Ce studio solaire avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an, ĂągĂ© de 3 ans, est situĂ© dans la communautĂ© gardĂ©e et fermĂ©e de Laguna Hills, Ă  seulement 5 miles Ă  l'est du centre-ville de San Jose Del Cabo. Il est juste une promenade de quelques minutes Ă  une plage de sable blanc, et Buzzards Bar & Grill oĂč le petit dĂ©jeuner, dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner sont servis. De Novembre Ă  Mars, profiter des attractions palpitantes et les sons des baleines Ă  bosse migrent et gris oĂč ils passent devant. La baignade est trĂšs sĂ»re pendant les mois d’hiver sur notre plage et au printemps, le surf n’est qu’à la hausse. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est 100% solaire, alors laissez s'il vous plaĂźt des sĂ©choirs, des fers Ă  friser, etc. Ă  la maison pour le moment. Je vous remercie.

Amazing Property!

Kim's place was amazing. Everything very tastefully done and well thought out with great amenities and the views were more amazing than the online pictures. It is in a nice quiet area and a great place just to relax. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the cabo area.

Baja Paradise

Pictures dont do it justice! The architecture and design of this property is perfect. The views are breathtaking and the pool is cool and relaxing. Kim is a wonderful hostess and full of knowledge of the area.

Tranquility!!!!!

This place is everything!!!! The sights, sounds and view of the ocean is incredible! The pool was a perfect touch after morning walks or walking around San Jose. We had no issues whatsoever. Kim is soooo helpful and informative, basically our Google search engine for all the things great about the town (from food to ambiance). We will be back! It’s such a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that San Jose gives you!

Quiet and Heavenly

This place exceeded expectations. Kim is the hostess with the mostess! The view from the studio was nourishing to the soul. I was looking for some quiet after spending a week in Cabo San Lucas. This place is heaven. I loved hanging out with the guests that were staying in the other unit also. Back to Hawaii I go. Aloha

Perfect studio

Kim’s studio is perfect. We found everything we needed and more. Gorgeous ocean view from the front porch (so many whale sightings!), lovely and large outdoor living spaces, so many spots to relax with a book, and a delightful pool. Kim gave us great restaurant recommendations. Big shout out to Zai Sushi and Shipwrecks beach. Thank you so much, Kim!

The property is very relaxed and quiet, has beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez.. whales jumping can see from the studio while in bed and at the pool. Great location.

Quiet and restful

Nice suite with great ocean views, and everything you’d need. Two restaurants nearby in 5 min walk (Buzzards and Vera-Neo), but 15 minute drive into San Jose for the restaurants there in the evening . If you want a quiet stay, this is the place.

Perfect February getaway!

Kim was an amazing host. We rented the studio for 1 week and it was a wonderful quiet getaway. From the whale and ray watching to the beautiful pool area. Easy walk to Buzzards bar & grill and the beach. We will return.

Great spot with great views

This spot was perfect! Was outside the city yet San Jose Del Cabo was still very accessible. The beach is only a 3 minute walk away. The pool and outdoor kitchen area were awesome when we wanted to spend time relaxing at the property. Well worth the money

Super great. Everything from the moment we entered our studio it was the ultimate vacation. You can sit in bed and watch the whales, you can walk down the block and have a gourmet dinner and you can sit by the pool and relax. La propriĂ©tĂ© est fantastique! Espace au soleil ou Ă  l’ombre, piscine incroyable et intime pour se rafraĂźchir. Calme et reposant. Vue sur la mer et les levĂ©s de soleil. WONDERFUL PROPERTY !

Great location and views from this uniquely designed accommodation. Kim is a wonderful owner/host who has spent many years designing and constructing this jewel of a property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is exceptionally clean and organized. When I stay here next time, I plan to rent both the Studio and the Casita perhaps with friends.

Restful

We wanted to be away from the crowds but close enough to "city" amenities if we didn't feel like cooking. Kims home was the perfect location. Comfortable and clean, her home had all things we needed for an enjoyable vacation. We had plenty of towels, bedding, cleaning and cooking supplies. Kim was there when we needed her and always responded to text messages for any help or ideas we might need for our stay. The pool is amazing. Buzzards restaurant is a one min walk down the road. We sampled breakfast, lunch and dinner there throughout the week and every meal was VERY GOOD! My husband and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and went on evening walks every night in the HILLS! The beach is beautiful and EMPTY and also a min walk from the studio. Internet is totally sufficient! Thank you Kim for sharing your home. John and I would love to return.

A very special place with a small carbon footprint which we should all be striving for.

It was everything we hoped it would be-peaceful, comfortable, away from the crowds. Sat for hours on the front porch watching the whales put on their annual show. Kim was a fabulous host and was there when we needed her and left us to ourselves as needed. I've only been home two days (snowed yesterday) and we are ready to go back. WE WILL BE BACK. Thanks Kim and Shorty!!

Photos don’t do the property justice

Kim’s Casita and Studio (along with pool, outdoor kitchen and multiple lounging nooks) exceeded our expectations. Both the Casita and Studio are nicely decorated and well-equipped — we did not lack anything. Kim’s guidance and availability was perfect — there when we needed her and not overly-present. We also appreciated Kim’s eco-mindedness. Highly recommend!

Never better.

A forever ocean view from the studio and from the private pool. Surf pounding on a nearly empty beach. Gated community with all the amenities (including robust wi-fi) literally at the edge of the beautiful Baja wilderness. Kim accommodated our every request. Definitely going back!

A perfect getaway

Kim’s place was everything we were looking for. It was peaceful and private, with access to the beach. Kim was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend Kim’s place if you’re looking for a degree of separation from the touristy part of Cabo.

Great place to enjoy true Cabo.

Everything that was expected, hoping for, and much more. Great location an place to get away and minutes away from everything. Kimberly made everything from the check in, stay, and check out process stress free and she was very helpful. She is very knowledgeable with all the local spots with no bad days or experiences to report. Really looking forward to going back with the family as soon as possible. Spectacular! Lovely suite, great quiet community and the view was outstanding! Whales!!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect spot. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could need. Do not feel apprehensive of the solar power, it was more than sufficient to meet our needs. Sitting on the deck watching whales was amazing! The neighbourhood was quiet, nice beach and trails to walk. Kim and Rick assisted us with everything we needed including booking a fishing trip. San JosĂ© del Cabo is a lovely area and much more laid back than Cabo San Lucas. We loved this property and will be recommending it to everyone we know who are planning a trip to Los Cabos.
