Condo magnifiquement mis à jour avec beaucoup d'intimité! Cuisine spacieuse avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Deux salles de bain complètes avec placard entier pour les invités qui restent sur le lit escamotable! Gril à gaz à deux brûleurs, grande terrasse pour se divertir. DISH tv et internet inclus. Deux piscines, une avec bar swim-up et des prix très raisonnables. Regardez les baleines pendant que vous mangez ou détendez-vous dans l'une ou l'autre piscine! À quelques pas de la ville, ou les taxis sont facilement appelés pour votre commodité! Complexe calme sans discussions en temps partagé! Entièrement doté pour votre commodité, il y a des gardes à la porte et sur place! Rideaux occultants dans la chambre et la salle familiale pour ceux qui ont besoin d'une sieste pour les premiers matins ou pour dormir! Cloison coulissante pour l'intimité des invités de la salle familiale lors de l'utilisation du lit escamotable!

Had a wonderful time. Nice short walk to town. The view of the marina was beautiful while sitting on the patio and the breeze was fantastic.Great place to stay, none of the spring break crowds. The condo had everything we needed.

Diane was a great host. Anytime I had a question, she responded almost immediately. Her unit is perfect for 3-4 people, with one bedroom with king size bed, a Murphy bed for 1-2 people, 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen and living area. The Terrasol complex is a great location with 2 pools, restaurant, gym with a considerable amount of nice exercise equipment and beautiful landscaping on the beach and just a short walk to the marina and downtown.

Oasis in a party town!

We loved this condo! It was close enough to walk into town but with the benefit of being a beautiful quiet oasis on the pacific ocean where we could watch whales swim by while sitting on a beach free of vendors and crowds. The property was wonderful and the 2 pools a great place to hang out during the day. The condo itself was perfect for the 3 three of us. Very comfortable with lots of room - a little home away from home!

Cabo Getaway

Great location, two pools, large Pacific side beach and walking distance to the Marina. My wife and I stayed in this one bedroom condo with a patio view of the Marina and its night life. Gated community and we felt safe and comfortable with any walk to the Marina or downtown area. Had full kitchen amenities and in-condo laundry. Host and property manager were awesome. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

This place was more than perfect! It is the perfect location as it is walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, beach, tours and has a great patio with a view of the ocean/harbor if you just want to relax and have drink. It has everything you need! Kitchen is fully equipped, you even have a washer & dryer. The showers are beautifully tiled. The accommodations are very comfy and cozy and the host is awesome! Will definitely be coming back here!

The condo was nothing special but accommodating. There was trash in the kitchen trash can when we arrived. A friend of the owner met us at checkin but he didn’t know how to operate the television. There were no beach towels so we ended up using the bath towels. The property itself is nice. Nice pools but no swimming in the ocean.

Lovely resort

Diane was very helpful when the safe with our passports failed to open. She was there within an hour to help us resolve that. The unit has a nice view of the marina. It is at the back end of the property about a 4-5 minute walk to either of the pools. The unit is full stocked with spices, cooking utensils, etc. Bed was quite comfortable.

Awesome location!

We loved this place. The location is awesome for being able to walk everywhere. The food was great and affordable at the pool side bar. The owner is quick to respond. Condo was better than the pictures portrayed, lots of space.

Very nice condo

It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of everyplace you would need and want to go. The owner was always available if you needed to contact her, which is a plus. I loved the onsite restaurant, and the option of two heated pools. The only negative to the condo was the view. On the patio, you were looking at a large rock formation, a parking lot below it, and the city. No water view. However, the unit is reasonably priced enough that the lack of water view didn’t bother me.

Very clean and very private

I was extremely pleased with this unit. As others have said, it's close to the reception area and an easy walk to the marina. The unit was perfect for my needs; very clean; the kitchen was well stocked with cooking requirements (coffee station, lots of spices and condiments, large amount of cooking utensils). The two conveniently located swimming pools were well kept and the restaurant served excellent food. When I return to Cabo, I'll certainly see if this unit is available.

