Un Steamboat Place - Luxe ski in / ski out propriété

Emplacement et les équipements sont réunis pour faire ce qui est connu comme le meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Steamboat! Situé à flanc de montagne, où vous pouvez glisser hors de vos pantoufles, dans vos bottes et sur la gondole. Lorsque, après une journée remplie de soleil, vous skiez maison pour l'accueil chaleureux des valets de ski, qui va régler votre vitesse, réchauffer vos bottes et les faire attendre le lendemain matin. Ensuite, il est après-ski avec des amis et la famille, un soin au spa, ou un chocolat chaud et un bain relaxant dans le jacuzzi. Si vous voulez mettre vos pieds ou coup de pied vos talons haut, il n'y a simplement pas de place comme un Steamboat Place.

Résidence dispose d'un mobilier de luxe et d'une décoration dans toute la maison. La chambre principale dispose d'une cheminée à gaz et la salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à vapeur.

Résidence dispose d'un bureau avec un ordinateur iMac à haute vitesse Wi-Fi, et une buanderie.

Cuisine est professionnellement équipé avec des appareils Viking et construit dans le grill Viking pour les dîners de famille à.

Il ya des sièges pour 10 à la table de salle à manger et une salle pour accueillir 3 plus à l'îlot de cuisine.

Amazing place and location!

Perfect, that is the only way to describe it. The unit was in perfect order, and very clean. Beds were comfortable and they floorplan was spacious and well laid out. We will absolutely look to stay here first on our next trip!

We had another great time at Steamboat. This was third year in this unit, and we love the location, the views, and the size and comfort of this unit. Kay is very communicative and easy to work with. Great experience all around!

Great Stay.

Our family of 5 stayed at One Steamboat Place for seven nights. The location and property were both fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at OSP and will stay there again when returning to Steamboat.

Another great ski vacation

This is 2nd year we have stayed at One Steamboat, and in the same unit. We love the building, the location and the amenities of One Steamboat. And we really like the unit, the view and the host is very easy to work with. Another wonderful Steamboat experience!

The perfect place to stay with kids.

A beautiful property and very clean. I’ve stayed in 2 other units there and this one is our favorite. I didn’t know we wouldn’t have guest services except for trash and towels. We were only there for 4 nights so it wasn’t really a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Only Way to Go

WE love One Steamboat Place and have stayed at several different units over the years. This one is our favorite. We loved the updated kitchen, the huge sectional, the bed configuration and the location in the building was perfect and convenient to everything. We will definitely be hoping 609 is available for our next visit. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful down to the check-in process. Both the concierge and host were great about answering questions. The location is perfection and the property is stunning. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Not only is the condo beautiful, so is the facility. You won't be disappointed! We will for sure be renting this property again in the future.

We came to CO on vacation to get away from the Texas heat and for some outdoor adventures. We got exactly what we were looking for. The place we stayed at was breath taking. It was perfect for one family or multiple Famlies. The amenities were amazing and catered to kids of all ages and adults. The condo was perfect in every way. We enjoyed our evenings cooking in the beautiful kitchen and watching the sunsets on the patio. We will definitely be coming back and staying in the same condo.

Christmas Vacation

Our family loved the this property! It was like a little piece of Heaven for us! The views from the Condo looked out on the Mountains of Steamboat with great views of the slopes, lifts, and gondolas and you could see the Hustle and bustle of skiers preparing for their day of skiing.The condo was very comfortable with a wraparound leather couch. We could all sit on and relax. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. It was also within walking distance to great restaurants and a grocery store. The beds were all very comfortable. The amenities were incredible, with complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon before dinner on the 3 rd floor. The hot tubes and heated pool was great. The area to store ski boots and skis was great. It was so easy to get to the lifts from the condo. Being in the ski village was so nice and convenient. This was was the best place we have ever stayed at Steamboat. If you get the chance this is amazing place to stay and enjoy magical time with your family. The hosts did a great job with this property and thought of everything to make it a great stay. The property managers at Steamboat place also excellent!

Perfect Spot

We had an excellent experience with our stay at this property. The unit was beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved the decor of the rental, the spaciousness, and the convenience of using the fireplaces. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location of the unit within the building is also nice as it’s a quick ride up the elevator and the first room out of the elevator. We did not experience elevator noise inside the unit.We hadn’t been to Steamboat for 20 years so we weren’t sure what to expect. We had adults in their 70s, 40s, and 20s. Being right on Steamboat Square was perfect for all of us. The adults in their 70s were even able to get out and about easily because the square is completely snow and ice free all the time. The amenities in the building are great as well. We took advantage of the spa, gym, pool/hot tub, Apres (happy hour), lobby, valet, locker room, and ski rental services. There is shopping close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s a short ride into town to grocery stores, and other shopping, restaurants, and experiences. It was a great experience, so much so that we hope to book it again soon!

Perfection on every level!

Unit 609 is even better than the pictures. It is clean, everything is super comfortable and stylish, plenty of space to hang out and relax or cook a large dinner. Everything we needed was in the unit. I preordered some groceries from Steamboat Grocery Mom and it was all delivered before we arrived. The concierge team and everyone at OSP went out of their way to make the stay incredible. The location of the unit makes skiing so easy. Everything is right where you need it and gear is taken care of. The spa was a nice ski break. You can’t go wrong with this unit. The owner was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions so quickly. We will definitely return to this unit and OSP. Perfect location for family fun in Steamboat!

Our stay allowed us to experience all in one home. Location, location, location (must be emphasized). One STEAMBOAT Place is situated on the base of Steamboat mountains ranges, in Routt National Forest: Mount Werner Sunshine Peak, Thunderhead Peak, Pioneer Ridge and Christie Peak. Amenities offered.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've been visiting Steamboat since we were in college in the late 90's. We love the casual, quaint feel of the town and you can't beat the champagne powder here! We had brought our two young children for Spring Break a couple years ago and stumbled across the property on our way back to the shuttle through Gondola Square from a long day of skiing... I said to my husband, "let's pop in here and get some information for our next stay.. this place would be a GREAT location!" So we did, and discovered it was a residence only building; we were given a tour and fell in love immediately! We visited other places of interest for us to have a vacation home, and finally decided that One Steamboat Place was the place for us; we bought our residence in March of 2015. We absolutely love it here. The best powder, in the best building, in the best little ski town in America! We hope you will enjoy it while we aren't here!
