Idéalement situé dans un endroit paisible sur la prestigieuse station de Monte Carvoeiro, à 4 minutes à pied de la plage, du centre du village, des boutiques, d'excellents restaurants et bars. L'appartement du rez-de-chaussée est dans une petite copropriété fermée, avec seulement 12 appartements partageant la piscine, transats et parasols. L'appartement se compose d'un hall d'entrée, grand salon / salle à manger avec accès à la terrasse, cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, chambre, avec accès à la terrasse et nouvelle salle de bains. La terrasse orientée ouest a un barbecue intégré et des meubles de jardin. Parfait pour une boisson longue et fraîche après une dure journée sur la plage!
Situé sur la station sont plusieurs restaurants charmants, un bar à cocktails, un bar de la piscine, une petite boutique et un centre médical.

Super logement

Logement parfait, propre, très bien équipé et décoré, piscine au top, 2 terrasses bien appréciables. Équipé d'une climatisation mais pas eu besoin de la mettre car le logement reste tjs frais malgré les 33 degrés à l'extérieur. Bref nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir y séjourner.

Even though the reviews were great, we were so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the apartment. So quiet and yet only 10 mins walk to centre. Pamela and Becky provided excellent communication and support if needed. Would love to visit again.

Lovely condo - in a great location both in the town and as an area base.

A well equipped condo - decorated with care & attention, small complex that's very well kept up with a good pool area and grounds. The location is great - a 5 min walk to the centre of town, but it's steep, so not so good if if you have mobility issues. Carvoeiro is a really good base for the area, lots of good restaurants, things to do and places to visit - with the car we explored the Algarve from the South West peninsula to Faro in the east. Our only issue was the online contact info. was out of date so finding the place & checking-in was an issue. Hopefully, that's been fixed as the owner Pam was very attentive and helpful once we connected properly.

Great apartment in Carvoeiro!

We enjoyed our vacation in Pamela's apartment. We can wholeheartedly give 5*! A clean, perfectly and comfortably equipped apartment. Ideal for 2 people. There was nothing we missed, even small things. Great were the 2 small terraces. Enjoying the sunrise over Carvoeiro in the morning was great. Nice that you have a contact person on site for small concerns if you need help and support. A special thanks to Beccy & Linda! We will come back in any case!

Lovely apartment, a real home from home.

Lovely apt in a great location, Pamela, the owner, and Becci who met us at the apt, were both so helpful and friendly from the moment we booked. The apt is fully equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Looking forward to going back to stay there in the near future. Highly recommended.

Espacioso y tranquilo apartamento

Apartamento muy bien situado, a menos de 10 mn andando de la playa, en un pequeño complejo muy tranquilo y con una piscina muy agradable. El apartamento es muy confortable y estaba muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. Disfrutamos mucho de los desayunos y cenas en la terraza en la parte trasera. En definitiva, un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Relaxing holiday in Carvoeiro

The apartment was spacious with a well fitted kitchen, nice bathroom, beautiful lounge and a good side double bedroom. The apartment was very smart & homely with very tasteful and artistic mirrors and prints. A great advantage being at ground level with attractive seating at both the back and front. Nice area, quiet, but very close to the town with it’s abundance of good quality restaurants, very enjoyable stay, would happily come back here again

Totally relaxing

Everything about our holiday was wonderful. We arrived 1st September until the 15th September 2018. The minute we walked through the door we felt at home. Marion the lady who looks after the apartment was so helpful. Pamala who owns the apartment gave us lots of tips about different restaurants even though she was in France on holiday herself she rang just to check all was okay. Some days we had the pool to ourselves. We loved the BBQ and spent a lot of time just relaxing on the patio. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to be. The apartment is spotlesly clean. We will return just trying to sort a date for next year. Many thanks Jackie

Pam and Larry's apartment is lovely with very artistic decor.It is very homely .It contains everything you need for a comfortable holiday.It is located a short distance from the town centre and is very secure.We loved our stay here.

Wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Carvoeiro. Top ausgestattete Küche, kühles Schlafzimmer, perfektes Bad mit Regendusche - was will man mehr? Der Pool war top gepflegt, direkt um die Ecke. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Da möchten wir auf jeden Fall nochmal Urlaub machen!

Fabulous

excellent apartment beautifully decorated, modern but with an Algarvian touch with all facilities you require.Loved that it was gated and only accessible by key. Very central for beach and town but very quiet given its proximity to both. Had the pool area to ourselves some days and just a few short yards to our patio area where we enjoyed a few lunches/dinners sitting in the late afternoon sun. Within 10-25 mins drive to some of the golf courses (Pinta,Gramacho,Silves.Salgados). Best restaurants are definitely Terroir,- service and food always first class year after year. Onze - never disappoints and Villa Medici if Italian is your favourite.Visit to the new Skybar at the Tivoli worth a visit at sunset. Would definitely return, Pam and Larry are very lucky to have this wee Gem. J&B Boyd (Glasgow)

Great Property- Near to the beach, with a great pool

We loved staying at this property, it was very convenient for the beach and the town. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you would need throughout your stay. The pool was not busy and most of the time we had it to ourselves which was great. The town has increased in size since our first visit 12 years ago, and there are now a lot of great places to eat. A tip would be not to choose restaurants with "sea views" as you pay a premium for the food which can be found at better quality and cheaper price in places away from the "sea view area". The only thing that I would say could be improved would be the directions to the property. As we arrived at 0100 we had difficulty finding the property as the coloured shutters that was mentioned in the directions could not be seen as it was dark, but eventually we managed to find it!

Lovely property in lovely Carvoeiro

This is a lovely, well appointed apartment within a small, attractive development in the lovely village of Carvoeiro. Very well situated on the very edge of the village centre, albeit at the top of the slope up from the beach. This can be done by a series of gradual steps along the road with views over the beach or more directly by sets of steps leading straight up between buildings! Either way you are less than 5 minutes from the very heart of the resort, (though you may want to take a couple more minutes on the return!) Equally there are several excellent restaurants as you walk in, with the nearest only a couple of minutes away, and further options also available close by on the "out of town" side too. The apartment itself is spacious with a good sized bedroom, very nice bathroom (shower), and open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and dining facilities as well as UK TV and air-conditioning. The property has views across the village at the front and at the rear there is another dining table on the small terrace area with a barbecue and drying facilities. A fairly high wall behind the property means there is no view but this shelter does help to keep the property cool and also means you are not overlooked. The development is modern and well laid out with well-tended gardens throughout. The development has only two buildings, each of two storeys with 6 apartments in each. This is the middle of three on the ground floor in the building on the left from the road. From the French windows at the rear there was about 10 paces to the foot of 6 or so steps leading to the good sized swimming pool which has a child's pool alongside and loungers and parasols dotted around. The pool and surrounding area were immaculate throughout our visit. The owner was extremely helpful with directions and arrangements throughout and has a lady who comes in to clean who was on call for any issues and also very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Carvoeiro and found this an ideal base.

Beautiful apartment with easy access to pool, gorgeous patio with barbecue. Close to all amenities.

Loved the location few minutes from centre but some fabulous restaurants almost next to apartment (turn left out of complex)

Lovely apartment close to beach,restaurants and bars.

Lovely bright and spacious apartment within a five minute walk to the beach,restaurants and bars. Plenty of room for the two of us in the apartment but I think any more people might have been a bit of a squeeze. Pamela was great to deal with from beginning to end.Only issue we had was the address we had to give the transfer company takes you about 200metres up the road but we found it after a short while.

We purchased this property initially as a holiday home and have since lived in it while we completed a total refurbishment. The apartment is very comfortable and is fully equipped to make your stay happy and memorable.
The swimming pool is just a few steps away with sunbeds and parasols. While the charming, bustling village of Carvoeiro, with numerous restaurants, bars and shops, is a four minute walk.
Should you want a little quiet time 'at home' the apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV and fast, free wifi. As well as a DVD player with an extensive variety of DVDs, there is large selection of books also games and puzzles for the younger family members.
