Immense salon avant qui pourrait dormir beaucoup plus de gens sur sauter matelas d'air. Sleeps 7-11 + personnes. Grande terrasse w / charbon / gril à gaz, réfrigérateur, laveuse / sécheuse, un grand bain à remous de jardin, terrasse hors de maître privée entourée de bambou, et votre propre 2 acres terrain de jeu privé et le quai !!! Great spot for kids

We loved our stay. TONS of space for kids, tons of activities in site for kids plus we found a couple great rock ledges to jump into the lake which the kids loved. The dock was PERFECT and the clean water we all enjoyed. The host always answered questions and was very respectful and responsive. We will come back for sure.

Perfect quiet cove with a easy walk to a great house. The back deck is awesome for relaxing and enjoying family.

Amazing lakefront home

We had the best time at this beautiful home. So many activities inside for kids of all ages! The private dock was perfect to spend all day swimming. We brought our boat but didn’t even take it out became we had so much fun just hanging at the dock. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful place!

We keep coming back! The location, house and dock are wonderful! It works great for our two families with 6 teenagers. It’s a great cove and most of our time is in the water. Kids love the ping pong and other activities. Love the updates and you can’t get a better location close to the water. We love this house!

Great lake front property for relaxation!

The property was just as described and couldn't have asked for a better time! Angie was very responsive the questions I had and made the entire process of check-in, the stay, and check-out very smooth. The back area that includes the deck, massive yard, and private deck is perfect for a group setting. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, backyard and doc

We couldn’t have found a better location for our first trip to Beaver Lake. The owners have an excellent backyard setup with a fire it and a private swim dock. The property was undergoing some renovations but a minor issue when you spend the majority of time outside.

Perfect peaceful property on Beaver Lake!

This was not our first time renting this property nor will it be our last! It's our favorite week of the year and this house really has everything you need. We even had 2 couples come up for the weekend and there was plenty of room for our family of 3 and 2 other couples. Don't even get me started about the lake view, the sunsets and the swim platform! Love!

Great family fun

Lovely location with great water access. Close enough to a marina but far enough away in a wonderful cove for less boat traffic. House is great! We have been coming back for years and plan on many more. Great for our for our group of 10.

Beautiful quiet spot on the lake

We had a great time on this beautiful spot. House is spacious and had a fully stocked pantry, very clean. There were only four of us - but it could easily sleep 3x as many - there are 2 living areas, 2 dining areas and a huge deck. Giant yard, fire pit and lake access is a short walk with a nice dock. Limited TV/no cable (never did figure that out but it was ok with us.) Only issue is that there is no wifi, no cell service and unfortunately no land line, which had us very worried because we are caring for people back home, had we known - it would have been a deal breaker. Property manager says she will correct it soon.

Our family and friends have been coming to Beaver Lake for several years. This trip has been our favorite by far. The home and property are very spacious so our group of eight had plenty of room. We brought our boat and waverunner and were able to tie them up at the dock for our entire stay. The home is located in a large cove which was great for watersports and Rocky Branch Marina was only a five minute boat ride when it was time for more fuel and ice. The owners are very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful big flat back yard for the kids to play!

Lake rental

Neighbors dog ran across the road and on to this property chasing 7 he old. She and grandparents were frightened. Dogs owner claims he has no control over the dog, and that we should” go back from where we came from.” Very hostile person. We called owner, she had issues previously, hope she called the authorities.

Quiet and Secluded right on the water

Great location, off the beaten path. Very quite and secluded. Great back yard for games and hanging out. Our kids loved swimming off the dock and playing in the water.

Baseball Tourney

Great place to stay with Dads and baseball players. Outside area was great for the boys and deck was great for the Dads. Thanks so much. And, we won our tournament. Late night getting back, but all worth it.

Loved it!

Nice big house to fit large families! But the best thing was the huge, beautiful yard that is mostly shaded and the nice easy access to the lake. Already making plans for next year. Owners very nice and helpful. Really no problems at all with our stay.

Setting, dock and deck are superb. The house is roomy, but dated.

Very nice, quiet cul de sac. Outdoor setting and deck/dock very private and peacful. The house applicances and fixtures all worked fine. The house needed some basic maintenance. We were 3 guys on a fishing trip so it was fine. We suspected our wives would have wanted things to be cleaner/more updated if they were staying there. The owner was very helpful and accommodating with good local information and fast response timing.

Perfect for our group of 10

Property was beautiful!

Great deck for grilling and dinner outside, small fire pit on porch to roast marshmallows, great view of lake from house, nice neighborhoods who brought the dock in so w could walk into it and fish, kids loved the bow and arrow and horseshoes, and plenty of room inside , ping pong , games to keep us busy when it poured down rain!!!

Beautiful lake front property

Plenty of room in the house, enough to sleep 13 comfortably. The yard was big and beautiful with many trees. We enjoyed the ping pong table, large wooden deck (looked new!), and stone fire pit near the lake front.

Lovely home

We loved our stay here!The owners had built a beautiful deck on the back with seating and a great view of the area and lake. They had a firepit built in the back that we had a small bon fire in one night. They had a family of 5 deer that visited us in the early mornings and again at sunset. We cooked out one night on their grill and ate on the deck and watched the sunset. The sounds of the tree frogs sang you to sleep each night and the sound of crows woke you in the morning. The inside was very roomy and a delight.The owners were a delight and look forward to coming back

Wonderful, spacious lake house with a great dock for swimming and kids play.

Loved the house and the area! Had extended family in and plenty of room to lay some air mattresses on the floor over the weekend. Then when everyone left on Monday, we had 8 people left and it was awesome! Yard and wildlife are amazing...saw deer, raccoon, foxes and wonderful array of different birds! Driveway is huge....yard is huge...just a wonderful property and the owner is amazing to work with and is interested in nothing less than a perfect stay for you and you're family. David

Both my husband and myself love being at the lake! We love our lake home. We have 2 children 10 and 13 that are involved in everything! We are not able to spend as much time as we would like at the lake right now so that is why we wanted to offer this wonderful place for others to have a chance to enjoy.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home has its own private 2 slip dock and swim platform! We are at point 6 about 4 or 5 coves on the right. You can put in at Rocky Branch marina and it is only a 5 minute boat ride to our house/dock.
