This was a very nice property
I was here for 25 days and could not have been happier with the location. We were close to the rail station groceries and shopping, good restaurants, the bus and a wonderful spa.

We've enjoyed every minute in Scotland, mostly thanks to the nice apartment of Maria, who is always taking care of every aspect so you stay comfortable. Well located and spacious so the six of us were really. well
Originally from Hamilton, I knew that Almada Street is a busy road, pleasantly surprised that there was hardly any traffic noise when in the upstairs bedroom.
We had a major issue with our rental car so we were very thankful we chose this flat as it was easy to walk to shops & restaurants.
Kitchen was very well equipped, best set-up for a VRBO that we have stayed at in 12 years.
Great place to stay in Motherwell. Absolutely immaculate. Don't be put off by the approach and the fact it is above the Indian, it is a lovely cosy homely property, owned by someone with character. We loved it
My father and I stayed here in June of 2019. We were pleased with the ease of check in and overall size of the flat. It is ideally located. Train station, restaurants, shops are all within a 5-10 minute walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this flat highly. Maria is lovely and very responsive. There are a lot of stairs so may not be ideal for guests who have mobility challenges.
We stayed here for two months while my husband worked in the area and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very comfortable, with multiple bathrooms (up and downstairs), nice-sized bedrooms, plenty of amenities, and a great kitchen for cooking and baking. The stairs could be difficult to maneuver for young children and those with physical disabilities. Maria was always quick to respond to our questions about any issues at the home, and the neighbor was so friendly! While the views on both sides are of car dealerships, there is a cafe, restaurant, fantastic ice cream shop, a grocery store, the train station, and a fab hair salon all within walking distance!
We absolutely loved our stay here, the apartment is beautiful. The way itâs decorated just really brings it to life, itâs like a home away from home! Lots of modern amenities too! And so very spacious.
Can not recommend enough, we look forward to returning!
This apartment is conveniently situated for travelling around. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable. Maria, the owner, is welcoming, helpful and easy to contact.

This is a wonderful apartment with great amenities. A lot of kitchen staples available. There are a considerable number of stairs outside and in. Older people take care. OK for the young. Nice bathrooms and even a half on the lower floor. A really good Indian restaurant right next door. Easy to get around Hamilton and close to motorways to other parts of Scotland.
La casa Ăš molto grande e ben equipaggiata. Eâ situata in una zona ben fornita di supermercati e locali dove mangiare e bere una buona birra. Comoda come punto di partenza per diverse mete. Molto gentile lâhost che parla un perfetto italiano. Consigliatissima per visitare Glasgow
Siamo stati benissimo, la casa e' confortevole, posizione perfetto a due passi dalla stazione e a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Hamilton.

When we opened the door we got quite a surprise! The flat was so much bigger and brighter than we had expected and it had such a continental feel about it. It was really clean and well equipped and the owners were incredibly helpful and communicative. We had a great week visiting friends and family and it was the perfect location. We felt so much at home and were sad to leave.
Stayed here on a family trip to Scotland to visit friends and family.The apartment is really well fitted out with everything you could want. Large airy living room and a lovely kitchen which really helped when we had people round. The location was excellent for us - 2 mins walk to the train station (which we used to go into Glasgow), retail park with a large Sainsbury's and a modern swimming pool with flumes etc which the kids loved. Couple of decent bars, take aways and restaurants nearby. Centre of Hamilton was just a few minutes drive or you could take a short bus trip. Really recommend this place - we'll definitely be using it again!
I am from Hamilton and have not been back for a very long time and am considering having a wee property there and for sure this is what I would want to buy. This old lovely tenement flat with classic features is very spacious and it serves to make you feels like you are in a house rather than a flat.The layout is superb offering lots of different areas allowing a family to find their own space . I particularly loved, well actually I loved everything about it.There is a beautiful Lounge and what I would class as a den with a sofa bed along with a smashing log burner which I enjoyed every night. The kitchen is excellent in terms of equipment and the raised dinning area very european in style is extremely cosey Upstairs there are two bedrooms ,the master bedroom has en suite with large walk in shower and the second single but could easily be double in size with family bathroom adjacent . I was on my own and the Master bed room and bed were extremely comfortable. Noticeable and pleasing was the fact that Maria does not skimp on any essentials needed on arrival washing up liquid cooking oil tea towels , spare towels , toilet rolls , logs for burning etc. The flat had a welcoming atmosphere and I felt very much at home there. Hamilton has a lot to offer culturally and is ideally situated for touring Scotland which is detailed in the owners info . In terms of restaurants they are very good and plentiful. On this trip I can vouch for a lovely meal in "The Tap Room" a fish supper and ice cream from "Equis" a Pub Lunch at "Carrigans" and lunch at "Andiamo "

It's not your normal rental property. You will find everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. It's a traditional Scottish property with bay windows, hugh rooms and high ceilings. During the renovation we managed to keep the period features like the feature wall in the living room - no modern tiles there, just bricks that were made by hand in 1873! We've also kept the pitch pine staircase and some of the old doors. However it's very modern, just like something out of a magazine. We spend a lot of time in Italy so we brought all the materials and furniture across, apart form the Canadian Red Oak floors which we imported from British Colombia. Our main emphasis is comfort and not a penny has been spared, we really hope you will feel at home. MAX 4 GUESTS
It's very close to everything, train station, bars, restaurants, motorways, supermarkets, shops, airports, car park. It's a perfect place to use as a base for touring Scotland or for a business trip. We are only 5 minutes from Eurocentral, 17 minutes from Glasgow city centre, 10 minutes from East Kilbride, 45 minutes from Edinburgh, 30 minutes from Stirling.
