Vue de la chaîne principale! Proche des attractions!

Ce condo au dernier étage avec trois chambres et trois salles de bain offre une vue magnifique sur le canal principal et est situé sur l'eau directement en face de Tan-Tar-A.

Le condo possède deux chambres de maître avec salles de bains attenantes et lits king. La troisième chambre a un lit king et une salle de bain à proximité. La mezzanine a un lit queen avec un panneau d'intimité pour créer une «4e» chambre.

Avec un rez-de-chaussée spacieux, asseyez-vous et prenez un repas en famille à la table à manger ou rejoignez-vous pour prendre un verre sur le pont. Chaque chambre a une télévision à écran plat avec réseau parabolique. Le salon a une télévision 42 'avec lecteur DVD attaché. Si vous souhaitez apporter votre bateau, nous proposons également un bordereau de bateau 10x24 moyennant un supplément.

Le complexe de condos comprend une piscine chauffée, une plateforme de bain et un terrain de basket. L'emplacement est à quelques minutes des attractions locales et des divertissements. Shopping, parcs aquatiques, golf, grottes et attractions historiques en quelques minutes.

Un bordereau de bateau 10 x 24 est disponible pour un supplément de 15 $. 00 par nuit.

Fabulous time, great location, great accommodations!

We had 3 adult couples stay and had plenty of room. Enjoyed the evenings sitting out on the deck viewing the channel activity. Very relaxing! Fun times at the pool!

Definitely NOT worth the price.

The inside was nice for what my friends and I needed. However, before our trip, I had messaged the host 2 or 3 times with some simple questions, and she never answered them; this was off putting. Upon arrival, we received a very long, detailed checklist for our check out. There were 11 rules on this checklist that we had to do, including cleaning the entire unit (why is there even a BIG cleaning fee included in this price when we have to clean?), dishes washed & put away in cabinets (even though there was a perfectly good dishwasher to leave the clean dishes in), flip water heater off and turn off water, empty trash cans and take to dumpster" (the trash should have only been required to be placed by the front door), plus several other rules. We will not book this condo again, as this was A LOT of work for my friends and I to do before 11am. It was not worth the price at all. There are cleaning fees added to VRBO for this exact reason - the tenants do NOT have to do any of these rules.

Excellent Property!

Excellent property with many recent upgrades! This condo is clean, well-cared for, and was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed for a great Shootout weekend with friends and family. Pelican Bay is a great little resort to stay at as well.

This condo was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The space was very clean and well appointed. The instructions from the owner on how to efficiently manage the room temperatures were appreciated.. Her check in and check out instructions were thorough and clear. We had a great weekend stay here and would recommend this listing.

The best get away yet

This property was wonderful, we had the best time ever, it was spacious ,clean and soo comfortable. The other renters or owners staying at the property were so very friendly to my family when we sat outside by the grill cooking or at the pool swimming or just going to our cars for items we were always greeted nicely. Sitting on the back patio at night mesmerized by the water and lights for hours listening to the music coming from Margartaville across the lake. But this rental was everything and more for us (7) people. My husband and I thinking about renting this large unit just for us on our anniversary just because we love it.
