Broadmoor 102 est une belle 2 chambres, unit�� de 2 bains situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique et id��alement situ�� au 1er ��tage.

Cet appareil dispose d'une suite de maître avec un lit Queen, acc��s au balcon et salle de bains principale avec grande douche à l'italienne.

We’ve stayed in at least 12 different condos in Orange Beach. We are already trying to find this condo again for late October probably our favorite by far.

Very spacious

We enjoyed staying here, very spacious-could not even hear others in the condo once in my bedroom. All the amenities were great and we had everything we needed. Had an issue with the shower and it was fixed next day--very prompt attention. Great experience will stay here again!

Very nice. Close to beach and water. Walk to Flora-Bama!! Water fall at pool not working minor deal. Fee’s were high !! But Great trip!! Thanks

Quality Beach Time

Nice building, close to beach. Condo was very clean and had all you could want. Have stayed at the Broadmoor several times and will continue to return. Only issue is why you can't check in early if the condo is ready.

We enjoyed our stay at the Broadmoor. The condo was super nice and was very clean and comfy. The only thing is the smoking area was not posted so weren’t sure where we were supposed to go. But we all enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location

Excellent location right on the beach and close to anything you need. Condo was clean, staff communication was excellent, but very limited parking due to construction. Limited parking was communicated ahead of time.

Perfect condo

We were very pleased with this condo. Between how clean it was, to how much space in the condo, we were very thrilled. Everything worked and supplied properly. Short walk to the pool & beach area. Was not over populated, which was nice. We are considering renting this condo again. We’ve been renting condos for the past 10 plus years, and this was one of the best we’ve stayed at. Again, we are very pleased.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! We love the building by and location. An issue has been sent to Liquid Life, they responded that they would pass it onto the owners. Master bedroom needs a king size bed. That has been mentioned previously.

Just a little warm

The ac unit was having some issues , but the property owner did offer another condo down the beach , but we were leaving the next day . I really appreciated the offer . All around great trip 👍👍

Orange Beach

The location was fabulous. The beach is breathtaking. The condo I loved, but it would be great if you would supply hand soap, trash bags, hair dryer and more than one roll of toilet paper. Had to make a few trips to the store due to not having those items. The place was super spacious. Loved the master bedroom, but had issues with the lights and outkets not working. The master bed was comfy, but the two twin beds probably need to be replaced; super squeaky.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The construction started at 8am and went until 5pm. Grinding balcony floors and what sounded like needle guns to remove railing paint. The entire outside of the building was a construction zone. Bring your own toilet paper and trash bags if staying long enough to need more than one of each. The location is perfect, the views are awesome.

Great condo. Not so great customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. It was clean. However, it really needs more cooking and baking items in the cabinets. I could not find a flat baking sheet. Also, there was nowhere to hang our towels in the master bathroom or in the bedroom. Also, the construction was terrible. Loud drilling all day that you can hear even far down the beach.l, and from inside. The pool was closed too. This should be reflected in the price and mentioned before confirming the reservation. Not 2 weeks before we get there. My booking experience was terrible. I tried asking a question which did not get answered. When I got annoyed at the lack of response the manager canceled my reservation without notice. I had to call and argue with her to give it back. Not very good customer service. Nearly ruined my carefully planned vacation. Other than that, everything was great.

Not my favorite at the broadmore

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a fan of this room. The mattress’s were worn out and would have liked a king in the master. The extra ice maker didn’t work. Fridge went out but liquid life was right on top of getting us a new one. We have stayed at the broadmore in other rooms and were very pleased.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. Would like to suggest changing out the queen bed in the master bedroom to a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Queen bed with regular mattress was ok, but it could have been better. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom worked, but did not put out much air. Was very nice having a separate ice maker in the condo. I wish all of the condo's we have rented there in the past were set up with ice makers. I complained a little bit about the bed and ceiling fan, but this was one of the nicer one's that we have stayed in at this price point. The pool and hot tub were nice. Customer service was good. Would definitely stay at the Broadmoor #102 again.