We enjoyed Diane's place very much. Many things ready to go for anything you want to do. Kitchen well supplied with everything. Coffee was great to have even before we could go shopping. Perfect accommodation

The Terrasol condo was perfect for our vacation. The interior upgrades are very well done. Beach access, pools, on-site restaurant, easy access to downtown, etc are all as ideal as possible. Use of the exercise facility at Playa Grande was another bonus. The owner was also very quick to address a couple of minor questions that we had during our stay. We will seek this one out again for our next trip!

Clean, convenient, cozy, and close to everything

This was my first trip to Cabo San Lucas and I wanted to stay in a place that was safe, quiet, and close to town as I was traveling alone. I also wanted privacy. This condo was perfect. The unit is close to the front desk, a five-minute walk to the beach and pools, and an easy walk to the marina. There's also a bus stop nearby if you're interested in skipping cabs as I was. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. It really feels like home. The furniture is comfortable, the bed is perfect, the bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous, and the washer and dryer proved to be something I hadn't planned on needing but was grateful to have, after all. The kitchen has every standard gadget and then some, plus very nice appliances. Bathrooms are well stocked with all the basics you'll need. I enjoyed my coffee on the patio every day. The wi-fi works great, but I have to admit I never was able to figure out the TV, so I can't comment on that amenity. I was just as happy to be in a news void and spend time reading or listening to music instead. When I first arrived, I noted that instructions said to open the three--part sliding patio door all the way left and to enter/exit the patio by the center section. Someone before me had opened the first section of screen door, leaving it hopelessly stuck, preventing me from accessing the patio. Diane was easy to reach and she was very quick to correct the problem. In fact, Diane was exceptionally responsive throughout my entire stay when I had questions. She was very easy to work with and quite patient with my inquiries. Be aware that if you rent unit 104, it faces the marina and town. The lights are so pretty in the evening, but at about 8:00 every night, a nightclub across the marina blares dance and club music until the wee hours and it carries. I couldn't listen to my own music in the condo if I had the windows open. I always travel with earplugs, and I was glad I had them! This was a very minor nuisance, though, and in no way a problem. Also know that the check-in fee is a daily fee, so multiply it by number of days you'll stay. I loved the whole place. The staff is so friendly, polite, and helpful. The little palapa restaurant at the pool is good, the other residents and guests were friendly but respectful regarding noise, and the beautiful beach is steps away. Although it's not swimmable, I sat on the sand and watched whales and dolphins every day (bring your binoculars) and the sunsets were gorgeous.

All of Cabo will be happy to know that the loud music from "Breathless" has ceased. They are still open, just not blasting music to us for 'publicity', lol! Likely many complaints! So glad you enjoyed my place of paradise!

Kitchen includes paper towels, salt, pepper and basic staples such as ketchup and mustard! Full size dishwasher, refrigerator , stove top and oven. Ice maker and in door water ice feature with twice filtered drinkable water! Full size coffee maker, blender and even sharp knives! Two tv's with US DISH and America's 200 channels package. Free wifi, download Skype app in states to use your cell phone free to call the states or Canada while vacationing! Two burner Weber grill and seating for 6 on patio. Kitchen has service for 8... Ceiling fans in kitchen, family room and bedroom. Windows in both bathrooms! Naturally well lit! Unit has windows on 3 sides, not a tunnel!

This unit is a close walk to the pools without the lack of privacy on your patio. Short walk to marina and "restaurant row", night clubs and local entertainment. Private beach with no vendors. Short walk past the Navy Station for a swimmable beach, or a water taxi to Medano Beach for the popular beach entertainment and activities. Our staff can assist you in booking any activities for fair prices or assist you with recommendations, with no pressure to book! Security screen door allows for adequate breeze from the Pacific. A/C is rarely used and requested to continue that! Brand new mini splits have been installed and work wonderfully! Have your morning coffee on the patio and enjoy watching the boats going in and out of the marina!
