to answer any queries supermarket bars and restaurants 5 min. walk centre of the resort a bit further and on return taxi cabs are very reasonably priced

Great property Great area

The property was clean and tidy very comfortable and in the perfect location. You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. I recommend Mollys bar, view bar and Lins for amazing food and drinks. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday I'd definitely return.

Lovely house fo a relaxing stay!

The house was great, we really enjoyed it, it had everything we could have possibly wanted and in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing! The views from upstairs were amazing and the kids loved the hot tub and my husband the BBQ! British TV and reliable wi-fi. We had use of 2 pools, which were around a 10/15min walk away, near to a lovely bakery that had delicious bread and cakes.

Generally a good stay in a value for money property.

The villa is in a good location a short walk into town and only a few minutes from shops, bars and restaurants.The outside space is excellent and gets the sun all day. The TV package is second to none, particularly if you like watching sport!We had some issues with the hot tub on arrival which needed re-cleaning and the boiler had to be replaced which meant we had no clean hot water for most of our first week.There were also some cleaning issues on arrival which have been communicated to the owner.We would stay again as the property represents good value for money.

Fabulous villa in the perfect place!

A fabulous 3 bed villa on a private estate affording spectacular panoramic views of the sea from its first floor terrace. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and everything one could need is supplied. Even in temperatures of 30 degrees plus, the house remained cool and comfortable. I have been to Fuerteventura quite a few times and this villa is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in and represents good value and has given me and my family good memories to cherish! I will almost certainly be looking to stay here again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.
I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I have been.
It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Europe this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).
The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.
Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.
This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (SKY SPORTS, BT SPORTS, SKY MOVIES, BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. It's downside is that there is not a communal pool on site - sorry. Although, I have negotiated access to two complexes in town. In truth, this is largely irrelevant in winter anyways as communal pools are too cold to go in to (anywhere) and is easily overcome in summer, as described.

You are better choosing the hot tub option for that wee bit of luxury. The FIBRE wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real BBC / ITV / SKY Sports & Movies etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have ever heard of. I have loads of reviews and a 18 year track record, as evidenced by c520 - one of the original Owners Direct numbers.
