À quelques pas du One and Only Palmilla Resort, l'une des sept plages baignables du drapeau bleu et des meilleurs magasins et restaurants bio de Cabo. Profitez du golf au prestigieux Palmilla Golf Club, un design Jack Nicklaus célèbre pour ses 27 trous de golf et ses vues spectaculaires.

Cette villa de 2000 pieds carrés / 2 étages offre cinq étoiles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. À l'intérieur, vous profiterez d'un espace de vie de trois chambres, trois salles de bains, récemment rénové, avec une touche de fusée mexicaine.

La première et la deuxième chambre des maîtres ont des lits king size, des draps exquis, des salles de bains aux allures de spa avec son lavabo et de grandes douches à l'italienne. Chaque chambre dispose de portes coulissantes en verre qui donnent accès à un espace de vie extérieur privé vous permettant de profiter de votre café du matin avec des brises fraîches de l'océan et des oiseaux pépiant.

La troisième chambre a deux lits doubles, draps exquis et accès à la troisième salle de bain complète avec une douche à l'italienne.

La cuisine est un rêve de gourmet, et ajoutez la zone extérieure de BBq et vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir. Cependant, si vous voulez vous aventurer, vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied du complexe One and Only Palmilla, avec les 3 meilleurs restaurants de Cabo. (La marche au gaz sera l’un des plus romantiques que vous ayez jamais pris). Vous voulez voyager un peu plus loin de chez vous? Il y a une station de taxis à moins d'une minute de la porte sécurisée, ce qui vous permet de voyager en toute sécurité dans le quartier de Cabo et d'explorer tous les autres restaurants exceptionnels de San Jose et de Cabo San Lucas.

This house and area has it all.We relaxed in the house and made meals in the kitchen and on the grill that had everything we needed. We had golf carts to take us to the pool club that was not crowded and had great service. We used the gym at the club which was top notch. We were a golf cart ride away to the One and only for our fancy dinner of the stay. Just the ride through the resort holiday lights was worth the trip. We were25 min from San Jose-cute artsy fun area and just about 25Min from the marina and bars/ mall/ restaurants of Cabo. This was the perfect base for a greatFamily Vacation.

Awesome stay

We totally enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. House was spectacular. Use of the golf carts and access to the club made it special. Appreciated the short walk to beach and to the One & Only Hotel. Will definitely be back.

Perfect villa for our family

Our family of six had plenty of room in this stunning villa! The location was perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to both the taxi stand and to the beach. Even closer to the One & Only for a nice lunch. The views were amazing and the interior was just perfect. Hope to return soon!

Perfect vacation spot

The views from this villa are stunning! My family and I felt very comfortable here, we would definitely stay again. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, or a quick golf cart ride. The villa is incredibly furnished, clean and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you for the amazing vacation!

Wonderful Villa Montana

We had just an amazing time at 123 Villas de Montana for Spring break 2023- The whole experience from planning to check in could not have gone more smoothly. The Villa was beautiful with all of the amenities we needed for a great stay. The furnishings were beautiful. The property was nestled in a nicely manicured gated community with excellent access to all the fun activities in Cabo. Would love to come back it was that nice....

Wonderful Home and Wonderful Stay!

The second you walk in, you take in the beautiful home and amazing views of the ocean and coastline. The home is spacious and is well-equipped with everything you could need. Downstairs are two large bedrooms with access to the downstairs living/social areas, BBQ and pool. There is also a lot of seating on the main level for meals or to just enjoy the view. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again on our next visit to Cabo.

Good Karma

The location and amenities were terrific. This is a happy house with beautiful views and very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves and the owner sent her good karma our way! Perfect recommendations for activities and restaurants. The house manager was very responsive and helpful. And the use of the Dunes club was a really good addition to staying in a private home. Great neighborhood and easy to get around without a rental car.

Hidden gem in Palmilla community

Perfection. Villa is new, clean, stocked with everything you could ever need. Location has everything (beach, club, hotel, stores) at your fingertips. Owner/property managers have thought of everything and are there to assist you with all of your needs. I am so excited to return to this villa with friends and family. I can’t recommend it more.

Family Villa Gem in Palmilla

We had the best stay here in this gorgeous home in Palmilla. Everything felt perfect from the moment we walked in and were welcomed so warmly by Sergio and Candace, to the moment we got to sink our feet into the sand at the gorgeous beach nearby. The home is beautifully furnished, the views are stunning, the golf carts are a blast and zipped us easily around to the beach and the club and the nearby cafes and shopping. Candace and Sergio are more than accommodating and so incredibly helpful. It was an incredibly fun filled week with zip lining, skydiving, snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, and much more. We would 10/10 stay here again!

Great views, fantastic location, extraordinary hosts

We just returned from a five night stay and came away extremely impressed with all aspects of the home. The location is fantastic, nestled in an ideal location within the Palmilla development and very convenient to Palmilla Beach, the Dunes Club, the shops, and the Palmilla Resort (especially with a golf cart!). The neighborhood is tranquil and the views are exceptional. The house was very clean and well stocked. While the home is a gem, the owner (Candace) and property manager (Sergio) are truly extraordinary in their responsiveness and communication. We have rented a number of VRBOs in the past, and this duo sets the standard for service and going out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful!

Our family (3 adults and 2 teens) had the most amazing week! The property is gorgeous! The views are beautiful...I spent several hours each morning out on the upper patio reading, drinking coffee and watching the ocean. The space was perfect for our family and we were all extremely comfortable. Candace (owner) is delightful and was super responsive and gracious. We will definitely be back! Thank you Candace for such a fabulous stay!!

Paradise in the Baja!!

