Récemment rénové et prêt pour vos vacances en famille ou votre week-end d'évasion. Trois chambres à l'étage, cuisine confortable, coin repas et salon. 1 1/2 bains. La salle de bain complète a été récemment rénovée. Le pont à l'arrière offre une vue sur la ville. Cour arrière spacieuse pour les enfants et un anneau de feu de camp est disponible. Près du centre-ville, des terrains de jeux, des pistes cyclables et des magasins. Planchers de bois franc partout. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place. S'il vous plaît pas plus de 6 invités! Télévision, câble et sans fil fournis. Ne pas fumer dans la maison de ville. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît. Entrée entièrement privée mais le pont arrière et la cour sont partagés avec le propriétaire qui vit sur place.
NOUS N'AVONS PAS DE CLIMATISATION CENTRALE! Nous avons des fans de fenêtres à l'ancienne! Ceci est l'unité sur le côté droit du duplex!

Good, convenient location. Quiet, aside from church bells going off on the hour, but I personally found the sound of those relaxing. Plenty of space and privacy. Enjoyed the patio for eating outside. I was disappointed in how tired the house and its amenities were. The pictures looked nice when I booked the place online but in person I thought things were more worn out, particularly in the kitchen, which isn't really featured in detail on the listing page. I also thought the washing machine seemed like it could use a good cleaning.

We had a great time in Petoskey and the house was a perfect location for enjoying the Christmas festivities. The beds were super comfortable and Colleen was a wonderful host!

Great house for our weekend in Petoskey!

We loved being so close to downtown! It was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and parks in town. And since the weather was warm we took a few walks to the breakwall to jump in the lake. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a nice view, plenty of parking! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is older so it's a little quirky: creaky as you're walking around, some of the interior doors close funny, and the lights are connected in ways that aren't always intuitive. But it's clean with ample amenities and special touches, and it's in a great neighborhood. There was construction a half-block away while we were there, which was a little noisy on weekdays, but only during daytime. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms were an excellent touch, and communication with the host was prompt and courteous. The kitchen and dining area met our needs well. We would be happy to consider staying here again next time we're in Petoskey.

Great Property and location!!!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable, clean and Colleen was very accommodating. The kitchen was stocked well and the extra bedding and towels were nice too. The property is very close to town and we walked to the waterfront and the shopping. We had no issues at all!

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. We highly suggest this rental!

Great stay!

This is the second time staying at this property and it will not be our last! The location is great and the unit is clean and well maintained. The owner is always available should you need her. There is also a view of the water to watch the sunsets.

Colleen was a terrific host. She was very responsive to questions before and during the stay and offered suggestions about the local community. The property was great - it was just 2 blocks from town, the house was very comfortable, and meet our needs. Thanks for hosting our family at your property. Close to downtown

Went for a wedding at the Perry. Location was close enough for us to walk, even in heels. Place is as described. Older home but updated and comfortable like home. Back deck has nice view of the bay. Would stay again if in Petoskey. Colleen was responsive and helpful.

Excellent location

Excellent location walking distance to downtown Petoskey. The house was exactly as described in the summary. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and the hot shower was amazing after a long day of bicycling to Charlevoix. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

Everything was very nice. Owner added some nice touches with recommendations of things to do in the area. Also provided a beach bag which came in handy with grandkids. The unit had everything we needed for some stay at home meals. We were close to downtown and it was a nice walk.

Great locat

We had a wonderful stay at this cute duplex. It felt just like home!the kitchen had everything you might need for a meal and the beds were comfy. My 1 year old slept amazing here which was great as she has a tough time on vacation normally. It was only 2 blocks to downtown and the harbor so you didn’t need to worry about parking. I am a runner and it was very easy to run to Bayfront park (.5 mi) and run along the bike path along the lake. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Location, Clean with everything you could need

My husband and I along with our two college kids used this as our launch pad to explore Michigan and it was great-Petoskey has enough to do to fill a day or so, and everything is within walking distance of this place. iI is an easy drive to Headlands Dark Sky Park, Mackinac Island, and many more places. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make snacks and prep for the day trips we took. The owner was fantastic and met us there the first night-she had many tips and suggestions for what to do during our stay. Book this place, you'll love it!

My husband and I have lived in Petoskey for 25 years! We live a couple blocks away and are available if you need us. We brought this home in 2012 and completely remodeled it, creating a lovely, family vacation place. We are so happy to host you! We like to introduce ourselves to guests when possible but will respect your privacy. We enjoy meeting people from all over the country and look forward to meeting you.

Our home is the perfect place for your family to gather. The separate bedrooms and living area make it the perfect family get-away! The back yard and deck make a great space to play, eat or visit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The view of the Bay is lovely! Our home is only two blocks away from downtown Petoskey. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. You are also within walking distance to the waterfront and bike trails!
