Marathon est une villa de construction flambant neuve qui sera disponible à la location à l'été 2018 et prend maintenant des réservations!

Après une soirée passée sur les ponts de Marathon en admirant le coucher de soleil incomparable des Caraïbes et en dégustant des cocktails, des brises tropicales et, bien sûr, la compagnie des autres, vous ne voudrez plus jamais passer vos vacances ailleurs. Nichée au cœur de jardins tropicaux animés des propriétés exclusives Virgin Grand, cette villa de trois chambres est idéale pour rentrer à la maison après avoir passé la journée à explorer St. John.

Marathon offre des vues incroyables sur St. Thomas et les îles périphériques, à quelques minutes de route des magnifiques plages de la côte nord ou des restaurants, boutiques et divertissements de Cruz Bay. Beautiful new house with outstanding view

This house is brand new as of Nov 2018. The owner did an outstanding job of thinking about everything! The design of the house maximizes the incredible view of Great Cruz Bay and St Thomas. The outdoor living area is fantastic! The owner thought about all of the amenities that could have been easily overlooked or taken years to assemble. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and the master bedroom is on the main floor with the kitchen, family room, outdoor living area and pool. The views are even better than what they appear in the photos online. This house is great for families!

We had 3 adult couples and each had their own large bedroom & ensuite bathroom with exceptional views. In fact, the views from every room were fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was fabulous and we lounged in it every day. I would highly recommend this villa and we would definitely stay here again.

The layout of the villa is perfect. There aren't too many stairs to contend with as you move throughout the villa. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans and whatever you need to cook a meal. All 3 bedrooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We booked the villa through Catered To and also recommend them well. Abbey was a sweetheart who showed us around when we arrived. If you are not sure whether or not to book this villa, the answer is yes book it!

When we .firat got there we were a little disappointed in the pool, it looked very dark and we talked about our pool the year before being so bright and clear. After Mike, the pool person came a week later and treated it, the water color became much clearer. That was the only time we saw him and we question if he came back, because it never looked like it had been vacuumed. we kept it skimmed as best we could. That was the only negative, and a very small one!!! Everything else was fantastic! Mike, the maintenance person was super and fun to talk to! Thanks for everything!!!

We will book Marathon Villa again if it is available. If I were building a vacation home I would hire the designer. The house is so well laid out, well equipped, comfortable and relaxing.
