Mariner West est un condo familial de faible hauteur qui se trouve face au golfe sur Thomas Drive. Ce condo est une unité de coin au 3e étage avec un balcon surdimensionné. La spacieuse suite principale est meublée d'un lit king size, d'une salle de bain privée et d'une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces. Le salon est meublé d'un canapé-lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, du câble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un lecteur DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, des poêles, de la vaisselle, des ustensiles, un grille-pain, un lave-vaisselle, une cafetière ordinaire et un Keurig, un mixeur et un micro-ondes. Il y a une buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur et une salle pour ranger tout votre équipement de plage.

Beaucoup d'équipements sur place qui comprennent une grande piscine face au golfe, des courts de tennis éclairés, un jeu de palets, un billard et un beach-volley sur la plage. Il y a aussi des barbecues à gaz à côté de la piscine pour faire griller vos propres poissons, steaks et hamburgers. Profitez de votre propre repas aux tables de pique-nique.

Toutes les serviettes et les draps sont fournis. Il vous suffit d'apporter des serviettes de plage et n'oubliez pas votre crème solaire!

Magnifique complexe pour les hôtes d'hiver. Les invités d'hiver reviennent année après année. Loved this place!

This place was beautiful! Exactly like the photos! The Location was super peaceful a great place for your little family and avoid the bigger crowds! The owner was very responsive and super sweet; this home literally have enough of everything and more! We will stay here again and definitely recommend this place.

Perfect spot

Condo was ready early, host had everything ready to go with great communication via text. The room and view were perfect with a very short walk to the beach. Condo included everything we needed and even had beach chairs that had been left by previous guests. Perfect condo for a perfect price too!

Can't wait to go back

This was our first time staying at Mariner west and we will definitely be staying there again. We love that end of the beach because it's less crowded. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We couldn't have ask for a better experience thanks to Ms. Sue. She was so nice and helpful our entire stay. We can't wait to go back!

Best Condo Ever

The condo was very nice and well kept. The air worked great. The property manager worked very hard to keep this property running smoothly. We saw her first thing in the morning cleaning the sand around the area going to the beach, cleaning the pool, and speaking with guests. I was very impressed with her. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

This property checked all the boxes. Great location, super clean and comfortable. Great bed, and great pool. Beach area is great and the area couldn’t be cleaner. Love then location as it’s not in the middle of the tourist area but still lots to do and many good restaurants in the area. Owner’s communication was perfect and all the instructions were super clear. Already hoping we can get this same unit again in a return trip! A+++

Great place to sray

This condo was perfect. Celebrated our 47th anniversary on a beautiful part of the beach. Beach in front of condo was very quiet and not crowded. The wrap around balcony and double patio doors made the living room very bright and open. Kitchen was well furnished and owners were great to work with. 3rd floor and on the end - stairs right there. We hope we can come back soon.

Great Condo!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and soak up the sun. Condo was clean, well maintained and had very beautiful and comfortable furnishings. It was situated on the third floor so had a perfect ocean and pool view! It was super easy to get around the property and out to the beach. The employees at the property were always cleaning and working hard. Really easy check-in process, which was a definite plus after such a long drive. Sue was great and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful!

The condo was beautiful. Fantastic view of the ocean as well as the pool. Kids loved the assortment of pillows to choose from. Quiet private beach area with access from pool area. There were some chairs and umbrellas stored in laundry room for use on beach. Owner was very easy to talk with and prompt with responses though everything was explained prior to arrival. Definitely will keep this one in my favorites for future vacations!

Serene Spot

This spacious and well maintained corner condo with a large wrap around balcony is a find. We enjoyed excellent communication with the manager, Sue, who promptly took care of even the smallest detail. Of course this location is all about the beach and it did not disappoint, with crystal clear water, powder soft white sand and easy proximity to entertainment, services and shopping it could not have been better. We'll be back!

Birthday getaway

We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. We enjoyed the large balcony very much. Wish I would've brought my yoga mat for the side balcony. The side balcony would be a good place to put a lounge chair. The balcony furniture on the beach side was perfect. The condo was clean, the decor was cute and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. Loved the Lenox oceanside dinnerware. The laundry room is outside the condo, which was fine. We liked the fact that it was not crowded on the beach. The only downside was the listing stated there were two chairs and an umbrella, so we didn't bring any chairs with us. There was only one chair, and I'm not sure if the umbrella was in there. My husband and I took turns using the chair. The listing states check-in is 4:00, but the office closes at 4 p.m. Luckily, we arrived as she was locking up and she checked me in. My son wanted to play pool, but the door to the game room was locked every time we stopped by. The complex must allow smoking on the balconies of other condos because we kept smelling cigarette smoke; however, we still enjoyed the balcony view very much.

Hidden jewel!

My husband & I found this jewel while searching for a condo close enough to the main restaurants & entertainment, but far enough away to not be fighting for space at the beach or heavy traffic. This condo gave us just that. Communication with the owner throughout the process was excellent. The condo has been wonderfully renovated & decorated. It was just the two of us, but we could’ve brought our son and we would still have plenty of space given the second full bathroom & a pull out couch. There is also enough space in the living room to place a air mattress for another person. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the laundry room has extra things in it that can be used during the trip (look at the picture posted by the owner...we didn’t need to bring our beach stuff as they have it there for you!) We loved that it was a corner unit with a wraparound deck with beautiful views from the living room & kitchen. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside with a nice breeze at the table. We never heard anyone above or next to us, only heard people if we went outside on the deck. The condo is on the third floor with stairs coming up right to the door or there is an elevator that can be used. Security guard greeted us upon arrival with offering to get a trolley for our luggage. There is space in the laundry room so if you wanted to store anything you could, & there is a keypad lock. All laundry rooms for the condos are across from the condo door, which I liked because I could run laundry and not hear it. We felt very safe given the entry to the condo required a code, security guard at night, required code to enter and exit the short pathway to the beach. At the beach, You only share that area of the beach with people staying at the small condo building as there is no direct public entrance, thus It is not crowded at all. (Also you have bracelets to wear, which signifies that you are or are not to be in the pool area or accessing the building. You can look down to the left & right & see the crowds of people in the water & the tents & umbrellas crammed together... we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere with plenty of space & the view of ocean. There is also a bathroom on the first floor of the building which is nice in case you need to go the bathroom while at the beach. With all that being said, yes I recommend this place & we are already trying to figure out how we can get back down to this condo again this year.