We are return renters to this gorgeous villa property because it is so well appointed. It has stunning ocean views, comfortable, spacious, luxurious rooms, a fabulous outdoor kitchen, a plunge pool in the yard, but is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. This location is ideal. Upscale and secure, close to both San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, but we personally did not feel the need to leave this incredible house, preferring to chill on the front deck enjoying coffee in the morning and the sunset in the evenings. It really is a piece of paradise. We will be back!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful week. Marisella, the property manager, was there to greet us upon arrival, give us instructions/helpful info, a tour of property and clubhouse and a rundown of all amenities. She was very responsive throughout the week whenever we had questions. The property itself was even better than we had expected. The villa had all we needed, the view was spectacular, and the access to amenities was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Luxury villa perfect for our family vacation

Extraordinary home with large, finely curated comfortable spaces. Amenities of this beautiful villa are vast - two lovely decks, private pool, access to a member’s club and local pool. Superbly located near the finest beaches in the San Jose del Cabo area, the renowned One & Only Palmilla Resort and convenient shopping at the Shoppes at Palmilla. An added bonus was array of toys and supplies made available for my 7 month old granddaughter! We relished the information and support provided by the owner and her local staff. We’d love to return to this home and encourage others to enjoy it too.

Fabulous stay in Palmilla!

This was a perfect getaway for our family of 5 (my spouse and I and our 3 older children 21-16). Candace was a dream to work with, and her CLEAN home was stocked with anything we could need for the trip. We miss the VIEWS! The Sea of Cortez was breathtaking from every angle, and the fireworks from the beaches were a complete bonus on New Year's! The unit was so accessible to the beach via a quick walk, a golf cart away from the pool/tennis/workout club, and two outdoor areas that basically added an additional two rooms! Our experience working with all staff was terrific and we'd definitely stay here again if we can get back! Thanks to Candace and Marisela for all of their tlc to make our trip full of happy memories!

A week in heaven

We absolutely adored our visit to this Palmilla villa and can’t wait to return. We stayed for a week with our three teenagers and there was something wonderful for each of us. The plunge pool for our twins, sunbathing with spectacular views for our daughter, a grill for my husband and impeccable interiors for me! The property was even better than described. The villa was immaculate and fully stocked. The outdoor living spaces and plunge pool made it difficult to want to leave. Upon arrival, Christopher greeted us with local snacks, drinks and a tour of the area. The beds are so comfortable and each room is spacious with all of the amenities of home and more. Excellent communication throughout our stay with great suggestions for what to do and see. 5 stars all the way and we hope to return soon!

A slice of Paradise in Palmilla

We feel so lucky to have landed in this breathtaking villa for our first family trip to Cabo! The location is perfect - situated above the One & Only Palmilla with easy neighborhood access to one of Cabo's rare swimmable beaches as well as the gorgeous Club at Palmilla Dunes, which was a huge bonus that is included in this rental property! Candace and her staff made the process effortless and went out of their way to share tons of wonderful recommendations which we definitely used as we planned our itinerary for the week. With no rental car necessary and 2 golf carts available to rent, it was so easy to explore the Palmilla neighborhood and pop back and forth between the villa, beach, club & shopping/dining. The villa itself was breathtaking the moment we walked in - the views from both levels are amazing, it is well appointed with everything you could possibly need and the outdoor spaces - especially the plunge pool - were used and enjoyed by the whole family. This villa is a rare gem and we definitely plan to be repeat renters! Can't wait to get back...

Amazing stay!

Our time at this Villa Neskar was spectacular! The property itself is so comfortable and spacious with great bedrooms and common space. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were particularly comfortable. Best part of the property though is the breathtaking view off the back patio. We took full advantage of all the amenities offered. The Dunes club was great for sunning at the pool, having lunches, using the fully equipped gym, playing pickleball and scheduling massages (which were fantastic) for the whole family. The beach was also conveniently only a short walk away from the Villa. We also booked golf lessons and tee times at the Palmilla Golf course which was fabulous. We loved the golf carts to zip around the property, and the convenience of the California Ranch Market which had everything we could have possibly wanted. We also felt very well taken care of, as Marisela the property manager greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we knew our way around the property and how to use everything in the Villa. Marisela made it clear she was available during our stay should we need absolutely anything at all. Truly the perfect place for a family vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

Grateful for the memories

Our time at this beautiful villa was magical. We felt completely welcome and at home here. Candace sincerely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they have everything they could possibly need to be comfortable during their stay. The villa is beautifully decorated and the view of the bay and San Jose is spectacular. The neighbours are lovely. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The access to Candace’s membership at the Dunes club was a huge bonus. The gym has every machine necessary for a great work out, and we had so much fun playing pickle ball and having lunch by the pool. The Palmilla community has an awesome beach, the California Ranch Market, restaurants, a great golf course, art and clothing shops and a weekly Farmer’s Market. San Jose Del Cabo and all it has to offer is only a short drive away. But hands down, the very best thing about this property that we are especially grateful for is that Candace welcomed our little dog into her home. We take with us very special memories of our stay here. We could not have chosen a better rental in Los Cabos and we definitely hope to return one day. This place is a gem.

Our stay at the beautiful villa

My family kept saying that pictures online doesn’t do justice to what reality is. The view is beautiful from the balcony. You are closer to the ocean than it appears in pics. We really felt like we were right by the sea and though some of our friends stayed at larger maybe more modern homes at Palmilla there wasn’t much ocean view. Here you have this 180 degree ocean view from the balcony and we sat watching the sunset so many times we lost count. We also loved the beds as it was very comfortable. Acces to Palmilla Dunes was a bonus as we were to workout, have spas, swim in the very large pools and have snacks and drinks served to us. Overall this place is a great place to stay with 6 people and it’s very tranquil here. You do need a golf cart to get around. Lots of hills here. And we had five dinners and lunches at the One and Only. It’s waking distance.
