80 pieds de façade sur le lac avec un quai de 40 pieds pour votre usage privé. Accès complet au lac Michigan pour la pêche ou d'autres sports. 8 couchages; trois chambres avec lits queen, une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Tous les draps et serviettes de bain fournis ainsi que les serviettes de plage, quelques chaises de plage et jouets de plage. Deux grandes salles familiales (1 avec wet-bar et foyer au gaz) offrent beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. Grande salle à manger avec foyer au gaz. Terrasse en plein air et salle 3 saisons. Grande table de pique-nique sur le patio du sous-sol. Gril au gaz naturel à l'extérieur de la cuisine pour griller les prises du jour! Planches à pagaie et kayaks disponibles pour utilisation. Plus de 2400 pieds carrés avec vue sur les célèbres couchers de soleil de Pentwater depuis chaque pièce!

Faites du shopping dans les sympathiques magasins locaux. Apportez vos vélos et roulez le long du lac. Pêche blanche, motoneige, ski de fond disponible en hiver. À seulement 1, 5 heures de Crystal Mt. pour le ski et le snowboard en famille. (Contacter le propriétaire pour la disponibilité en hiver.) Summer family get away

Great Lake place

We had a great time! The house is exactly as described. Well stocked with everything we needed. The kids caught a ton of fish off the dock and we made good use of the paddle boards, too. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Peaceful and plentiful

This tastefully decorated home also has everything you might want. A fully stocked kitchen, so no need to bring any utensils. The kids loved playing ping pong in the garage. We utilized the game area to put a jigsaw together. I claimed my corner for reading and knitting. The sunsets were gorgeous!

Wonderful week on the lake

This is our 3rd year staying at Corey and Brian’s gorgeous Pentwater lake home. We absolutely love it there. The house is adorable, has everything we need when cooking meals and we love using the kayaks and paddle boards. We also bring our wave runners and rent a pontoon for the week so we have lots of water toys for a fun week!

Great House!

We cannot say enough GREAT things about this house. It had EVERYTHING you can think of that you would need on vacation! I felt like I was in my own home only better! Brian and Corey were wonderful hosts and answered the few questions we had quickly. The location of the house was perfect being right on the lake. Everything was perfectly clean, up to date, comfortable, with lots of space, and tons of activities to keep you busy even when it rains. We just LOVED it! We cannot wait to go back! Thanks!!

Family Vacation

This rental property is absolutely wonderful! So cozy and has every amenity you could need to be comfortable. The outdoor barbecue, kayaks, games and fire pit were also a huge success. I will miss my morning coffee while sitting on the beautiful deck overlooking the water. A big thank you to our hosts. 😊

Amazing week!

We had the best week in Pentwater. The house is even nicer in person than the photos show. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, but the real star of the show was the ability to fish right off the dock. We caught fish all day and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. Best Vrbo we have rented and would absolutely book this home when we travel to Pentwater.

Marvelous getaway

This is not a cottage, rather a beautiful Lake House ! Fully furnished with all the things I normally have to bring to a rental. We had fun on the Kayaks and paddle boards, roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and watched sunsets every night from the deck. My favorite room was the screened in porch… perfect for reading or watching boats on Pentwater Lake, rain or shine.

Denlar Lakefront Rental

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is fantastic - close to several wonderful state parks both in Pentwater and Ludington. We loved being right on Pentwater Lake and used our paddle boards almost every day. The layout of the house is perfect for families with kids - everyone can have their own spaces or be all together. Caroline, the property's owner, had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived! She is genuine, kind and responsive. We would certainly rent her home again!

Loved Our Stay

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The location is fantastic - close to terrific state parks in Pentwater and Ludington. We used our paddle boards almost every day exploring Pentwater Lake and the Pentwater River. The layout of the house is perfect - our two boys had their own spaces upstairs while we enjoyed the quiet of the downstairs. Caroline, the property's owner, is a wonderful person - genuine and kind. Her homemade cookies were a hit! Would we rent from her again? ABSOLUTELY!!!!

Where memories are made!

We have stayed in Corey and Brian’s Lake House multiple times and have always had a great time. The property is immaculately maintained and has lots to offer a family with children of different ages. Pentwater Lake is gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, kayaking and watching sunsets from the lovely upper deck. The family room is great for gathering at the end of the day to play games or watch movies. The hosts always make us feel like the house is our home during our stay. We love it and the charming town of Pentwater. Our family has been coming to this area for over 15 years. This house is everyone’s favorite place to stay. Thank you Corey and Brian! Quit looking and book this home before it's gone!!

This home is just that....a home. Every detail about this lakehouse is perfect! The owners have thought of everything. Our family came in for our son's Pentwater wedding and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From ping pong to fishing to paddle boarding to kayaking...even a bookshelf with books to read while relaxing. The sunsets from all of the patios were to die for! The private dock was perfect for us with our fishing kayaks. The beds were so comfortable..not like in a lot of rentals. The little things that the owners thought of...like bug spray, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, gas grill, fire pit, beach chairs and yard games and so much more. A lot of thought and love was put into this home. We just hated to leave! One of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have had. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us Brian and Corey!!

