L'ultime maison familiale au bord du lac! Quatre chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes. Deux étages avec terrasse couverte et patio de débrayage. Chambre d'enfants avec jeux. Situé directement sur le lac Silver supérieur. Vous aurez votre propre quai privé, quai flottant et pédalo. 12 couchages. Le front de mer de sable est parfait pour se détendre ou pour les enfants. Foyer extérieur et nombreux sièges. Cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre vos vacances confortables, faciles et amusantes. This property was everything we had hoped for and more!! From the gorgeous lake view to the endless water activities to the amenities and cleanliness of the house, our stay was just perfect! Contact with the property owner/manager was very easy as well! We would absolutely recommend this property!!

Fantastic Place!

Beautiful cottage and perfect location on Upper Silver Lake! Large sandy beach front, great swimming and fishing area.The floating dock, kayaks ,paddle boat and additional amenities were a major plus. Our family had a GREAT time and hope to return.

Great place to stay on Upper Silver Lake! Beautiful view from the porch! Caught some nice large mouth and red eye bass from the dock, after dark and early mornings!

Family Fun Week

We had a wonderful vacation at the Sandlot! The home is equipped with water toys (floaties, life vests, inflatables, kayak, canoe, and so on). Location of home is perfect on Upper Silver Lake. You can see all the action on the weekends and quiet during the week. Appreciated the 2 living rooms for groups to spread out.

Waterfront lake house

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, fishing off the pier and fires in the fire pit. We took trips to Ludington and Pentwater. We would definitely go back.

Property as portrayed. Home was well maintained and amenities for all ages to enjoy. Dune, Lake Michigan access while possible was not abundant; all with a fee.

Great location and we’ll stocked!

We stayed with our older teenage kids and a couple family friends. We all thought the property and location were wonderful. The upper deck overlooking the lake is the perfect place to relax and enjoy morning coffee! We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the large sandy area with the volleyball net and cam jam! The house was nicely stocked with most essentials including lots of kitchen necessities. And having a full size washer and dryer was an added bonus. We all had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or to recommend this property to family and friends.

Family trip to Silver Lake

We all loved this lake house. This property has the best beach in the area and our grandkids loved playing in the sand with the bin of sand toys provided by the owner. The weather didn’t always cooperate for swimming - just a bit windy and chilly. The sun always gave warmth to the beach though! There are so many things to do and we took som hints from the list our host had on the refrigerator. So on one of the cooler days we took the kids to Lewis Farm - they had a blast! We had a little problem with ants (part of lake life) but we’re able to resolve the problem with the help of our host. Stacy responded to my email quickly and offered a couple of options for us. I highly recommend this property, especially for families. Your kids will love every minute!

Absolutely Amazing Waterfront Property!

I would give this home 10 stars if I could! My family of 8 adults and our pups stayed here for the week. It was absolutely wonderful! The location on Upper Silver Lake is perfect! The pups loved swimming; we enjoyed laying out on our lake floats; the dock was great - hooked up our boats and enjoyed fishing on the lake. Stacy is a wonderful host. She absolutely thought of everything - from comfortable beds for everyone, to kayaks and paddleboats, plenty of dishes and cookware, grill, volleyball net and fire pit, beach chairs - you name it and it was there for us to use and enjoy. Oh - and we were so thankful that air conditioning was recently added to the home. Sometimes you don't need it in Michigan, but we were so thankful to have it this week! Weather was PERFECT and sunny all week, and all 8 of us and the four-legged family members had the time of our lives. We will absolutely be back again! Thank you, Stacy for everything!!

Perfect stay

We were a bit taken a back when we got there , because it was so stuffy and hot and the refrigerator wouldn’t keep up. However , we got the windows opened upstairs and the dehumidifier going downstairs and everything came together . This place was absolutely perfect!! The kids and the adults alike loved the sand yard ! We played sand volleyball and sand baseball. The water is shallow right at the shore which was perfect for the kids . Everyone loved the kayak and paddle boat . The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed . The grill was handy - we used it for a few meals . Fishing off the dock was fun as we were making s’mores at the fire pit . We tied a big floaty at the dock for the adults to hang out . It was so fun so watch boaters and jet skiers … as we floated with an adult Beveridge . We hiked the dunes one day and rented a pontoon on silver lake a day . We tubed and docked at the dunes for a picnic . My family definitely wants to go back .

Very nice lake house

Very nice sandy beach and and water is great and sandy. Owner is great and very responsive to questions. Only issue is a little dark due to dark log walls. Suggest bringing extra lighting if you have vision issues like me. Returning next year and will probably. become an annual adventure. Actually live on a lake now, but grew up on this one and nice to revisit with kids and their kids.

beautiful cottage with both a wonderful covered deck and a patio facing the lake. nice swimming area with dock and raft. bedrooms small but perfectly adequate. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a wonderful time and hope to return

Perfect property

Awesome family vacation spot! Will go again for sure! Especially enjoyed the huge private lake front access. Property was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with plenty of things to do for all ages. Owner extremely nice and responds quickly to questions.

Pandemication 2020

Our annual trip to the sand dunes was a bit different this year as we typically camp. Because additional family and a newborn participated this year we decided we needed a house. This house was everything about “home” you needed but still away! Great location, great amenities for all ages of kids and adults and wonderful little cabin filled with character!

Absolutely what we were looking for, and Stacy provided everything you need, and more. Kids loved the beach, parents loved observing from deck. Boats, fire ring, toys enjoyed by all.

My name is Stacy. I grew up on Upper Silver Lake. Ive spent every summer of my child hood here, and every year of my adult life trying to get back here! I joined the Air Force as a Nurse out of collage which has brought me all over the world. I have returned to Upper Silver Lake and plan to spend many summers to come with family and friends at the greatest lake on earth (Upper Silver Lake).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

How I came to buy this place is actually a great story. I was paddleboarding with my mom (on this lake of course) and we passed right in front of this cottage... like I have probably done thousands of times in my life. We were looking to see a different property that I was thinking of buying. However, as we passed this cottage, the owners were outside with clip boards and what looked to be a real-estate agent. I randomly asked them if they were thinking about selling... and just a few weeks later I signed the closing documents! Some people would call it fate. This place was meant to be!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property has one of the best views on the lake. A covered deck and walk out basement patio face the west for some of the most amazing Michigan sunsets.
