Cozy Red Studio à 15 minutes à pied de la station Jsq Path Commute to NYC

Grand studio de 550 pc dans un immeuble en grès brun. Plafond haut, planchers de bois franc, coin chambre, coin salon avec télévision, bureau et canapé, coin cuisine, salle de bain avec douche en coin. Beaucoup de lumière. Volets antiques. Fausse cheminée. Charme du vieux monde. 15 min à pied du chemin journal journal sq. 15 min du World Trade Center et 25 min de la 33ème rue Path Station à Manhattan. Un arrêt au centre-ville de Jersey, trois arrêts à Hoboken avec beaucoup d'options de vie nocturne, cafés, restaurants. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas accepter les enfants de moins de 12 ans. Je ne peux pas accepter d'animaux. Mon studio n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant. A part cela, je ne discrimine pas les gens sur aucune sorte de variable. Tout le monde est le bienvenu dans mon studio.
Comme j'ai trois locataires permanents dans l'immeuble, il n'y a pas de fête, pas de bruit fort et il est interdit de fumer dans l'appartement.

Very pleasant place and great host

Perfectly equipped place, and very convienently located thanks to the new Path train line. Our host, miss Tazdemir have been really helpful during our stay. Couldn't hope for a better host. All in all a great stay, welcome after full fays of the New-York madness! Highly recommended!

It's wonderful to host guests from all over the world. I do my best to be a good host. Jersey City is very close to major sites in Manhattan, and much more affordable than many other places. As a host, my goal is to provide my guests a very clean, cozy, affordable heaven which is very close to one of the most famous major cities of our world, New York. It makes me very happy when globe travelers stay in my cozy studio, and enjoy their time.

Dear Guest, When you have a complaint which can be solved while you are here like temperature. especially you knew how contacted us for other reasons, please call us so we can solve it. When you complain after you leave, we can’t solve it, you suffer and you male us suffer with a bad review. It makes everyone upset.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Both Uber drivers I used said I was staying in an unsafe neighborhood and that I should not go out at night and be sure to always keep my door locked. However, my husband and I walked through the neighborhood to get food and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. It is a busy area and traffic is a little crazy, but had no problems getting around. It was a good deal for us.

great stay

we were in the area for the golf tourney, stayed for 4 nights...nice studio, had exactly what we needed...close enough to Path station and trains to WTC...had a rental car, always found street parking, but do have to be mindful of street cleaning days/times. we recommend the bbq place a couple blocks away.

Very impressive studio, well-stocked and well-furnished. Short walk to PATH trains to NY.

We stayed for 9 days and had a great time, largely due to how pleasant and conveniently located the studio was. The place was clearly well cared for, with things laid out in a very professional manner, more like a hotel than a studio. Ozgun was super attentive, as well, fixing a minor issue with the bathroom before I even mentioned it to her. There were even brochures for nearby restaurants neatly arranged in a drawer, which was a great little touch. The neighbourhood is safe, with streets busy with families and women with strollers for most of the day and most of the night. There are small grocery stores located nearby as well, which were more than enough for our needs, but large supermarkets are at least a bus ride away. Overall just a great place, regardless if your main focus is Manhattan or other nearby places in New Jersey. I highly recommend it.

Prima, ruim appartement. Perfecte uitvalslocatie om NY te bezoeken. 15min. lopen naar PATH-station, vandaar in 15min. bij WTC en 25min. op Timesquare. De eigenaresse Ozgun is zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam.

Beautiful Studio with incredible host.

My Wife and I stayed with Ozgun for 4 Days while doing some out of state apartment searching in the Jersey City Area. We had a very busy schedule right off the bat with apartment viewings and she was very accommodating with check-in. Everything was in fantastic order and very clean. I almost wanted to ask her if we could just move into that studio instead. The area is very safe and has a lot of amenities close by within walking distance of restaurants and Supermarkets. We had some job interviews in NYC and it was also the perfect Distance from the Journal Square Path Station. There was a small issue with the gas company and the stove, but Ozgun and her husband left their family outing just to help us and take care of the matter. I will definitely be sending family and friends her way when they come to visit us in our new home and HIGHLY suggest this very affordable, adorable and comfortable house to anyone visiting the New Jersey or NYC area! A very big thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place

We had a very pleasant stay in this cozy condo. The owner was very accommodating and was basically available anytime for anything we needed. She was very helpful with tips on how to get around New York and Jersey area, and gave really great suggestions on places to eat and see. The condo was just under a mile from the train station that got us to New York every day. It was a very safe and manageable walk. The train and subway schedule was very easy to catch on to as well. The neighborhood was safe, and conveniently located near markets and easy transportation systems. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We originally booked this condo is Jersey City to save money on our trip to NYC. It was well worth it! Seeing New York from Jersey views was a plus and just being a part of the overall culture of the East coast was something I dont think we could have experienced staying in a hotel in NYC. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay in this condo. It was wonderful.

Great place to stay pictures don't do justice. We arrived and was given the wrong contact number Ozgun was very apologetic and even bought us a bottle of wine. She was very sincere and I would definitely stay here again. Do not advise traveling with a large vehicle add you will never have a parking spot. You also have days where you have to move the vehicle in the morning for two hours as the streets well be cleaned.

I always find a parking place even if I need to drive a couple of streets up and down but I guess it depends on the time you are looking for a spot. You may consider parking your car at one of the parking lots I recommended to you next time. They are only four blocks away and cost $12 per day. Thanks for choosing my studio.