Phenomenal stay- A+ location, detailed hosts, sparkling clean

We had the loveliest stay and Brain and Corey’s beautiful home with our family of 9 adults. We arrived to a BRAND NEW kitchen, flooring, bathrooms along with some other details. Brian greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. There was a private dock that allowed us to do some fishing, a garage loaded with water toys and outdoor games along with kayaks and paddle boards. The entire home was just spotless and so well-maintained. We used all of the large communal spaces daily. Tons of outdoor dining space that seated all of us comfortably, and a huge living room to hang out at night. There is an additional living room downstairs. Last, the town is about 1.5 miles away, or a 5-minute drive. Cute shops, restaurants, and a beautiful market with any odds and ends you may need. Our whole family agreed that we will definitely be back to this property!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house was great for our mini family vacation. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Everyone had their own space and the rooms were very comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 3 season porch overlooking the lake was a great place to hang out, catching the breeze from the lake and avoiding the bugs. Caroline has the house so well organized and filled with anything you could want, from games and coloring books for the kids to tons of beach toys, blankets, and towels. The kitchen was especially well organized, making it easy to find things when preparing meals. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the house is ready for you when you arrive. We got in late in the evening and she stopped by to turn on the outside lights and A/C prior to our arrival and left us a plate of homemade cookies (a big hit with my 2 year old). We had a great weekend exploring the Pentwater River and Lake on our kayaks and having the dock to pull up to when we were finished paddling was really nice. The house is a short, easy bike ride into town or a 5 minute drive, so we were able to explore there and get the things we needed easily. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Pentwater or near the Silver Lake area, mostly because Caroline is a gracious hostess who really makes sure her guests are content throughout their stay. She is easy to reach if you need something and even sent me back my son's baby blanket that was accidentally left. We will definitely be back to Pentwater and wouldn't hesitate to rent this same house again. Thanks Caroline!

Greatest lake vacation!

What an amazing week in Pentwater! The house and property were better than I could have even hoped for! Immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious, every kitchen item we could need and the waterfront property was spectacular. The kayaks were a favorite; ping pong and corn hole were so fun. Morning coffee or an evening cocktail waterside was perfection. The town of Pentwater was so cute, with great shopping. Such a wonderful family vacation- and the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!!

BEST RENTAL HOUSE YET!

LOVED this home. Had all the amenities. Love the fact that it was if you use it replace it ( garbage bags, dish soap, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, fabric softner) We packed all the necessities not knowing they had everything furnished. Left everything for the next people to visit! Paddle boards, kyaks, ping pong, beach toys provided hours of entertainment. Plenty of refrigerator & freezer space. Owners have thought of everything!

Another wonderful week in Pentwater

This is our second summer spending a week in Brian and Corey’s gorgeous home. Everyone had a blast! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to have a great family vacation. Hoping to come back for our third summer next year!

Fantastic!

Ages 3-60 and every person loved it! Tons of room; bigger than the pictures looked. Stocked kitchen, amazing grill. Loved the kayaks (go left and under the bridge for a nature wonderland!), fishing from the dock, fire pit, corn hole, floating in the lake. Perfect location. Went to Mac Woods dune ride for family fun! Rented a pontoon book on Silver Lake which was awesome! Bonus- watched a thunderstorm one evening, which turned into a rainbow, which turned into a spectacular sunset. I cannot recommend this house enough!! It was the absolute best.

Everything was perfect!

We are a family of 5 (17+) and we had a couple young adult visitors throughout the week. Everyone loved it. The location and accommodations were perfect. Home was clean and had EVERYTHING you would need at a lake house. People living around this home were friendly. The house was perfect for allowing great family togetherness/spaces but also allowed us to spread out at times and read or be lost in thought.We rented a boat (separate from house rental) and were able to enjoy Pentwater lake and even went out on Lake Michigan and up to Ludington where we docked. Lake wasn't too busy for water skiing and tubing. Highly recommend.

We have always loved living in West Michigan and near the lake shore. We both had a desire to live on the water someday but know God has plans for us and we lived with the faith that he will provide for us what we need in His time. Our dream was a reality in 2018, when we met Caroline Denlar, the lake house's previous owner. She was hoping the potential new owner of her home, would carry on the rental history and that's when we formed a long lasting friendship with Caroline. We love the feel you get when you walk through the front door, and to see water from almost every room is just captivating! We both work very hard to make sure our home is well equipped with all the amenities and everything is in good working order. We enjoy staying with our families and creating lasting memories and hope the same for all of our guests.

Our home is located on Monroe Rd, making it easy to go to town by bikes, or by boat! With a 40' dock you can bring your boat whether its a ski boat, fishing boat or a dinghy!
We provide all the amenities including AVEDA hair care in the showers! Play giant jenga or ping pong on a rainy day in the garage or pull out one of many board games to entertain!
