Birchmere House offre le nec plus ultra en matière d'hébergement de luxe pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de tout ce que Killarney a à offrir. Une courte promenade se trouve le pub local, une boutique, une église et l'un des plus anciens bureaux de poste d'Irlande. Cette maison de vacances est idéale pour une famille et est située sur un grand site avec une entrée privée fermée et des jardins avant et arrière, y compris une grande terrasse. Le centre-ville de Killarney est à seulement 15 minutes et se trouve sur les rives de Lough Leane, dans le sud-ouest du comté de Kerry en Irlande. Cette maison a été récemment rénovée selon les normes les plus élevées, mais a été conçue parfaitement pour intégrer le neuf et l'ancien. La maison présente de belles œuvres d'art et des meubles antiques situés dans toute la maison pour donner une sensation unique mais chaleureuse

Il y a 4 chambres, 3 doubles 1 simple dans le bureau / bureau. Nous avons 3 salles de bain, une principale et 2 ensuite. Chaque salle de bains a une douche électrique et la salle de bain principale a une douche à jets. D'un côté de la maison se trouve le salon ultra moderne et situé du côté opposé de la maison est la cuisine conçue pour avoir une sensation plus de maison de campagne. Le grand poêle brûle pendant que vous vous détendez sur le canapé et regardez votre télévision préférée ou choisissez l'un des 100 DVD disponibles.

L'extérieur est un grand jardin avec des arbres matures et vous pouvez souvent vous réveiller pour trouver des cerfs et des lapins dans le jardin ou les champs à proximité! Les vues sur les montagnes peuvent être appréciées depuis notre terrasse et à l'arrière de la maison, nous avons une grande terrasse avec des vues plus incroyables

Birchmere House est situé dans la campagne avec des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes. Le centre-ville de Killarney est à seulement 15 minutes - vainqueur de l'Irlande Tidiest Town 2011 et répertorié comme l'un des meilleurs endroits à visiter.

Que vous souhaitiez faire des excursions d'une journée comme le Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Gap of Dunloe ou participer à une ronde de golf au parcours de golf de Killarney, hôte des championnats de l'Irish Open de 2010 et 2011, pêchez dans l'une des nombreuses rivières locales, prenez une excursion en bateau sur l'un des 3 fameux lacs ou profitez de la musique irlandaise traditionnelle dans l'un des nombreux pubs locaux - les choix sont nombreux. Nous sommes également à une courte distance de plusieurs plages.

Il y a une gare locale avec des trains pour Dublin, Cork, Limerick. Services de bus à Galway. Kerry a un aéroport local à environ 15 minutes de la maison ou l'aéroport principal est Cork dans lequel Ryanair et Aer Lingus volent.

Il y a une belle piste cyclable depuis la maison qui longe le bois local et le parc national qui vous amène en ville.

Séjour dans une maison agréable dans un lieu calme et reposant.

Propriétaire à l'écoute. Accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans une maison spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Le cadre est reposant, calme, dans un paysage verdoyant Nous recommanderons cette location.

Lovely home in the country

David and Juliette were great hosts and did everything to make our stay comfortable. They had Christmas decorations up, a food packet ready and the fire lit to welcome us. The house itself is lovely, although a bit further away from Killarney than I expected. Nice area for walks with a fine view of the mountains.

Schöne Unterkunft...tolle Aussicht...Guter und netter Service

Wir haben das Haus für 6 Personen + ein 1-jähriges Kind gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit David und Juliette war sehr gut und freundlich. Auch sehr positiv: Die Unterkunft war eigentlich nicht für ein Kleinkind eingerichtet, aber David hat alles dafür getan, dass ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl vor Ort sind. TOP. Die Unterkunft selbst war schön eingerichtet mit einer tollen Mischung aus Alt und Modern. Der Ofen gab abends allem nochmal eine gemütliche und schöne wärme. 2 Flaschen Wein und ein gefüllter Kühlschrank gab es als Willkommens-Geschenk oben drauf. Sehr nett. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder buchen.

Loved the property!

It was a perfect place for our family to enjoy the Irish countryside & only 10 minutes from Killarney. My wife & I, our daughter & son in law & two grandkids loved David & Juliette’s property. It was spotless & they were gracious hosts. Goodies in the pantry & texts with information about what to see & do. Lovely! We’d highly recommend a stay at Birchmere House!

Absolutely perfect!!

The house was perfect. Located at a beautiful quiet place where you can discover the countryside. The host was the best we ever had. He did everything to serve us in the best possible manner. He (or his wife) did some shopping to start the vacation. We have never seen that elsewhere. Thanks for that. And for the tickets for the Jameson tour. We enjoyed it and are now fan of the Irish whiskey.

Beautiful home with the amenities of a 5 star location. The host and hostess greeted us when we arrived and gave us a great run down of how things worked at the house. Nice private and quiet location!! They gave us info on places to eat and see during our stay. The house and owners exceeded our expectations!!!

Great getaway in Killarney!

Great property in the country just minutes from the town of Killarney. Spectacular views of the mountains on a clear day. The property is clean, very well maintained and had everything we needed. Very comfortable for the 6 of us that stayed there as we toured the southwest of the country. And the best feature of the property was the owners David and Juliette! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and splendid recommendations for places to see, places to eat and places to have a pint. We would definitely go back again!

The house is well appointed and Juliette and David were most accommodating. We loved the location in the countryside yet it was still a convenient drive into town. We will definitely stay here again!

