Magnifique Condo Oceanfront avec des vues et de bons équipements!

Ces unités à plusieurs niveaux sont situées dans un groupe de villages distinct où les familles profitent réellement de cet espace. Chacun peut "s'étendre" et se retirer dans sa propre chambre / salle de bain. L'accès à la plage et à la piscine se fait directement à partir de l'unité. Le parking est pratique et couvert juste devant la porte.

Great Vacation!

We had an absolutely amazing time on a quick weekend getaway at this property. The condo was clean, convenient, and welcoming. The quick walk to the beach was fantastic, and the accommodations were superb! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Grove West V-6! We love the decor and the great ocean front views as well as the proximity to the ocean and the pools! This unit is fully furnished with all you need to stay and enjoy meals in, and great family fun! Large room with full baths make it easy for our whole family to come together for vacation. The unit is very clean and brightly decorated. We will be back next year! . Cannon and Gruber go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay and are satisfied with where you stay!

a little disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in V-6. Last year we did not have all of our grown children with us. It is advertised as having a king in the master and queens elsewhere. This was NOT true. The master is a queen and the others are full beds. We all sleep in larger beds at home so were a little uncomfortable!!! Also, the power washing of the decks everyday was very annoying.

My children and grandchildren enjoy the tradition of being able to stay in the same unit year after year. So many things have changed in some of their lives, but not where we stay for our annual summer vacation! Our time together at the beach is such a blessing. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Condo is very beach chic and decorated beautifully. The proximity to the ocean was amazing. My family and all of the grands loved it!

Family Summer Vacation week of July 25,2020 Pine Knoll Shores,NC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property for 5 years and always enjoy it. This year we did have a few issues. The beverage frig wasn't working, One upper bunk bed was brokern putting one child on the floor and the upper bunk beds weren't made although we were charged for that. We also had issues with the lock going out to the second floor deck. Several times we were locked out on the deck.The unit does lack pots but we have learn to take our own. We did notice that the unit appeared to have a couple of new TVs and new washer and dryer. Having owed rental properties I know it is difficult to keep things up to par. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Love the location and pool.

Pretty and perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a wonderful week at the beach. We converged Fromm Pennsylvania, Colorado and North Carolina. The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had stayed in a different unit several years ago and were afraid that this might not measure up. It truly surpassed our expectations.

Family vacation 2018

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Ocean Grove at least a dozen times starting in the 80's.. G2 was the first.. 3 other couples joined us.. The water is so clear and beautiful!!We decided to return 3 years ago after a 15 year hiatus.. this year weather great, the unit pretty good.. baths really getting messy.. old.. !! The kitchen was fairly well stocked.. TV's took some figuring out.. But our biggest complaint is the staff at Beacon's Reach.. Don't hire these women to do your PR work!!! The parking.. 2 cars is difficult.. we parked 2 at RE office.. We asked if Friday night we could bring those to the BR parking lot to pack up in the morning headed south!! We were told $50 for the overnight!!! We had a 4 month with us and grand daughter recovering from ACL surgery!! So rigid and rude.. Rules are rules, but not a crowded week.. not nice people at all!! RE office good.. Vicky very helpful..We had a wonderful time😊😊couldn't access until 4:30.. asked for a slightly early access!!!

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived there were still dirty towels on the floor from previous renters. There were also dirty sheets still on the beds. We called Canon and Gruber and they called linen company. We did not get clean sheets until 8:00 and they were just dropped at front door. We had to take off previous renters' sheets and making our own beds. -- after paying for the linen service. The house was nice and we had perfect weather.

A Week in V6

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrangements for the five condos went well working with C&G. Of the fivecondos (V2,V3,V5,V6 & U2) that I made arrangements for, for our bi-annual family reunion (36 of all ages), V6 was the least well received. Overall, it was okay, but the kitchen wares were not particular good, though plenty. The appliances (especially stove, dish wash and toaster oven) probably need updating. But as I said, overall it was okay.

Great location for family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always enjoy staying at Ocean Grove in Pine Knoll Shores. Layout of condo bedrooms gives privacy to family members. Beach area seldom crowded. Furnishings in condo lovely and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool access and other amenities in Beacon's Reach. Only complaint is parking pass situation. Need more than 2 passes for a 4 bedroom rental. Able to purchase pass through Beacon's Reach for a price and park across the street on their property. Appreciated Cannon and Gruber offer to park free at their property. Looking forward to returning next summer!

The condo was not as clean as before and a bag of dirty laundry sat outside the condo the entire time we were there even though we called to have them pick it up.
