Cette maison nouvellement construite est en plein centre historique de Hope Town! Avec le port devant votre porte et l'océan dans votre jardin, que pourriez-vous demander de plus?
Le salon confortable dispose d’un mobilier confortable pour les jours où vous ne pouvez pas sortir. La fabuleuse cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, cuisinière à gaz et mixeur pour les margaritas rend le repas à la maison plus qu'agréable! Il y a un demi-bain hors de la zone de vie. Vous avez également votre porche pour regarder le monde passer ou une terrasse plus privée à l'arri��re.
A l'��tage, vous trouverez la chambre d'amis avec un lit queen et un lit de repos. Le maître a un lit queen et un coin salon avec télévision et un balcon privé avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a un bain partagé entre les deux chambres.

Comfort, Charm and Convenience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Opals Cottage was more than we expected. Location was perfect. Beautiful sunset view of lighthouse. It was our first time staying in town and we would do it again. Back porch furniture needs some love but everything else was great. Short walk to beach, grocery store, ferry docks, Capt Jacks, and stores.

A great little spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Opal's Cottage is very charming, well maintained and centrally located. It's a lovely little cottage and, on more than one occasion, I have stayed in it as an alternative to a hotel room. It would also work well for a small family. The management staff is very helpful, too. Opal's Cottage is a perfect little spot for a getaway in beautiful downtown Hope Town.

Opal's Cottage is Perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This HOME is truly a home away from home. A perfect location where it is very easy to make new friends with both locals and visitors. Convenient to everything in the Settlement. Extra ordinarily clean and fully stocked for all your needs. We held a Dinner Party for 8! This is a perfect home for a single family or possibly 2 close families. Hats off to Elbo Cay Properties. The whole staff is really nice and accommodating. Thanks Carrie and Don.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Opal's Cottage was better than expected. Not that we expected anything less than perfectly adequate based on the description and pictures, but upon first arriving we were struck with the quality of construction, finishes, appliances, and decor. My wife and I immediately fell in love with the cottage and it provided inspiration for our future retirement home. While I have been to Abaco before, this was my wife's first trip and she loved everything about it, including the location of the cottage in the middle of Hope Town. The people were friendly and the beauty of the settlement as well as Elbow Cay and surrounding cays made for an ideal vacation.

A Great Stay at Opal's Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four adults had a great stay at Hope Town and at Opal's Cottage. There were twelve other family members staying at other Hope Town properties. Opal's Cottage was absolutely the nicest of those properties. It was everything we expected from the on-line description. The apparent recent updates were a welcome surprise and impressed everyone in our party. The location was perfect - such close proximity to the center of Hope Town and the Upper Dock. The front porch was awesome. We spent hours enjoying the porch with each other and passers-by. When we wanted a bit more privacy or more breeze we shifted to the back patio and deck - perfect! We had a beautiful views of the ocean from the deck and up the slight hill in the backyard, as well as views of the lighthouse from a number of vantage points inside and out. The property representatives were professional and all of the other locals we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. We had not rented via a similar service before, and were a bit apprehensive, but it couldn't have been better; five stars across the board. Take advantage! You will surely enjoy.

We loved the place. 2 good size bedrooms and comfy sleeping up to 5. Perfect location within 5 minute walk to coffee house, Vernon's, beach at the lodge