Great visit in Killarney area

Wonderful house, lots of space and amenities. Great owners on site at our arrival for explanations of a few things: hot water, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. They had done a small grocery order which was very much appreciated. Location is a bit further from Killarney than expected, about 12-15 minutes, but very sweet farmland area! Thank you David and Juliet!

Beautiful house, Beautiful Scenery, Great Hospitality, Feel like a Local

The house is located just outside of town with a beautiful Mountain range backdrop of the national park. Easy access to town and all neighboring towns in Kerry. The house is very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time staying at the home for 1 week with 5 adults. We would love to go back sometime in the future with friends or with our Kids. We spent a lot of time researching and we were very pleased with this home and its location. The Killarney National park and town is Amazing. So many beautiful nature activities and Culture experiences available nearby, Boating. Hiking, Biking, Gardens, Falconry, Horseback riding, Irish Music and Dance. We had an Amazing trip and this area was our favorite in Ireland! The Hospitality of Ireland and specifically David and his wife Juliette was outstanding. They gave great suggestions from start to finish of activities some of which we would not have found on our own online. They always answered questions promptly and even went above and beyond with some food and drink gifts at start of stay. 10 out of 10 hospitality. We have traveled to many countries and Ireland will be at the top of our list to visit again and recommend to others.

Beautiful Holiday Home

I highly recommend this house, we will be looking at staying here again the future. My parents, brother, sister, niece and I stayed during the Easter holidays. Everyone loved the home. David was really helpful, he gave us some good tips of where to go for dinner, places to see, and gave us Moses details (taxi service) to take us to and from the home. The home is so close to visits to Torc waterfall, Killarney town centre, and Celtic step show, but was far away enough that you could appreciate being in the countryside. The home had everything you need, my parents loved the iron stove in the kitchen. We spent some lovely nights in playing board games but then other nights were able to go into town for some lovely Irish music. Thank you so much David for responding so quickly to any queries. We look forward to staying again in the future.

4 guys on a golf trip - check this house out. Full family needing four beds - check this house out.

Amazing, amazing place. I have stayed in numerous residences through HomeAway, VRBO, Inspirato, etc. and this one is as great as it comes. Four bedrooms, two with en-suite, two different living spaces, plenty of TVs (for those that need the screen for entertainment in Killarney) and plenty of amenities. Great hosts that communicate before, after and during the stay quickly. Accurate pictures and descriptions in the advertisement placement. Out in the country but close (10 minutes) to Killarney town. All four of us on the golf trip that we had would stay here in a heartbeat again when visiting the area. A must rental when available.

Sehr schönes Haus - absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Meine Familie und ich haben 11 Nächte unseres Sommerurlaubs im Haus von Juliette und David verbracht. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es ohne zu zögern tun! Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber und gepflegt. Da es etwas außerhalb des Dorfes liegt, hatten wir uns mit Juliette getroffen, die uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Für die Erstversorgung wurde auch gesorgt, so dass bereits eine große Obstschale, Brot, Milch, Saft, Wein, Joghurt, Wurst und Käse für uns bereitstand. Juliette und David standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben sich immer um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist atemberaubend schön. Unzählige unserer Fotos sind am Gartenzaun entstanden. Wenn wir nochmals nach Killarney kommen, würden wir sofort wieder bei Juliette und David buchen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Lovely home, fantastic hosts! Highly recommended.

Our two families, with 7 total, really enjoyed our week stay in this home! The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and a modern farm house style with plenty of space, that made us all feel at home. David and Juliette were wonderful hosts, and had provided some essentials, including food and wine, which was there when we arrived. There were fresh flowers in vases throughout the home. Owners were readily available, but we didn't need them for anything. The outdoor space was also nice, with a patio and table and chairs. The kids enjoyed the basket ball hoop and yard space. House is equipped with numerous TVs, access to video games, and DVDs, large laundry room. En suite bathrooms in 2 bedrooms were very convenient, with another large hallway bathroom. House is in the hills, with a great view. You definitely need a car to access anywhere, or use a taxi. House was easily found with the Eircode. Provided a great home base for us while we explored Kerry and the surrounding areas!

Beautiful country home with great views

Our group of five loved this house. The house was beautifully kept and large enough for our group to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked so we were able to cook many of of meals at home. The views from the house were terrific. Our hosts David and Juliette helped with a range of logistics, including local transportation, couriered luggage, and pub recommendations. This house worked well as a base for exploring Kerry and walks along the Kerry way. Before and during our stay, David promptly responded to any questions we had.

Wir waren 9 Tage da , wir haben das Haus geliebt . War alles super , sehr schönes sauberes Haus , ganz private Gegend . Die Besitzer sind soooo nett und lieb . Waren sehr hilfreich und so viel tips gegeben was wir dort unternehmen könnten . Echt toll !!! Wenn wir mal wieder im Irland sind dann würden wir gerne wieder dieses Haus mieten 😍Kann nur weiter empfehlen 👍🏻

Great place to stay for visiting Killarney and Kerry

The house has great, uninterrupted views of the mountains and is close to Killarney. It's an excellent location for touring Kerry. Three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, comfy beds and was perfect for our party of six. The hosts David and Juliette made sure we had everything we needed and told us places to eat and visit. We arrived late in the evening and Juliette provided a bag of shopping for us. We had a great week, and look forward to visiting again. Thanks again.

Beautiful, quiet country atmosphere but close to the sights in and around Killarney. Will recommend this home to family and friends visiting Ireland.
