Le petit cèdre - surplombant South Black Creek

Apportez un bon livre, appareil photo, canne à pêche ou. Cette cabine confortable est situé hors des sentiers battus, situé sur un flanc de coteau à côté d'un ruisseau de montagne sinueuse. Le pont est partiellement tamisé et un barbecue est prévu pour la cuisson à l'extérieur. Un ensemble de mesures que vous prenez jusqu'à la crique où il ya un anneau de feu pour votre feu de camp. Toutes les bases sont là, marmites, casseroles, vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur, micro et foyer au gaz. Un lit queen dans la chambre, un canapé et un divan-lit dans le salon. Vous devrez apporter votre propre linge et de la nourriture pour votre retraite relaxante. Nous avons du bois de chauffage disponible à la vente dans notre magasin sur la route 220 au sud de Dushore.

Another Perfect Escape

Our 4th stay at Little Cedar! We love it so much that we keep coming back. Our dogs love it too. Rick and Candy have made numerous improvements to the cabin over the years that keep the cabin cozy and beautiful. Looking forward to our next Maycation!

Lovely Hidden Spot

This was our second time at this cabin and we had just as wonderful a time as we did many years ago. The cabin is hidden away, you forget about the world with the sounds of the creek below. Kitchen had what we needed, cabin was clean, listing was accurate of what you'll need to bring along. Perfect spot for a relaxing, quite getaway in nature. Thank you for lending us your little slice of heaven!

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing vacation

Gorgeous location. We loved the cozy cabin, the gorgeous stream behind the cabin and the quiet hemlock woods surrounding the cabin. Great views out the windows and from the deck.The cabin was very clean, warm, comfortable, well provisioned, private and quiet.The cabin is located between Dushore which has 2 grocery stores to choose from and Worlds End State Park. It doesn't take long to get to either place. We would like the rent the cabin again some time. It's a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Relaxing Thanksgiving

This was such a cozy and relaxing stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to have a simple little Thanksgiving with my husband and our two dogs. The view is gorgeous and it's so easy to get to many parks for hiking. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect little place.

I was impressed with the layout of the propert. Theres trout in the stream. Theres decent bear and deer hubing a short drive to loyalsock state forest. I plan on renting it again soon. This time with nmt wife because its perfect for a couple retreat. Thank you for having us and see you again.

Loved everything! Appearance upon arrival, cleanliness, not one complaint!

I always say I leave a property cleaner than I found it, that was impossible with this property! It was so clean and appealing! We loved our stay! I was hoping to see a bear but not this trip! There really is a lot to do in the area if the weather is nice which it was for us. We were so tired every night we didn’t even get to use the fire pit. Also it was great to just stay in for meals other than lunch one day at Jolly Trolley. We will be back but hoping when the water in the creek is warmer, it was so cold!

Little Cedar

We had a great time, our dog, Sparkie loved it too. I've been coming up to Sullivan County for around 50 yearsand always stayed at campsites. So this year we decided to look into cabin rentals and found Little Cedar. We were really impressed with the cabin and all the amenities. We really didn't have to bring much, they provided most of the necessities. We will definitely stay here again. Jim, Holly and Sparkie

we LOVE it here!

This cabin is such a relaxing stay, our lab mix pup loves splashing in the creek and we had such a nice time. We stayed last year for a weekend, definitely stay longer than a weekend to go explore the parks nearby and relax by the creek. Candy and Rick are so nice to deal with, they add to the experience. Thank you, we'll be back again next year!

Love it

We come back to one of Rick and Candy’s cabins every year with our dogs and now our toddler. We love it. Great place to unplug from the world, enjoy each other’s company, and go hiking.

Private Getaway

Perfect place to rest and unwind. No cell service or Internet. Very clean. Great location. Private and right along the creek. Grill and full kitchen with basic supplies. We spent a day at Ricketts Glen exploring the waterfalls which were beautiful.

Quiet stay in the woods

Clean, lovely, quiet stay in the woods. Totally seculded and cut off from the world, in the best possible way. Shower is tight, but this place has everything you need to get into nature. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

Lovely Little Cabin in the Woods

Great little cabin! Very clean and cozy. Huge deck and nice screened porch. Quiet and beautiful scenery! A lot of steps from parking to cabin and cabin to water though.

The little cedar

We had a good time at the cabin despite the rain and high water. This cabin is very nice and clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and the creek to fish. Storms came through and soaked our outdoor chairs we just moved indoors to the screened in porch. Nice location and not far from town and also forksville. Worlds End State Park.

Thanksgiving in the Woods

We decided to go to the woods for Thanksgiving this year. This cabin was perfect for the two of us. It is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could need for cooking the dinner, other than food. The hosts are helpful and friendly, and the cabin was spotless when we arrived. We shall return.

We operate a small business just outside of Dushore in Sullivan County, called Rexers LLC. We drill water wells, install water systems and provide many services which are nessesary to our rural area

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The first time I arrived at this property I was hired to drill the water well for previous owners, Walter and Ruth Alonzo. I was struck by the way the cabin was situated next to the creek with plenty of space for the family pets and children to play on the hillside and in and around the water. Years later after Ruth's passing Walter asked me if I might be interested in owning this property, I jumped at the chance to offer this setting for my family to relax and enjoy.
