Bonjour, je suis le nouveau propriétaire de cette propriété. Ceci est une grande maison dans un emplacement central! Vous êtes à 1/2 mile de distance en voiture de plusieurs plages de la région et des restaurants préférés locaux et à seulement quelques miles des commerces locaux. Vous avez 2 ponts (pont supérieur idéal pour voir les magnifiques couchers de soleil), grande cour, beaucoup de stationnement, barbecue à gaz, air central, buanderie dans la maison, douche extérieure et beaucoup d'espace de détente. Cette maison a une grande configuration si vous souhaitez partager avec 2 familles (3 chambres et une salle de bain complète à chaque étage). Ce printemps, cette maison fera peau neuve! TOUT NEUF Lits, matelas, meubles, vaisselle, vanités et comptoirs en granit. J'ai une autre location de 6 chambres (HA 7538960) qui est meublée comme cette maison sera meublée. Dès que la maison sera complètement rénovée, les nouvelles photos seront affichées. Si vous avez des questions, n'hésitez pas à me contacter. The Perfect Family Getaway

This house was the perfect spot for our extended family. Plenty of space for kids and adults to hang out indoors on a rainy day and a great outdoor space to set up games and play outside. The location was close to beaches, dining and shopping. The house was well stocked with all the amenities needed to cook meals for a large group. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Vacation Home!

We had a group of friends, 6 couples, who all wanted to meet up for a weekend away in Narragansett. This house was even better than we thought based on pictures! Everything is clearly renovated and brand new, the house was stocked with WAY more things than we anticipated (dishware, bathroom needs, paper good, serving dishes, etc.). We appreciated that all our linens were individually wrapped after being cleaned, to make us feel better given covid. The yard was perfect for lawn games and hanging, and the deck with large enough for all 12 people. Also, we were super close to the beach which was excellent! The owner was accessible via text/phone and was extremely helpful in providing all needed information up front. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we plan on coming back here in the future!

Stay at Point Judith

Lovely home for a larger group that offers an insane amount of outdoor space. Pros: Two porches, with furniture and a grill Massive yard (the pictures do not do it justice) Parking space (easily can fit 8 cars tandem) Plenty of room (6 bedrooms, two full living rooms) so everyone can have their personal space Furnishing is top notch. Plenty of seating in the dining and living areas, we sat 10 comfortably. Laundry in the building great for larger parties, I can see this being especially useful for families Outdoor shower is great for coming back to the beach (which is only 15/20 minutes away on foot) Cons The listing says queen beds, but they might be closer to full sized. Didn't matter for us, but FYI. 2 bathrooms in the morning can be a bit hectic (however, never ran into hot water issues).

Beautiful home but some frustrations

Very nice home and well maintained but was frustrated with some things. It was a rainy weekend and once the sun finally came out we went out to the deck and yard to enjoy the day and the landscapers came and ran us out of the yard. They should be coming when the home is not rented. Charged a high linen AND cleaning fee but you must both make and unmake the bed. Also, expect the same cost of hotel without the basic amenities (I.e. toilet paper, hair dryer, etc.) Overall, we had a nice stay for a weekend but not as smooth as other stays I’ve had elsewhere.

This was one of the cleanest, nicest rentals I’ve stayed at. The house was gorgeous and not to mention the close proximity to the beaches! Dianne was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing home and hosts!

Me and a group of 8 other women stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The house was so clean and they shrink wrapped towels for each of us. Dianne was easy to communicate with, she replies very quickly. I will definitely be booking with her again because it was a great weekend and the house was the biggest reason for that. It’s 4 minutes away from the beach and less than 10 minutes away from cool restaurants and cafes. Book this property asap!
