We had a great time at this property. All the information provided was accurate. Very well renovated, great internet, TV in all rooms was wonderful, had no issues with any of the appliances.

The best part of this condo is the location. It is right across from the boardwalk, and far enough off the road that street noise is minimal. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, and the washer and dryer added convenience. It had many assets that made it easy for my extended family to come over and meet the new grand baby. The building is old, and shows its age a bit. The air did not work for the first night and 1/2 of next day. David did respond quickly once he was aware--however the repairman came from Bunnell, about 50 min away, then needed another 45 min to repair the leak. So, that was 2 hours off the beach waiting in a hot apt. Ants were crawling inside the living room, by the front window and door. The front door code did not work. The shower relied on a pair of rusty pliers to turn it. Parking seemed plentiful, but apparently the empty spaces are reserved, even though no one ever parked there. There is a very watchful neighbor who must convey everything to the owners, and I don't think he liked our family. We did have to move cars when asked, and my son parked a camper he was towing, unaware of city laws that forbid it. We did not see posted signs or notices in the parking that using a space for the camper would be a problem. I apologize for that, and appreciate the fact that we could let it stay until Sunday. As I noted, the location is the best part of the condo, and it does have several nice amenities.
The rental agreement was for 2 Adults and 1 child. Your extended family was invited by you and increased the amount that overloaded the parking area with a total of 5 cars and 1 travel camper, taking up half of the parking for the building of 6 units. I believe we were very polite when we asked you to move some of your vehicles.
The outside shower you mention with the temporary vise grips as a handle is in the back of the garage with a hose, and is there for you to wash off you and your things after returning from the beach. I believe your intent with this review is to scare off others from booking because we asked you to move some of your vehicles from the parking lot. We even allowed you to keep the camper overnight in the parking area. This building has new hardie board on three sides and freshly painted. The interior is also a total remodel with a open concept downstairs finished in a beachy style. You did not mention a problem with the AC until late on Saturday, and I was able to still have a A/C repairman at the home within one hour! At no time did you mention having an ant problem to us.
This my second stay at in this property and it didn't disappoint. It is across the road from a public beach access and was within walking distance to my friends who were renting a large house on the beach. A major crosswalk with a button for activating the flashing crossing signs is next to the property and is especially helpful if walking back from the beach after dark. There is convenient garage access which was nice for loading and unloading. Although I've never needed the property managers during my stay, they have always been quickly responsive to any of my questions prior to my visit. It is nicely updated with a full sized kitchen. If you just need to stay inside, there is wifi and cable. It is short drive to the grocery store and Flagler Avenue shopping and restaurants..

We really appreciate the review. My wife was just there this week and updated the kitchen with a glass tile back splash, a new custom made dining table, and added driftwood to the bottom of the bar. Great location directly across the street from the beach. We had a great time with our family. The townhouse was perfect. It was roomy, clean. Lots of beach accessories. Publix is close. Everything we needed was available. The neighbors were nice. The owner was easy to reach.
This condo has a great location just a block from the beach, short walk to the grocery store and longer walks to Flagler shopping and restaurants. The condo has many great features--lovely bathrooms, just the right amount of Florida beach decor, large capacity washer/dryer, comfy beds, ample closets and hangars, quiet A/C, and functional kitchen... However, you need to note that all seating for dining or any other activities requiring a table and chairs is at bar height. Other than the sofa with built in recliner, there is no ‘normal’ height seating in the condo. Great extras include outdoor shower, utility sink in garage, and beach equipment.
