Ce condominium penthouse dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une vue à tomber par terre! Dormir au-dessus du golfe du Mexique, vous serez sans aucun doute à l'aise dans le lit king size dans la suite parentale ou dans l'un des 2 lits jumeaux de la chambre d'hôtes. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui rend cette unité confortable pour jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il y a une télévision dans chaque chambre, 2 lecteurs DVD et WiFi pour rester connecté. Cuisinez vos propres repas dans la cuisine bien équipée ou suivez votre lessive avec la laveuse et la sécheuse de la maison. Assurez-vous de profiter du temps sur le balcon car il offre certaines des meilleures vues que l'île a à offrir!

Island Royale est une propriété en bord de mer qui permet d'accéder facilement à la côte du golfe de sable blanc tous les jours. Les autres équipements que cette propriété comprend sont une baignade dans la piscine intérieure / extérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna, un hammam, une salle d'exercice donnant sur la plage et des barbecues. Il y a une promenade pratique qui mène directement à la plage et est équipée de douches pour votre retour! All appliances and everything worked as they should. One of the elevators periodically was not working. The staff was told about this. It left one elevator fully functional. I like the fact that we had covered parking .We had a great stay although the weather could have cooperated better, one of our days it lightning all day so we couldn’t swim or use the pool the whole day. We would definitely stay again and would hope for better weather.

Highly recommended!

This unit is spotless and in a great location - beachfront , convenience store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. I walked everywhere within a mile or so to go to the stores , restaurants and other parts of the beach . The management was also very accommodating, they granted early check in and late check out in consideration to my flights. I wish they provided beach towels but this wasn't a deal breaker , im just used to other Beach properties that provide it . Overall this was a great stay and I would stay with them again .

A+ to the owners of this property. We enjoyed our condo. The process through Bender, however.....sucked. From start to finish. Service calls during stays that were not coordinated with us. Packets weren't given, nor was the address to a separate office.

Perfect in every way

This place is amazing the condo is gorgeous and incredibly clean. The pictures that they post don’t do it justice. The views from the balcony or amazing and almost can’t be described. It’s perfectly located right on the beach and only a few minutes from all of the stores and entertainment. We loved everything about it wish we didn’t have to leave and will be back next year.

all was kinda so so... kitchen faucet leake-squirts water out the back. Overall not toddler safe...no deadbolt lock or catch on the door. A lot of construction going on and only one elevator was working making for a long wait.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We ended up in this condo because of a water line break in the condo we initially rented. The pricing was the same as the one we initially rented, only in much worse condition. Floors were dirty, king bed comforter had blood stains all over it, one twin bed comforter had blood stains, we had no washcloths or hand towels for 2 days, fridge was broken and leaking water, had a cockroach that we found and killed and what looked like cockroach droppings under the sink in kitchen. Overall, very disappointing
