Deux villas de 4 chambres - parfaites pour des vacances "3 générations" et de grands anniversaires!

Deux villas spacieuses de 4 chambres, pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 18 personnes. Les villas partagent un jardin sécurisé (portail électrique) qui s'étend sur deux hectares et comprend une immense piscine fermée et un court de tennis. En dépit d'être entouré d'orangers et de campagne de tous les côtés, nous ne sommes qu'à 10 minutes des terrains de golf de Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago et Vila Sol et des fantastiques plages locales et bars de plage. De plus, de nombreux restaurants et bars sont accessibles à pied. La configuration est idéale pour deux familles ou plus, ou de grands groupes d'amis qui souhaitent passer des vacances ensemble - tout en ayant l'intimité de leur propre villa. Les villas et les jardins se prêtent à de grands groupes de trois générations car ils permettent à chacun de passer du temps ensemble et à part. Les villas sont également très bien adaptées aux parties de golf. Almancil est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture et possède d'excellents supermarchés et magasins pour tous les éléments essentiels, et l'aéroport de Faro est à 20 minutes en voiture.

A hidden gem

My wider family enjoyed a stay at this lovely property. Two spacious villas on a huge property with fantastic swimming pool and pool house. We would gladly return to this property if dates allow. A number of nice family restaurants within a walkable distance and plenty of ammeneties within a 5-10 minute drive

Perfect!

We had a family reunion in the villas (8 adults, 9 kids 1-7)). The spacious plot was perfect for that! We really enjoyed the stay, especially the kids.

Great multigenerational property

We had a wonderful time at the two villas. Really no need to leave other than for food or groceries, both very close. We walked to all of our meals, lots of choices within a 5-20 min walk. Pool and pool house were outstanding. Great communication with the host.

A perfect place for our group of 16

The place was ideal for our group. 8 Adults 45 to 79 and 8 kids, 8 to 17. Clean, well equipped, good bedrooms and baths. Good beds. Pool was exceptionally fine: 9 x 15meters. Clean and well kept. Poolhouse was new,with fridge, freezer and dishwasher(!) Comfortable outdoor furniture.Youngest girl, soon 9, cried the last night because we had to leave. Air conditioning during the night good because of heatwave. Tennis court was very popular. Rackets provided. We highly recommend this place for big family groups like ours.

Fantastisch!

Wij hebben met 3 generaties enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De 2 huizen zijn niet uitgesproken luxe, maar wel zeer ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Maar dé voltreffer is de werkelijk schitterend aangelegde tuin met tennisbaan, enorm zwembad, jeu de boulesbaan, bbq en het heerlijke poolhouse waar we 's avonds zaten. Dikke 10!

Privacy in a wonderful setting

Two beautiful fully equipped villas with a very large green garden, a wonderful pool, own tennis court, shady trees, a bbq and boules pitch. The villas clearly had everything families can wish for including baby cots, baby chairs, outdoor children's toys, golf clubs, tennis rackets, washing machines etc etc etc. It provided everything that was promised in the advertisment and even more! Certainly a place we would go back to.

Excellent property in Algarve

This is a great place for large family or groups, with two large houses, well kept gardens, a very large pool and a tennis court. We were also impressed with the quality of the local property manager who helped us with a couple of requests. The hosts are experienced and dealt with everything smoothly.

Great place for a big family

Extremely nice houses with a fantastic pool. Ideal for us as we were three families sharing the place. The tennis court unfortunately is unplayable but we were told it would be repaired for next season.

Couldn't have asked for more from these Villas !

We had an absolutely fantastic time we all had in this property and we couldn’t have asked for anymore form the set up and location and my in laws were so made up, and as you say, the villas are perfect for 3 generations !! We were travelling as a family of 15 to celebrate a Golden Wedding Anniversary and the villas were great for all of us. The youngest in the group being 9 and the eldest grandchild 25, and we found the space inside and outside the villas, including the HUGE swimming pool and tennis court kept everyone entertained ! We had a few evenings in with food delivered and loved the nearby restaurants in walking distance, visiting Wild Chicken, and amazing meal and Vinho and Tapas, 2 visits to Retiro de Idios at the end on the pathway which was superb and 2 fantastic meals at Mr Freddies, probably the favourite of everyone ! Even though the villas aren't in a resort, we found the restaurants much closer than at first though, and 4 euros in an Uber taxi to nearby supermarkets (Aldi, Pingo Dolce and Alponia) was no problem. We even got taxis to Vale de Lobo and Vialmoura for evenings out, so car hire isn't essential as everything is not too far. As recommended by the Villa owner, we used a company called 'Fine Dining in Style' ( a stones throw away) for 15 of us to celebrate the Golden Wedding Anniversary we were there for and we couldn't have asked for more from them, doing everything possible to make the occasion at the villa memorable and serving the finest food we had all holiday and that took some beating ! Would highly recommend and would love to return to these villas again !

idealic family holiday

We had a very enjoyable stay with the local town very close by but the villa very peaceful and secluded. There were 2 very nice restaurants with in walking distance one inside the garden centre and another Italian. The property was beautifully maintained and definitely to be highly recommended. the property was well equipped and definitely suitable for families with all ages of children.

