Easy Beach Access!

House was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Check in was easy with plenty of parking. Overall, great stay. It’s located on a busy corner on the second row so expect a decent amount of cars and vendors cruising by daily.

By far my best experience in rocky point and could not ask for better amenities and location and the house was awesome I must say I will be back soon and the owner was very helpful and the process was flawless

What an amazing place

My family, adults and kids, had the most incredible time at this gorgeous and "homey" Mexico casa. It's in a great location, so close to the beach, with the most amazing views! The owners were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Nothing at all to b afraid of......if nothing else, it's nice & quiet down there, so I thoroughly enjoyed the secluded beach!

Rocky start to Rocky Point

I want to emphasize first and foremost that Shelley was an EXCELLENT host. We had some issues with one of the AC units before we arrived. The host let us know about these issues before we even arrived and told us how to avoid any more issues. She was very responsive to messages and any issue we had was resolved very quickly. The rest of our trip was glorious!! We all had a great time and the property was EXACTLY as advertised. Perfect location for a quiet relaxing beach getaway. I will be trying to stay here again in the future.

Great Family Place

This vacation home is in a great location. Our Grand kids had a wonderful time going back and forth to the beach without having to drive anyplace! They even made friends with neighbor kids. We enjoyed buying tamales and burritos from the local ladies who delivered them for breakfast. My only suggestion is that margarita deck furniture needs repair/replacement and that the beach equipment could be stored in storage closet rather than in living area. OH! I forgot to mention... the beds were VERY comfortable! Thanks so much!

Family Friendly, Well Furnished Beach House in Las Conchas

We had a wonderful time this week! The owner really had just about everything we could possibly need at the house! The house was perfect for our group. Once the boys realized there was a fire pit, they were giddy! Lots of children's beach toys & dishware. A nice small collection of books to read, magazines, movies & music. WiFi works very well. The décor is very cute, whimsical & beachy. The house was clean, the beach is nice and clean. A multitude of cute little hermit crabs to watch when the tides go out. Despite it being ASU spring break, the beach has been almost completely empty—just far enough away from the bars & resorts! Plenty of massage therapists in the neighborhood, offering their services. A few vendors coming by with their wares. Jet skis & banana boats came by about once per day to offer rides. Horseback rides right on the beach, but not a lot of horse poo. No one was overly pushy, everyone was polite. Yoga & other fitness classes not too far at Penasco Fitness Center, located in the Plaza Mision Del Mar. Lovely house for a family or group.

Great Home! Terrible Experience

The home was beautiful well maintained fully equipped. When we arrived the lock box for key didn’t open, called owner for help they answered right away. Their neighbor helped out with another spare key. We checked in Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon we ran out of water. I called the manager who shared water is limited and we had to take care of the water, which I understand however no one informed us. We paid an extra $100 to get it filled because no one wanted to go at 7pm at night. We took 2 more showers after that. Sunday we each took 10-15 minute showers but one of us. Monday morning there was no water again. Messaged the owner who stated this has never happened, they sent someone to check it out, only to tell us what we knew “there’s no water”. Technically there was never any water flowing in, and the only water we had for the rest of Saturday and Sunday was from what we paid to fill. All we got were apologies, we paid for this house to include water it should not have cost us more then what we had paid to have water.

Amazing house next to beach

It was amazing to stay in the house, host was super friendly to provide all the information amd house has everything needed for the kids and adults to stay, we can watch theh sun rise and sunset from the terrace surely we will back to this house.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and well accommodating with anything you will need on your vacation. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The AC (2units) worked well and kept the house amazingly cool especially for the July humidity and heat. There was 8 in my family and we were considerate about the water shortage although everyone got to shower every day and we never had an issue with running out of water. Shelly was wonderful in making sure we got into the home and was quick to respond to my messages. The house comes with lots of beach toys and accessories for any family size. The view is beautiful especially from the upper deck. Really worth every bit of your money. Quiet private beach area is the best but yet still a few vendors but definitely not overwhelming. I am so happy to have rented this home that was so perfect for my family and we will definitely be renting again next year. Super happy with the entire experience.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was a great size for my family of 5. There was plenty of room for the other 2 guests that ended up not going also. The house was clean. Has a view of the water, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable.

House was booked last minute as prior reservations were cancelled. We had 9 people all adults. Grandma had a hard time with the walk to the beach but other than that our stay was great! House was clean and fit all of us just fine. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything we needed!! Patio was awesome even had room for corn hole boards and fire pit was great for marshmallows!! We’ll be back! ❤️

Excellent location, excellent property, excellent host

This is a fabulous property for family or friends! It has an ocean view from the upper deck, front bedroom and living room but is on the second row of houses from the beach. Beach views at a lower price! The property is a perfect layout with two bedrooms on each side with a bathroom in between. And the house has everything one could need: plenty of kitchen equipment, seating, beach chairs and mist important in the summer…. Cool air conditioning! The hosts are super easy to communicate with and they also have a property manager locally if anything needs to be taken care of during your stay. We cannot say enough great things about this property!

So much Fun!

The house was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. The only thing that could make it better is if the house had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Beach was awesome and we had so much fun!

Tons of Extras

We had a wonderful time staying here! There were so many extra things at this property that made it awesome. Kitchen gadgets, spices galore! Lots of extra beach chairs, toys for the kids. Beds were perfect for our family. The different size beds per room were a bonus. Very, very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Was nice to have internet service. Also, location, location, location. Convenient

family vacation

the house was really nice, it's a short, easy walk to the beach. House was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 5 teenagers and 2 adults. Only negative is my phone was stolen off the front patio. I was surprised because the neighborhood seems quiet and safe, there is security patrolling every hour. Only thing that could make it better is if the house had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. 5 teenagers is a lot to clean up after, lol! We did have a relaxing vacation, and despite my phone situation I would still stay there again.

Celebrated 50th birrhday

Property was over all clean and organized didn't like the fact that you had to walk around the property to get to only parking in the rear of the house . Balcony had a very nice view but was a little small. But for the most part our stay at your property was comfortable and we had lots of fun and will always treasure or memories of our celebration there in Rocky Point at your house...thank you and yes I would stay again and will recommend this to friends and family if they're interested.

We always stay at Las Conchas.

This house was alittle smaller than others we’ve stayed at. The beds in the kids room were not very comfortable. There was no dining table either, but that was ok. If there was a washer and dryer, we didn’t have access to it. Overall, it was ok and we had a great time!

Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend

What a wonderful way for all of us to be together for Thanksgiving during these unpredictable times. House is furnished well with few exceptions which you are made aware of ahead of time. Not right on the beach but just a few few steps away. Large enough that everyone had their space when needed. Thanks Shelley for sharing your wonderful beach house with us. The White family

We had a great week at this property . The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Full kitchen includes everything a cook needs even spices! Beach toys for kids, beach chairs and a little wagon! to take everything to the beach and much more. This place has absolutely everything a family with kids needs for vacation! Come out and check it out for yourself. You won’t regret it!
