ACCÈS DIRECT À LA PLAGE
La plage est seulement à 50 mètres à pieds de distance de l'appartement Princess Anouk.

Vous serez donc tout prêt du Bikini ou du Coco beach ou encore du WAI beach. Vous pourrez profiter de leur transats, bars de plage et restaurants.

Vous pourrez aussi accéder à pied par la plage au commerces de proximité et à la place du village d'Orient Bay avec ses restaurants.

MAGNIFIQUE VUE MER
Du large salon ou de la grande terrasse située au 1er étage, la vue sur mer est très belle.

Il n'y a pas de bâtiment entre l'appartement et la plage, seulement une petite zone de stationnement non gênante.

La situation de la grande terrasse de Princess Anouk face à la mer vous permettra de profiter des bienfaits des alizés qui vous protégeront des moustiques et des périodes de grosses chaleurs.

GRANDE PISCINE

Amazing location

This is the second time we have stayed in Princess Anouk, with another trip already planned. You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach with the sound of the ocean just by opening the sliding doors. Minutes to some of the best dining I’ve ever had.. Le Piment has the best food. Our plan is to go back every year!

Perfection in Paradise

We had a magical holiday at Princess Anouk. The property was beautiful, tidy, and ideally located. Just steps away from everything you’d want. When returning to St.Martin I wouldn’t stay anywhere else because this rental property is perfection.

Wonderful stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Princess Anouk! The property looks exactly as pictured and the location cannot be beat. Easy access to restaurants, beach bars and shopping. We definitely hope to return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues and have to say it was a great location and a great condo. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this location. The owners are great and very responsive. We had a great time.

Location, location, location!!

This unit is the best on Orient Beach! The view from the balcony cannot be bought! Priceless!! The check in was very easy. The owners were accommodating and easy to reach. The unit was well stocked with all we could possibly want. It waa clean and just beautiful!

Amazing property in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property. The accommodations and check-in could not have been easier, Gilles and Daphne are excellent hosts. The location was perfect & grocery store and breakfast pastry breakfast spot was just a short walk away. Clean beaches, pristine water, very nice pool. Spacious balcony. It just had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This condo is very nice with excellent amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. 5 minute drive to the supermarket and other shopping. Very nice and I highly recommend the property.

Great getaway spot

Visited with my 2 daughters, 11 and 16 years old. Wonderful beachfront location, near multiple beach day accommodations, neighbors to Coco Beach where we had a great open-air lunch (note: Coco Beach had a raging dance party one evening, which was loud, but it is one night per week only and ended at 10pm sharp). Nice, shared pool to change pace from the beach. House was generously sized, well decorated and appointed. Hope to return.

Fantastic ocean view

Very clean and modern caribbean house including all amenities, three large bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet and private. We enjoyed the terrasse and the pool. Good choice.

Simply wonderful!

We stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rental is located on one of the island's most beautiful beaches. Everything from restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets are nearby. It's well-equipped, very clean, beds and bedding were comfy. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view of the beach was phenomenal, I would definitely stay again!

We had an absolute amazing time at Princess Anouk. What a beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the Ocean! Daphnee and Gilles was incredible hosts that made us feel very welcomed. Their communication with us and recommendations definitely added to the experience. The location was amazing for the entire family. Thank you for a great holiday!

Spectacular

Greg got us all settled in and answered any questions that we had about the island. This was our 9th trip to the Caribbean and 8th island, I am all ready planning our trip back. The accommodations could not have been more perfect. We have found our home away from home at Princess Anouk and look forward to going back in February 2017.

Family Vacation

This VRBO listing is exactly as the pictures listed, and in the perfect location! Beachfront property with restaurants all in walking distance. Communication with owner about minor details was always responsive. The only suggestion/recommendation I would give is maybe supplying some wall hooks in the one bathroom for towels and possibly some by front door to hang beach bags/purses, etc. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Great beach location

We stayed in the apartment for about 2 weeks. Good location and the beach is easily accessible from the unit. Anouk was very clean and everything worked properly. Very spacious and very comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the beach and bay. The location makes it easy to get to Orient Village with its numerous restaurants/bars and grocery store. The apartment has a washer/dryer for added convenience. We were not able to use the pool due to the damage from IRMA. The repairs were completed the day we left and it looks really nice. We will stay here again.

A wonderful stay at Orient Bay

This was our second trip in two years to the Caribbean Princess condo. The Princess Anouk has an amazing location on the second floor of the building overlooking the sea with a wonderful balcony. You are close to several great restaurants and other amenities such as a grocery store in Orient Bay village. You are a short drive from other great restaurants in Grand Case and the Super U supermarket where you can get everything you need. There are water sports right on the Orient Bay beach and in nearby Anse Marcel. There are a number of great beach clubs just steps from the condo. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. There is a pool conveniently located downstairs which is especially nice for families with younger children. Finally, I can't say enough good things about our hosts Gilles and his son Alex who checked us in and gave us a comprehensive orientation to the apartment. Alex also answered our question about watersports. We hope to be back next year

I have stayed at this property a few times and thought I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was a broken AC unit, unsecured security gates, walkway lights out, approached for additional housekeeping when housekeeping is included (1 per week). Also, water outage with no advance notice to be able to plan for and the "Oh well response".

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Nous avons découvert Saint-Martin par hasard en Juillet 2007 et avons été séduit cette destination où il fait beau quasiment tout le temps, où le tourisme est encore peu développé et les activités nautiques sont nombreuses.

Nous avons exploré l'ile pendant 4 été à la recherche d'un endroit idéal pour y acheter notre maison de vacances pour y passer tous les étés en famille.

Nous avons rapidement ciblés les environs de la magnifique plage d'Orient Bay autour de laquelle se concentre maintenant la majorité des activités touristiques et les commerces de la partie française.

Nous avons d'abord acheté la grande Villa Côté Sud dans la résidence de Park View dans les hauteurs d'Orient Bay sans vis à vis face à la mer.

Nous avons eu ensuite de la chance de trouver un grand appartement disponible dans la résidence Caribbean Princess face à la mer ; c'est vraiment très pratique pour profiter des activités de la plages de jour comme de nuit sans avoir à prendre notre voiture.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Le Princess Anouk Deluxe Suite a une situation idéale les pieds dans l'eau au bord de la plage d'Orient Bay. Les couples et familles pourront profiter de la plage d'Orient Bay de jour comme de nuit sans avoir à prendre la voiture ou à marcher trop longtemps sous le soleil.