Great family & friends holiday

We spent a week at the villas with three other families - so 8 adults and 12 kids in total - and it was perfect! The villa are perfectly equipped for large groups and the bedrooms/bathrooms are arranged in such a way at either end of the villas that you can get a bit of privacy if you want! The pool is just massive and fantastic for everyone including the little ones who paddle around on the steps (plus it's fenced so it's secure). The tennis court is a bonus, if a little lumpy with a few tree roots, but at our standard it just adds an extra level of interest 😜. Overall a great stay thank you.

Amazing family holiday at Villas Jardim

Our extended family of 15 had an amazing holiday in Villas Jardim. The villas are perfect for families and the spacious grounds, fantastic swimming pool and other amenities all contributed to our enjoyment. It is ideally located close to all amenities but is so peaceful that it feels like being out in the countryside. We highly recommend these villas. Anne O'B

Perfect for a holiday with friends and kids!

e spent a fortnight in the villas this June with 3 other families all of which had small babes (0-3yrs). The villas and the grounds could not have been more perfect for us. It was so wonderful not having to say 'no' all day long! The kids could just wander free, run and play without us having to worry, and we could just sit and relax ! And that pool, wow! The location of the villas is also perfect, far enough away from the bustle and noise of Vale do Lobo but only a 5 minute drive to get back there for a day at the beach. We all had such a carefree relaxed holiday that we will definitely be booking it up for next year. Thank you!

Perfect for our tennis group!

Our group (10 to 15 of us) have been staying here for almost 20 years. It's position is ideal for our tennis holidays, situated close to the various tennis centres. The villas have been extensively upgraded by the present owners and are now extremely comfortable, where we all feel at home. The pool is superb and the large garden allows us all to spread out and enjoy quiet space. We can even do our "homework" on the tennis court!

2 superb villas on one plot with amazing pool

This was our 4th stay (in consecutive years) at Villas Jardim and each year it gets better and better! Two well-planned and well-layed out villas stand in a very generous sized plot, which seems unique to this area of Portugal. It is a perfect set-up for holidaying with friends or extended family for this reason.The gated pool, which is extremely large, never felt squashed even with 4 families consisting of 12 children + 8 adults! Lots of sunbeds for all to relax on and also to watch the end of week diving competition. Each villa has a great outside space for eating, with superb marble tables and bbqs. We particularly appreciated the maid visits during the week. The beach is 5 minutes drive away with a fantastic variety of beach restaurants and bars, along with great golf-courses and activities for the children. This might not be needed though, as very easy to relax in the tranquility of the villas!

it is perfect

The accomodation for our 3 Generations holiday was perfect. Two 4 bedroom units worked superbly . Everything you would ever need is there. The pool and surrounds are magnificent. The accomodation was faultless. Golf at your doorstep. The local Apalonia supermarket has everything. Fully recommended

Fantastic group holiday

We booked the villas for a 4 family, group holiday and had a fantastic time. The extensive grounds you get around the villas means that everyone gets to have their own space and children can run free playing cricket, football and tennis all at the same time, whilst adults relax knowing the children can't get out of the electric gates. The pool is so much bigger than any we have seen at other villas and means you can swim lengths or have 20 in the pool playing without it feeling at all full, so unusual these days! If you're looking for space to host a multi generational holiday or indeed a large group these villas are just the ticket! The location of the villas give you so many options on fun day trips out, there's so much to do in the area from top quality golf courses to horse riding and the family friendly beaches are just 10 mins away by car. There are restaurants in walking distance and far too many to choose from a 5 min car drive away.

The benefits of the villas are obvious - especially for a large group (there are beds for 18):

External space: two acres of garden
Pool size: 15m x 8m - a huge private pool which could not be built today because of EU size regulations. During the winter 2022/23 the pool was completely renovated and a new pool house built, complete with kitchens (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle) new sitting out area.
The tennis court was completely renovated over winter of 2020/21 and now boasts a surface of synthetic grass.
Two villas (each with 4 bedrooms): allows for many combinations. Four families of four can easily be accommodated.
External dining area: we have invested in some splendid large marble-topped tables - seating 18 for dinner is not a problem!
Not overlooked: apart from one neighbouring villa, we are surrounded by orange groves and agricultural land - so making a noise over dinner is never a problem and the views of the evening skies in the west are to die for!!
We are only 10 mins from the Apolonia - the best privately owned supermarket.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The villas are quite unique - they were originally built as part of a planned three-villa complex with a very large swimming pool and tennis court. They are copies of the original villas built at Quinta Do Lago in the 1970s. The third villa was never built and the complex never materialised.

We first rented the villas when we needed space for two families plus our friends - and we wanted a tennis court as well as a swimming pool.

We loved the location - between Almancil and Val do Lobo - and as we are not part of a golf complex it means that we have a great deal of space.

Being only 20 mins from Faro airport and 10 mins from all the local golf facilities at Val do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago and Vila Sol is also a huge bonus.
