I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay regarding the issues with the linen damage charge, the modem and phone not working, and the bedroom light. I understand the inconvenience of receiving a notification about a linen damage charge moments after checking in. I apologize for the confusion, I'm glad to hear that it was eventually resolved as an error, but please be assured that I will personally review this and take the necessary actions to avoid this happens again in the future, I also apologize for the issues with the modem and phone not working initially, and regarding the issue with the bedroom light, I’m sorry for the delay in addressing the issue.
