Yes the roof outside on another apartment was being done nothing to do with me, yes we had no internet for that day because the router I had packed up and I was waiting for a flow technician to fix it which it was done later that day. When renting a holiday apartment you have to be reasonable we do not have a duplicate apartment we do not have redundancy we do not have an army of staff we can only do our best, if you want all these I suggest you go and stay in a 5* and pay 5 times the amount for the redundancy of services and the army of staff that are there to assist you. These guys were very unreasonable and miserable I would not recommend them to anybody it seems they want a champagne lifestyle with beer money.
